技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于机动车的车轮轴承单元。
背景技术
车轮轴承由外环和车轮轴承毂以及设置在其之间的滚动体构成。车轮轴承毂具有径向向外指向的车轮凸缘,在所述车轮凸缘上例如能够固定有车轮。在特定的行驶状况下,例如在行驶通过坑洼或者碰到路边石上时,轴向的或径向的撞击作用于车轮凸缘或车轮轴承毂。所述撞击造成,车轮凸缘/车轮轴承毂朝向车轮轴承单元的外环的方向运动并且撞击到其上。在此出现的力随后被导入到滚动轴承中。
从EP 2 184 181 B1中已知一种车轮轴承单元,所述车轮轴承单元具有车轮毂,所述车轮毂带有车轮凸缘。在外环和车轮毂之间设置有滚动轴承。在所描述的车轮轴承单元中,通过特定的间隙宽度避免滚动轴承由于侧向撞击而损坏。
发明内容
本发明基于如下目的,提供一种车轮轴承单元,所述车轮轴承单元在撞击作用于车轮轴承单元时减少滚动轴承的损坏,并且此外确保轴承的可靠密封。
根据本发明,所述目的通过一种车轮轴承单元来实现,所述车轮轴承单元具有外部的环形元件和内部的环形元件,在所述外部的环形元件和内部的环形元件之间设置有至少两个滚动体排,其中内部的环形元件具有径向凸缘,所述径向凸缘能够固定在车轴体上或车轮上,其中径向凸缘和/或内部的环形元件在朝向外部的环形元件的面上具有至少一个突出部。
本发明基于如下认知,在特定的行驶状况下,例如在行驶通过坑洼或碰到路边石上时,轴向的和径向的撞击作用于车轮轴承单元。所述撞击造成,内部的环形元件或径向凸缘接触外部的环形元件。在根据本发明的车轮轴承单元中,径向凸缘和/或内部的环形元件在朝向外部的环形元件的面上具有至少一个突出部。所述突出部构成为,使得在内部的环形元件或径向凸缘被轴向或径向撞击时,所述突出部吸收并且导出由此作用的力,以便避免滚动轴承和/或滚道的损坏。与现有技术不同,这种构造意味着更高的生产成本,然而所述构造总体上引起车轮轴承单元使用寿命的提高。
径向凸缘的和/或内部的环形元件的面能够具有一个或多个突出部,所述突出部在环周上分布地设置。此外,本发明能够涉及一种车轮轴承单元,其具有一排或多排呈X形或O形布置的滚动体。滚动体在此能够具有相同或不同的直径和/或构成不同的滚动轴承类型。
优选地,至少一个突出部在所述面上构成为环段。这表示,至少一个突出部不沿环周方向在整个面上延伸。如果设有多个突出部,那么所述突出部沿环周方向分布地设置在所述面上。这具有如下优点:根据车轮轴承单元的实施方式、存在的结构空间和要求,能够设有一个或多个突出部。
根据本发明的一个设计方案,至少一个突出部在径向凸缘上和/或在内部的环形元件上一体地构成,即一件式地构成。由此,能将径向凸缘或内部的环形元件连同突出部在一个生产步骤中制造。根据该设计方案能够取消突出部与径向凸缘或与内部的环形元件的其他连接。
根据本发明的一个设计方案,至少一个突出部构成为单独的元件。单独的元件在此能够直接地或间接地安置在径向凸缘的和/或内部的环形元件的面上。单独的元件例如能够由锻件构成。单独的元件也能够由其他金属的或非金属的材料构成。
优选地,单独的元件力配合地、形状配合地或材料配合地与径向凸缘和/或内部的环形元件连接。由此确保,单独的元件在使用寿命期间保持在固定的位置中。连接类型取决于单独的元件的设计方案,即例如材料、形状等。
在本发明的一个替选的设计方案中,至少一个突出部具有覆层。覆层能够用于减少出现的噪声。

图1示出根据一个实施方式的车轮轴承单元1,所述车轮轴承单元与未示出的车辆车轮相关联。车轮轴承单元1包括外部的环形元件2和内部的环形元件3。内部的环形元件3具有径向凸缘4,所述径向凸缘能够固定在未进一步示出的车轮上或车轴体上。此外,车轮轴承装置具有两个轴向间隔开的滚动体排5、6,所述滚动体排的滚动体在外侧在外部的环形元件2中被引导。在内侧,滚动体排5的滚动体直接在内部的环形元件3的滚道中被引导,并且滚动体排6的滚动体在内环7中被引导,所述内环固定在内部的环形元件3上。

1.一种车轮轴承单元,所述车轮轴承单元具有外部的环形元件(2)和内部的环形元件(3),在所述外部的环形元件和内部的环形元件之间设置有至少两个滚动体排(5,6),其中所述内部的环形元件(3)具有径向凸缘(4),所述径向凸缘能够固定在车轴体或车轮上,
其特征在于,
所述径向凸缘(4)和/或所述内部的环形元件(3)在朝向所述外部的环形元件(2)的面(8)上具有至少一个突出部(9)。

其中至少一个所述突出部(9)在所述面(8)上构成为环段。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轴承单元,
其中至少一个所述突出部(8)在所述径向凸缘(4)上和/或在所述内部的环形元件(3)上一体地构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的车轮轴承单元,
其中至少一个所述突出部(9)构成为单独的元件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车轮轴承单元,
