As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the pipette gun head inserting device and the using method thereof of the invention are characterized in that the pipette gun head inserting device structurally comprises a gun head arranging box 1, a poking part 2 and a gun head fork 3, wherein the upper part of the gun head arranging box 1 is opened, the bottom of the gun head arranging box is composed of a gun head placing plate 13 and a gun head clamping groove 12, one side of the gun head placing plate 13 is divided into a plurality of gun head clamping grooves 12 through a plurality of partition plates 11, the free end of the gun head clamping groove 12 is provided with a plurality of gun head forks 3, one end of the gun head fork 3 is connected with the partition plates 11 at the bottom of the gun head arranging box, the poking part 2 is arranged at the joint of the gun head fork and the partition plates, and the poking part 2 is rotationally connected with the side wall of the gun head arranging box 1.
The stirring part 2 consists of a knob 21, a center shaft 22 and stirring teeth 23, one end of the center shaft is rotationally connected with the side wall of the gun head arrangement box, and the other end of the center shaft penetrates through the other side wall of the gun head arrangement box and then is connected with the knob; a plurality of poking teeth are uniformly arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the center shaft.
The free end of the gun head fork is tilted upwards to form an arc, when the gun head 4 is shifted to the gun head fork by the shifting teeth, the gun head fork is tilted upwards to form a certain radian, so that the gun head which is shifted to the gun head fork can be effectively prevented from sliding off, and the gun head can be stably inserted into the gun head box.
The distance a between the outer ends of the adjacent two shifting teeth is equal to the diameter b of the top end of the gun head, when the shifting teeth rotate, the gun head is clamped by the two adjacent shifting teeth, and the gun head is shifted forward, so that the function of shifting the gun head to the gun head fork is realized.

2. The pipette tip cartridge of claim 1 wherein the free ends of the tip prongs are upturned in an arc.
3. Use of a pipette tip cartridge according to any of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pouring a plurality of gun heads onto a gun head placing plate at the bottom of the gun head arranging box, and then shaking the gun head arranging box back and forth and left and right to enable the tip ends of the gun heads to be downwards and exactly clamped at the interval between the partition plates at the bottom of the arranging box;
(2) The middle shaft is rotated through the rotary knob, the middle shaft is rotated to drive the shifting teeth to rotate so as to shift the rows of gun heads to gun head forks on the left side of the gun head arrangement box, and the gun heads cannot easily slide from the free ends of the gun head forks due to the upward tilting and bending of the gun head forks, so that the shifting action of the gun heads is completed;
