An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product, the computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions, which when executed by a computer, enable the computer to perform the methods provided by the above-mentioned method embodiments, for example, including: when a terminal falls back to a second communication system network from a first communication system network, judging whether the first communication system network deploys a shutdown APN; if the first communication system network has deployed the halt APN, judging whether a cell corresponding to the network system fallback of the terminal has a network problem; if the cell has no network problem, judging whether the detachment of the first communication system network initiated by the terminal exists; and if the terminal does not initiate the detachment of the first communication system network, judging that the terminal has a fault.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions, where the computer instructions cause the computer to execute the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the method includes: when a terminal falls back to a second communication system network from a first communication system network, judging whether the first communication system network deploys a shutdown APN; if the first communication system network has deployed the halt APN, judging whether a cell corresponding to the network system fallback of the terminal has a network problem; if the cell has no network problem, judging whether the detachment of the first communication system network initiated by the terminal exists; and if the terminal does not initiate the detachment of the first communication system network, judging that the terminal has a fault.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (10)
1. An analysis processing method for system fallback of a wireless communication network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a terminal falls back to a second communication system network from a first communication system network, judging whether the first communication system network deploys a shutdown APN;
if the first communication system network has deployed the halt APN, judging whether a cell corresponding to the network system fallback of the terminal has a network problem;
if the cell has no network problem, judging whether the detachment of the first communication system network initiated by the terminal exists;
and if the terminal does not initiate the detachment of the first communication system network, judging that the terminal has a fault.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the terminal falls back from the first communication system network to the second communication system network and determines whether the first communication system network deploys the APN, the method further comprises:
and judging the network type fallback type of the terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein said determining the network type fallback type of the terminal comprises:
acquiring 4G receipts, 2G receipts and 3G receipts of the terminal within a preset time period;
if the number of the 4G documents is larger than 0 and the sum of the number of the 2G documents and the number of the 3G documents is larger than a first preset threshold value, judging that the terminal falls back to the 2G or 3G network from the 4G network;
and if the number of the 4G documents is 0, the number of the 3G documents is greater than 0, and the number of the 2G documents is greater than the first preset threshold value, judging that the terminal falls back to the 2G network from the 3G network.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the first communication standard network deploys a APN for outage, the method further comprises:
if the first communication system network does not deploy the shutdown APN, judging whether network-initiated detachment of the first communication system network exists;
if the detachment of the first communication system network initiated by the network exists and the bill corresponding to the first communication system network does not exist after the detachment is initiated by the network, sending a restart notice to the terminal;
and if the network does not initiate the detachment of the first communication system network, executing the step of judging whether the cell corresponding to the network system fallback of the terminal has a network problem.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after determining whether a cell corresponding to the network type fallback of the terminal has a network problem, the method further comprises:
and if the cell has faults, engineering or coverage problems, judging as a network fault, and sending a network fault notification to the terminal.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the determining whether the terminal-initiated detach of the first communication system network exists, the method further comprises:
and if the detachment of the first communication system network initiated by the terminal exists, and the bill corresponding to the first communication system network does not exist after the detachment of the terminal is initiated, and the switch corresponding to the first communication system network in the terminal is determined to be closed, informing a user of setting the terminal.
7. An analysis processing device for system fallback of a wireless communication network, the device comprising:
the system comprises a shutdown APN judging unit, a first communication system network and a second communication system network, wherein the shutdown APN judging unit is used for judging whether the first communication system network deploys a shutdown APN or not when a terminal falls back to the second communication system network from the first communication system network;
a network failure determination unit, configured to determine whether a cell corresponding to a network type fallback of the terminal has a network problem if the first communication type network has deployed a shutdown APN;
a first detach judging unit, configured to judge whether detach of the first communication system network initiated by the terminal exists if the cell does not have a network problem;
and the terminal fault determination unit is used for determining that the terminal has a fault if the terminal does not initiate the detachment of the first communication system network.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising: a fallback type determining unit for:
and judging the network type fallback type of the terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising: a second detachment judgment unit configured to:
if the first communication system network does not deploy the shutdown APN, judging whether network-initiated detachment of the first communication system network exists;
if the detachment of the first communication system network initiated by the network exists and the bill corresponding to the first communication system network does not exist after the detachment is initiated by the network, sending a restart notice to the terminal;
if the network does not initiate the detachment of the first communication system network, the network is switched to the network fault judgment unit to execute the judgment of whether the cell corresponding to the network system fallback of the terminal has a network problem.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising: a network failure determination unit to:
