Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a recording method of a telephone call according to an embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, this embodiment can be performed by the telephone recording system of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
step 31, the msc ce210 determines whether at least one of the calling subscriber and the called subscriber signs up for the telephone recording service.
Step 32, if the MSCe210 judges that at least one of the calling subscriber and the called subscriber signs the call recording service, it triggers the service to the service control point SCP intelligent platform 400 for the first time, and connects the call to the SCP intelligent platform 400.
In step 33, the SCP intelligent platform 400 inserts an access code before the called number and then sends the call back to the MSCe 210.
At step 34, MSCe210 sends the call to voice recording platform 300 via the access code.
Step 35, the recording platform 300 triggers the interactive voice response IVR recording process.
Step 36, the recording platform 300 transforms the calling number and/or the called number.
Step 37, the recording platform 300 sends the call to the IMS domain of the IP multimedia system, and the IMS domain completes the called routing.

In step 373, the I-CSCF network element 120 sends the call to the S-CSCF network element 140.
In step 374, the S-CSCF network element 140 queries and obtains subscription information of the calling subscriber and/or the called subscriber from the HSS 130.
For the subscriber with the telephone record preservation function, at HSS, the subscription IMPU (IP Multimedia public identity) is tel: +86(preX) mobile phone number and sip: 86(preX) mobile number @ device domain name.
In step 375, the S-CSCF network element 140 sends the call to the SCP intelligent platform 400, triggering the calling and/or called intelligent services for the second time.
In step 376, the S-CSCF forwards the call to the MGCF.
Step 377, the MGCF performs number analysis and then sends the call to the corresponding network element to complete the called side connection.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include: the SCP intelligent platform 400 associates the first service trigger with the second service trigger, extracts the location information when the service is triggered for the first time, and stores the location information into the ticket for triggering the intelligent service for the second time, so as to ensure the integrity of the ticket.

Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a first embodiment of a method and system for recording telephone calls according to the present invention. In the embodiment of fig. 5, the calling subscriber is a telephone recording security subscriber, and the called subscriber is a normal subscriber (calling a, called B). As shown in fig. 5, the telephone recording method may include:
step 1, calling side calls are sent to calling side MSCe (calling A, called B).
Step 2, MSCe finds the user has the attribute of signing the intelligent network, then triggers the service to SCP (calling A, called B).
And 3, adding an access code in front of the called number by the SCP and returning the access code to the MSCe, and simultaneously recording the position information (calling A, called 0251183325+ B) of the calling number.
And step 4, the MSCe is sent to the NGCC recording platform (calling A, called 0251183325+ B) according to the access code 0251183325.
And 5, triggering an IVR recording flow by the NGCC recording platform, and converting the calling party and the called party to be sent to the MGCF (calling party preX + A and called party preY + B).
And 6, MGCF judges that the calling party is preX + A, supplements the number into orig field, and sends INVITE message to I-CSCF (calling party preX + A, called party preY + B) as the basis for triggering the calling intelligent network service subsequently.
And 7, the I-CSCF initiates an LIR message to the HSS to acquire S-CSCF information (calling preX + A and called preY + B) of the calling subscriber preX + A.
And 8, the HSS returns S-CSCF information (calling preX + A and called preY + B) to the I-CSCF through the LIA.
Step 9, the I-CSCF initiates an INVITE message (calling preX + A, called preY + B) to the S-CSCF.
Step 10, the S-CSCF initiates an SAR message to the HSS to acquire the subscription information (calling preX + A and called preY + B) of calling user preX + A.
Step 11, the HSS returns the signed iFC (Initial filter criterion, Initial filter rule) of the calling user preX + a through the SAA message (calling preX + a, called preY + B).
And step 12, the S-CSCF triggers the intelligent calling service to the SCP (calling preX + A and called preY + B) according to the signed iFC.
And step 13, the SCP extracts the position information of the calling number recorded before as the position information (calling preX + A and called preY + B) of the current trigger process, and then returns the call to the S-CSCF.
Step 14, the S-CSCF directly analyzes the access code preY, and the analysis result is MGCF (calling preX + a, called preY + B).
Step 15, MGCF transforms the calling and called number, and sends it to C network to make called connection (calling A, called B).
Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating a second embodiment of the recording method and system of the present invention. In the embodiment of fig. 6, the calling subscriber is a normal subscriber, and the called subscriber is a telephone recording security subscriber (calling a, called B). As shown in fig. 6, the telephone recording method may include:
step 1, a calling MSCe receives a call (calling A, called B) initiated by a user.
And 2, the calling MSCe initiates a LOCREQ message to the HLRe to acquire the called user information (calling A and called B).
And 3, the HLRe returns the information of the called user, including service information (calling A and called B).
Step 4, MSCe judges that the user signs the intelligent network, and triggers the service to SCP (calling A, called B).
And step 5, the SCP inserts an access code in front of the called number and returns the access code to MSCe (a calling party A, a called party 0251183325+ B).
