背景技术

可选地,为了帮助在一个或多个口盖上形成易碎区的弱化线的破裂,贮存器的下壁呈现出斜面或扭曲形状,使得下壁的旨在与一个或多个口盖接触的边缘关于贮存器的顶部具有不同高度。
作为所述前者,可移动密封装置可以包括:单个口盖或多个口盖。在一个实施方式(未示出)中,可移动密封装置包括多个口盖,每个口盖具有与相邻口盖共同的至少一侧且其远端形成到所述多个口盖的接合点或线,并且贮存器的下壁将压力施加在口盖上的近端,以当可移动密封装置沿着该下壁滑动时,将所述口盖打开。贮存器的下壁的远端与口盖的近端接触,以激活可移动密封装置的打开。弱化线被布置在口盖的侧面上并且在压力作用下损毁。口盖将关于其初始位置进行旋转移动,使得一旦贮存器已被打开,口盖就将以与贮存器的下壁平行的方式布置。
在一优选实施方式中,可移动密封装置13包括单个口盖17。口盖通过限定适于通过贮存器的下壁所施加的压力而破裂的破裂周界的易碎区连接到下环,以当可移动装置沿着所述下壁滑动时将口盖打开,并且口盖和下环由相同材料制成,通过减小口盖的壁厚来获得易碎区。优选地,口盖通过为呈现厚度的腿的形式的至少一个铰链进一步连接到下环。
以优选方式,即使在打开可移动密封装置13之后,当可移动密封装置包括多个口盖时,一个或多个口盖17通过它们的近端保持连接到可移动密封装置13的下环19,并且当可移动密封装置13包括单个口盖17时,该口盖17通过铰链29保持连接到可移动密封装置13的下环19。因此,没有碎片污染可能包含在容器中的溶液。
根据未示出的本发明的特定实施方式的盒可以包括在贮存器的顶部上的第二开口。贮存器的第二开口可以由可移除盖来闭合。该盖可以通过本领域技术人员已知的固定方式(例如,缺口系统、或分接、或车螺纹、或焊接)与贮存器的上壁协作。
图3示出了根据本发明的在其打开位置(也就是说,打开可移动密封装置13之后)的盒的剖视图。贮存器7的下壁11通过可移动密封装置13的相应移位允许布置在口盖17的边缘处的易碎区破裂。口盖17与贮存器7的下壁11协作。然而,口盖17的铰链保持连接到可移动密封装置13的下环19。
盒可以通过使塑性材料成型来实现。作为对此的另选方案,盒的组成元件可以是铝、软钢、厚纸板或任何其它材料。以优选方式,当可移动密封装置13是塑性材料时,仅盒的外表面为该材料。
本申请中所论述的变型例特别适于在食品或非食品领域中的应用。
本发明的盒提供如下优点:在最佳卫生条件下允许原位制备液体混合物(溶液或分散液)。贮存器7可以通过使所述产品与包含在容器5中的液体混合,来包含除药用成分和食品补充剂之外的适于以液体形式被消耗的食品质量产品。作为对此的另选方案,包含在贮存器7中的产品可以是非食品,例如,护理产品、清洁产品或化妆品。在该情况下,盒1(尤其是可移动密封装置13)的密封性允许产品与大气隔离地被保存,并且避免其恶化。如果包含在贮存器7中的产品为浓缩形式,因而对于用户来说存在风险,则本发明将允许后者准备无接触风险的稀释溶液。在没有任何特殊预防措施的情况下,将能够使用这样形成的稀释溶液。
Claims (9)
1.一种盒(1),所述盒(1)适于与容器(5)的颈部(3)协作,以允许包含在所述盒(1)中的产品流出到所述容器(5)中,所述盒(1)包括:
贮存器(7),所述贮存器(7)适于包含所述产品,所述贮存器(7)在其下壁(11)上具有下开口(9),以将所述产品从所述贮存器(7)转移到所述容器(5),
闭合所述贮存器(7)的所述下开口(9)的可移动密封装置(13),所述可移动密封装置(13)包括:圆筒形本体(15)和闭合所述圆筒形本体(15)的下孔的一个或多个口盖(17),其中,所述圆筒形本体(15)的尺寸被设置成围绕所述贮存器(7)的所述下壁(11)并且在闭合位置和打开位置之间沿着所述贮存器(7)的所述下壁(11)滑动,其中,在所述打开位置中,通过由所述贮存器的所述下壁(11)施加在所述一个或多个口盖(17)上的压力来打开所述口盖(17);
托座(23),所述托座(23)被布置为围绕所述贮存器(7)的所述下壁(11)和所述可移动密封装置(13)两者;
所述盒(1)的特征在于,所述可移动密封装置(13)还包括至少一个环(19、21),其中,所述环或所述环中的一个(19)被构造为与所述容器(5)的所述颈部(3)协作,以允许通过由所述容器(5)的所述颈部(3)施加在所述环(19、21)上的压力使所述可移动密封装置(13)沿着所述贮存器(7)的所述下壁(11)滑动,使得所述一个或多个口盖(17)打开,并且所述盒(1)的特征在于,所述可移动密封装置(13)包括两个环(19、21),所述两个环(19、21)沿着所述圆筒形本体(15)分布,以呈现下环(19)和上环(21),其中,所述可移动密封装置(13)的所述上环(21)包括保持凸耳(25),所述保持凸耳(25)被构造为与所述托座(23)的内凸起(27)协作,以将所述可移动密封装置(13)保持在所述托座(23)内的适当位置,闭合所述贮存器(7)的所述下开口(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述一个或多个口盖(17)连结到所述环(19),所述环(19)被构造为与所述容器(5)的所述颈部(3)协作。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述可移动密封装置(13)包括两个环(19、21),所述两个环(19、21)沿着所述圆筒形本体(15)分布,以呈现下环(19)和上环(21),其中,所述下环(19)是被布置为与所述容器(5)的所述颈部(3)协作的环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述托座(23)具有下孔,所述下孔的尺寸被设置成容纳所述容器(5)的所述颈部(3),其中,所述下孔具有比所述可移动密封装置(13)的所述环或所述环(19、21)中的至少一个的外径更大的内径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于
所述托座(23)的所述内凸起(27)是内螺纹或是一个或多个箍,和/或
所述托座(23)的所述内凸起(27)是一个或多个箍,并且被构造为与所述容器(5)的所述颈部(3)协作的所述环或所述环中的一个具有是所述贮存器(7)的所述下开口(9)的直径的至少两倍的外径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述贮存器的所述下壁(11)呈现斜面或扭曲形状,使得所述下壁的旨在与所述一个或多个口盖接触的边缘关于所述贮存器(7)的顶部具有不同高度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述可移动密封装置(13)包括多个口盖,每个口盖具有与相邻口盖共同的至少一侧且所述口盖的远端形成到所述多个口盖的接合点或线,并且其特征在于,所述贮存器(7)的所述下壁(11)将压力施加在所述口盖上的近端,以当所述可移动密封装置(13)沿着该下壁(11)滑动时,将所述口盖打开。
8.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述可移动密封装置(13)包括单个口盖(17),其中,所述口盖(17)通过限定适于通过所述贮存器(7)的所述下壁(11)施加的压力而破裂的破裂周界的易碎区(27)连接到所述下环,以在所述可移动装置沿着所述下壁(11)滑动时将所述口盖(17)打开,并且其特征在于,所述口盖(17)和所述下环(19)由相同材料制成,所述易碎区(27)通过减小所述口盖(17)的壁的厚度来获得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的盒(1),其特征在于,所述口盖(17)还通过为呈现厚度的腿的形式的至少一个铰链(29)连接到所述下环(19)。
