本发明提供一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)柜板定型;(2)打磨;(3)除尘;(4)喷底漆;(5)腻子施工;(6)喷面漆;(7)喷清漆;(8)熔融流平;(9)烘干;(10)抛光;(11)清洁、包装。本发明提供的机柜柜板涂装方法,涂装工艺稳定,所得柜板表面的漆膜附着力超强且漆膜莹润,光泽感强,色泽均匀致密,表面平整;且成膜温度低、固化时间短、能耗小,提高了机柜柜板的健康环保性能。

一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及柜板加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法。
背景技术
现有的机柜柜板喷涂工艺在板材上喷涂漆面不理想,涂层凹凸不平整、不均匀,固化时间较长,喷涂加工效率低下,喷涂到柜板上的涂层表面附着力差且容易发生脱落。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)柜板定型:将材料加工成柜板相应形状和尺寸;
(2)打磨:将柜板放置在砂光机工作台上,先对柜板进行粗磨,再对经过粗磨的柜板进行细磨,得到表面平整、空隙较小的柜板;
(3)除尘:将打磨后的柜板放置在静电除尘柜的工作台上,利用静电除尘枪对柜板的表面进行静电除尘;
(4)喷底漆:在除尘后的柜板表面喷涂配置好的底漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35℃,湿度为40-75%;
(5)腻子施工:在底漆上采用砂纸打磨后,先进行腻子粗补施,再进行腻子细补施;
(6)喷面漆:在腻子表面喷涂配置好的面漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35℃,湿度为40-75%;
(7)喷清漆:面漆完全干燥后,将配置好的罩光漆喷涂在面漆上,其中喷涂温度为5-35℃,湿度为40-75%;
(8)熔融流平:将喷好清漆后的柜板运送至熔融流平区,并放置在输送带上,然后采用红外辐射和对流热风相结合的加热方式对柜板表面进行流平,流平温度为20-30℃,流平时间为2-3h;
(9)烘干:流平结束后,对漆面进行烘干以使其完全干燥,烘干温度为55-65℃,时间为6-8h;
(10)抛光:采用抛光机对柜板的漆面及边角进行抛光打磨,以使漆面进一步细腻、光滑;
(11)清洁、包装:最后对柜板进行清洗,检验合格后进行包装。
所述步骤(2)中粗磨选用的砂带细度为120-140目,细磨选用的砂带细度为200-220目。
所述步骤(5)中腻子粗补施为腻子粗施工2-3道,在20-50℃的温度下干燥;腻子细补施为腻子细施工2-3道,在20-50℃的温度下干燥;当腻子完全干燥固化、再经过砂纸打磨除尘后用表面清洁剂进行清洁。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的机柜柜板涂装方法,涂装工艺稳定,所得柜板表面的漆膜附着力超强且漆膜莹润,光泽感强,色泽均匀致密,表面平整;且成膜温度低、固化时间短、能耗小,提高了机柜柜板的健康环保性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)柜板定型:将材料加工成柜板相应形状和尺寸;
(2)打磨:将柜板放置在砂光机工作台上,先对柜板进行粗磨,再对经过粗磨的柜板进行细磨,得到表面平整、空隙较小的柜板;
(3)除尘:将打磨后的柜板放置在静电除尘柜的工作台上,利用静电除尘枪对柜板的表面进行静电除尘;
(4)喷底漆:在除尘后的柜板表面喷涂配置好的底漆,其中喷涂温度为5℃,湿度为40%;
(5)腻子施工:在底漆上采用砂纸打磨后,先进行腻子粗补施,再进行腻子细补施;
(6)喷面漆:在腻子表面喷涂配置好的面漆,其中喷涂温度为5℃,湿度为40%;
(7)喷清漆:面漆完全干燥后,将配置好的罩光漆喷涂在面漆上,其中喷涂温度为5℃,湿度为40%;
(8)熔融流平:将喷好清漆后的柜板运送至熔融流平区,并放置在输送带上,然后采用红外辐射和对流热风相结合的加热方式对柜板表面进行流平,流平温度为20℃,流平时间为2h;
(9)烘干:流平结束后,对漆面进行烘干以使其完全干燥,烘干温度为55℃,时间为6h;
(10)抛光:采用抛光机对柜板的漆面及边角进行抛光打磨,以使漆面进一步细腻、光滑;
(11)清洁、包装:最后对柜板进行清洗,检验合格后进行包装。
所述步骤(2)中粗磨选用的砂带细度为120目,细磨选用的砂带细度为200目。
所述步骤(5)中腻子粗补施为腻子粗施工2道,在20℃的温度下干燥;腻子细补施为腻子细施工2道,在20℃的温度下干燥;当腻子完全干燥固化、再经过砂纸打磨除尘后用表面清洁剂进行清洁。
实施例2一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(7)喷清漆:面漆完全干燥后,将配置好的罩光漆喷涂在面漆上,其中喷涂温度为35℃,湿度为75%;
(8)熔融流平:将喷好清漆后的柜板运送至熔融流平区,并放置在输送带上,然后采用红外辐射和对流热风相结合的加热方式对柜板表面进行流平,流平温度为30℃,流平时间为3h;
(9)烘干:流平结束后,对漆面进行烘干以使其完全干燥,烘干温度为65℃,时间为8h;
(10)抛光:采用抛光机对柜板的漆面及边角进行抛光打磨,以使漆面进一步细腻、光滑;
(11)清洁、包装:最后对柜板进行清洗,检验合格后进行包装。
所述步骤(2)中粗磨选用的砂带细度为140目,细磨选用的砂带细度为220目。
所述步骤(5)中腻子粗补施为腻子粗施工3道,在50℃的温度下干燥;腻子细补施为腻子细施工3道,在50℃的温度下干燥;当腻子完全干燥固化、再经过砂纸打磨除尘后用表面清洁剂进行清洁。

1.一种机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)柜板定型:将材料加工成柜板相应形状和尺寸;
(2)打磨:将柜板放置在砂光机工作台上,先对柜板进行粗磨,再对经过粗磨的柜板进行细磨,得到表面平整、空隙较小的柜板;
(3)除尘:将打磨后的柜板放置在静电除尘柜的工作台上,利用静电除尘枪对柜板的表面进行静电除尘;
(4)喷底漆:在除尘后的柜板表面喷涂配置好的底漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35℃,湿度为40-75%;
(5)腻子施工:在底漆上采用砂纸打磨后,先进行腻子粗补施,再进行腻子细补施;
(6)喷面漆:在腻子表面喷涂配置好的面漆,其中喷涂温度为5-35℃,湿度为40-75%;
(7)喷清漆:面漆完全干燥后,将配置好的罩光漆喷涂在面漆上,其中喷涂温度为5-35℃,湿度为40-75%;
(8)熔融流平:将喷好清漆后的柜板运送至熔融流平区,并放置在输送带上,然后采用红外辐射和对流热风相结合的加热方式对柜板表面进行流平,流平温度为20-30℃,流平时间为2-3h;
(9)烘干:流平结束后,对漆面进行烘干以使其完全干燥,烘干温度为55-65℃,时间为6-8h;
(10)抛光:采用抛光机对柜板的漆面及边角进行抛光打磨,以使漆面进一步细腻、光滑;
(11)清洁、包装:最后对柜板进行清洗,检验合格后进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中粗磨选用的砂带细度为120-140目,细磨选用的砂带细度为200-220目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机柜柜板表面涂装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中腻子粗补施为腻子粗施工2-3道,在20-50℃的温度下干燥;腻子细补施为腻子细施工2-3道,在20-50℃的温度下干燥;当腻子完全干燥固化、再经过砂纸打磨除尘后用表面清洁剂进行清洁。
