本发明公开了一种线性电气隔离电路,包括电源隔离模块,线性电气隔离电路的高压端逐级通过保护罩、分压模块、运放处理模块一连接至电源隔离模块,所述电源隔离模块给出的反馈信号再逐级通过运放处理模块二、采样模块传出,所述电源隔离模块设有内部电源和外部电源,这种结构的特点是,线性电气隔离电路能够实现12V‑12V的电平输出,本发明电路采用模块化设计,其工作更加稳定;通用性好;且可扩展性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩高压技术领域,具体涉及一种线性电气隔离电路。
背景技术
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电;充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电;充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡使用,进行相应的充电方式、充电时间、费用数据打印等操作,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据,现有的充电桩控制系统工作不够稳定,且可扩展性比较差。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种线性电气隔离电路,电路采用模块化设计,其工作更加稳定;通用性好;且可扩展性好。
本发明公开了一种线性电气隔离电路,包括电源隔离模块,线性电气隔离电路的高压端逐级通过保护罩、分压模块、运放处理模块一连接至电源隔离模块,所述电源隔离模块给出的反馈信号再逐级通过运放处理模块二、采样模块传出,所述电源隔离模块设有内部电源和外部电源,这种结构的特点是,线性电气隔离电路能够实现12V-12V的电平输出。
进一步的,所述内部电源由TPV1212SARP芯片及其外围电路构成,实现电源供电。
更进一步的,所述外部电源内设有光耦隔离HCNR201芯片,将电信号转换成光信号,实现电气之间的线性隔离。
进一步的,所述运放处理模块一由LMV358构成线路。
本发明的特点及有益效果:电路采用模块化设计,其工作更加稳定;通用性好;且可扩展性好,电路实现12V-12V电平输出,将外部高压电平转换成光信号,实现电气之间的线性隔离。

下面通过结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示的一种线性电气隔离电路,包括电源隔离模块1,线性电气隔离电路的高压端逐级通过保护罩2、分压模块3、运放处理模块一4连接至电源隔离模块1,所述电源隔离模块1给出的反馈信号再逐级通过运放处理模块二5、采样模块6传出,所述电源隔离模块1设有内部电源7和外部电源8。所述内部电源7 由TPV1212SARP芯片及其外围电路构成,实现电源供电。所述外部电源8内设有光耦隔离HCNR201芯片,将电信号转换成光信号,实现电气之间的线性隔离。所述运放处理模块4由LMV358构成线路。所述采样模块电压由线性光耦输出给运放电路并处理之后的采样电压。

1.一种线性电气隔离电路,包括电源隔离模块(1),其特征在于:线性电气隔离电路的高压端逐级通过保护罩(2)、分压模块(3)、运放处理模块一(4)连接至电源隔离模块(1),所述电源隔离模块(1)给出的反馈信号再逐级通过运放处理模块二(5)、采样模块(6)传出,所述电源隔离模块(1)设有内部电源(7)和外部电源(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线性电气隔离电路,其特征在于:所述内部电源(7) 由TPV1212SARP芯片及其外围电路构成,实现电源供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线性电气隔离电路,其特征在于:所述外部电源(8)内设有光耦隔离HCNR201芯片,将电信号转换成光信号,实现电气之间的线性隔离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的线性电气隔离电路,其特征在于:所述运放处理模块一(4)由LMV358构成线路。
