When the front and rear inclination angles of the coating head fixing plate 20 are adjusted, the coating head fixing plate 20 needs to be positioned so as to avoid the influence on the product quality caused by the change of the inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20 in the coating process. In the present embodiment, the coating head fixing plate 20 is provided with an inclination angle positioning assembly for fixing the inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20, which specifically refers to the front-rear inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20 with respect to the vertical plane. The front and back dip angles of the coating head fixing plate 20 are fixed through the dip angle positioning assembly, so that the adjusted angle cannot deviate due to vibration generated by machine operation.
Specifically, the tilt positioning assembly includes a positioning through hole 22 and a positioning screw 23. Wherein, the positioning through hole 22 is opened on the coating head fixing plate 20, the positioning screw 23 is penetrated in the positioning through hole 22, and the insertion end of the positioning screw 23 is abutted with the movable plate 35. The inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20 can be fixed by the positioning screw 23 propping against the movable plate 35, and the inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the screwing depth of the positioning screw 23.
The specific number and positions of the positioning through holes 22 and the positioning screws 23 may be selected according to the actual conditions in production. If the coating head fixing plate 20 is only required to be inclined backwards, the back inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20 can be adjusted by arranging a positioning through hole 22 above the rotating shaft 21 and penetrating a positioning screw 23 and screwing in or screwing out the positioning screw 23 arranged above the rotating shaft 21; if the coating head fixing plate 20 is only kept inclined forward, the forward inclination angle of the coating head fixing plate 20 can be adjusted by arranging a positioning through hole 22 below the rotating shaft 21 and penetrating a positioning screw 23 and screwing in or screwing out the positioning screw 23 arranged below the rotating shaft 21.
