Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a commodity management method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S101, determining the state of the commodity according to the change situation of the RSSI value of the commodity, wherein the RSSI value is the distance value between the commodity and an RFID controller of an area where the commodity is located;
and S102, judging whether the commodity needs to be intervened or not according to the state of the commodity.
The method determines the state of the commodity according to the change condition of the RSSI value of the commodity, and then judges whether the commodity needs to be intervened according to the state of the commodity so as to process the commodity in time when the commodity needs to be intervened. The management efficiency of goods on the goods shelf is improved, the requirements of misplacing, replenishing and the like are processed more timely, and the experience of customers is improved.
The RFID controllers are arranged in the areas or the shelves for storing or placing various types of commodities, and the RFID labels are arranged on the commodities, so that the RSSI value change condition of each commodity of the corresponding type can be determined through the RFID controllers in the corresponding areas. It can be understood that the RFID controllers disposed in the areas or shelves where any type of articles are located may only detect the RFID tags of the corresponding type of articles. When the goods are stored on the goods shelf, the RSSI value of the goods is in a set range, the size of the range is determined according to the volume of the goods and the quantity of the goods spread on the goods shelf, when the RSSI value of the goods is larger than a set value, the goods can be determined to be moved out of the goods spread area, namely the goods are taken out of the goods shelf, at the moment, the state of the goods can be updated to be a to-be-sold state, and meanwhile, the RSSI value can be continuously detected for determining whether the goods are sold or put back to the goods shelf.
In this case, step S101, determining the state of the product according to the change of the RSSI value of the product specifically includes:
when the RSSI value of the commodity is larger than the set value, determining that the commodity is taken out of the goods shelf, and updating the state of the commodity into a to-be-sold state;
the RSSI value of the commodity to be sold is detected at least once within a specified time, and the state of the commodity is updated according to the change condition of the RSSI value.
The RFID controller may detect the RSSI value of each product in real time, may detect the RSSI value of each product at a set frequency, and may detect the RSSI value of each product only when triggered in order to reduce the amount of calculation.
The goods shelf can be provided with a detector, and when the goods shelf determines that an object enters the area where the goods are located, the RFID controller in the area where the goods are located is triggered to detect the RSSI value of the goods.
In general, a person usually enters the area where the goods are located to pick up the goods, and in the case of a relatively large-sized shelf or goods, a robot or other equipment may enter the area where the goods are located to pick up the goods.
The detector can adopt an infrared positioning sensor, the infrared positioning sensor is arranged as shown in figure 2, transmitting points and end points are distributed in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and when an object enters an infrared area, the infrared positioning sensor can obtain information such as the shape, the position, the movement condition and the like of the entered object according to the receiving condition of infrared signals in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction.
The density degree of the emission points and the end points which are distributed transversely and longitudinally can be determined according to the volume of the commodity, for the commodity with larger volume, the distance between the emission points can be larger in the infrared positioning sensor, and the distance between the corresponding end points is also larger, namely, the infrared ray distribution is sparser, for the commodity with smaller volume, the distance between the emission points can be smaller in the infrared positioning sensor, and the distance between the corresponding end points is also smaller, namely, the infrared ray distribution is denser, of course, for any commodity, the denser the infrared ray distribution is, and the more accurate the detection result is.
Further, when it is detected that the frequency of the object entering the region exceeds the set value in the same commodity region, the commodity selling speed can be considered to be high, and for the commodity with the high selling speed, replenishment needs to be carried out in time, so that when it is detected that the frequency of the object entering the region exceeds the set value in the same commodity region, the commodity needs to be replenished.
If the commodity to be sold is not put back to the shelf after a certain time, the commodity can be considered to be sold, or if the similar commodity is taken out again, the purchasing intention of the customer is stronger, or the commodity is more successful, and the previous commodity can be considered to be sold.
At this time, the method for detecting the RSSI value of the commodity to be sold at least once within a specified time and updating the state of the commodity according to the change condition of the RSSI value specifically comprises the following steps:
the RSSI value of a commodity to be sold is detected at least once within a specified time, if the commodity is determined to be placed back to a corresponding shelf according to the RSSI value, the state of the commodity is determined to be not sold, and if the RSSI value exceeds the specified maximum time and the commodity is determined not to be in the corresponding shelf, the state of the commodity is determined to be sold.
Further, the method for detecting the RSSI value of the commodity to be sold at least once in a specified time and updating the state of the commodity according to the change condition of the RSSI value further comprises the following steps:
after the article is identified as being taken out of the shelf, if an article of the same kind as the article is taken out, the state of the preceding article is identified as sold.
For example, the predetermined maximum time may be set to 60 minutes, and if the RSSI value exceeds the set value even after 60 minutes, or if the product cannot be detected, the product is considered to be sold, and within 60 minutes, several predetermined times may be set, and when the time arrives, the RFID controller is activated to detect the RSSI value of the product, and for example, the RSSI value may be detected at 1 st, 5 th, 10 th, and 30 th minutes after the product is taken out of the shelf, and if the RSSI value is smaller than the set value, the product is determined to be put back on the shelf, the state of the product is changed to be unsold, and the more detection time points are set, the more timely whether the product is put back on the shelf and the amount of calculation of the system increases.
Generally, the situations requiring intervention on a commodity include replenishment and misplacement processing, and if a sold proportion of a certain commodity is large, replenishment is required in time, and if it is determined that a commodity is misplaced on another shelf by a customer, misplacement processing on the commodity is required.
For the replenishment situation, in step S102, it is determined whether intervention on the commodity is needed according to the state of the commodity, and the method specifically includes:
when the inventory of the similar commodities on the shelf is sensed to be smaller than the set proportion through the RFID controller and/or the proportion of the commodities marked as the sold state is determined to reach the set sale proportion, the commodities are determined to be required to be replenished.
For the misplaced condition, judging whether the commodity needs to be intervened according to the state of the commodity, specifically comprising:
and determining that the commodity is placed back to the goods shelf according to the RSSI value change condition of the commodity, and determining that the commodity needs to be placed in a wrong place when the commodity placing back position is determined to be wrong according to the RSSI value of the commodity and/or the position of the detected object entering the area where the commodity is located.
Generally, the RSSI value of a commodity is greater than a set value and multiple detections are kept unchanged, the commodity can be considered to be put back to a shelf and misplaced, but the RSSI value can only represent the distance between the commodity and an RFID controller, whether the misplacement of the commodity is not accurate is judged simply according to the RSSI value, the judgment may be unclear for the edge of an area, and if the commodity is put back to the shelf, an infrared positioning sensor can accurately judge whether the commodity is misplaced and the misplaced position for the position where an object such as a hand enters the area where the commodity is located, so as to correct in time.
It should be noted that while the operations of the method of the present invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change the order of execution.
