一种自动门机除尘装置,安装于一自动门机的滑轨上,所述滑轨底部具有至少一滑槽,并连接多个活动门板,滑轨具有一顶板,顶板上设有多个排尘孔;一吸尘箱,所述吸尘箱设置于顶板的上方,所述吸尘箱内部形成一气流通道,多个所述排尘孔和所述气流通道相互连通;一负压装置,所述负压装置和所述吸尘箱连接,用以使所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道产生负压。

技术领域
本发明有关于一种自动门机除尘装置及自动门机,特别是指一种使用于无尘室门禁装置的自动门机除尘装置及自动门机。
背景技术
半导体组件、液晶面板、太阳能基板等产品的制程由于需要在高度洁净的环境下进行,因此皆必须在无尘室内进行生产。由于半导体制程,以及新一代的液晶面板、太阳能基板等制程逐步走向基板尺寸扩大,线宽不断缩小,且组件密度不断提高的趋势发展,因此对于无尘室洁净程度的要求也日渐提高。因此,除了对于无尘室内各项设备的防尘能力的要求也不断增加。
现有的无尘室使用的自动门机,其构造通常具有一滑轨,以及连接于滑轨下方的多个活动门板。所述滑轨具有至少一滑槽,且滑槽内部设置有滑轮,以及皮带等驱动装置,活动门板通过连接机构和滑轮及皮带驱动装置连接,并能够受皮带驱动装置驱动,而沿着滑槽往复位移。
现有的自动门机,由于滑轨内部具有滑轮、皮带轮等活动零件,且再加上自动门机的活动门必须频繁地开启或关闭,因此这些活动零件运转时必然会产生灰尘微粒,且这些灰尘微粒会从滑轨的开口或间隙飘散出来,而使得自动门机周边的空间受到灰尘微粒的污染。
由于以上原因,使得自动门机滑轨内部的活动零件摩擦产生的灰尘微粒成为无尘室污染的来源之一。然而,现有采用的降低自动门机灰尘微粒污染的技术,多数为通过将滚轮、驱动皮带等零件选用耐磨不易产生灰尘的材料的方式来降低灰尘的产生。然而由于自动门机的滑轨内部的活动零件作动十分频繁,因此不论选用何种材质,仍然无法完全避免灰尘微粒产生。
故,如何藉由结构设计的改良,来克服现有自动门机容易产生粉尘污染的缺失,已成为该项事业所欲解决的重要课题之一。
发明内容
本发明实施例在于提供一种能够有效降低自动门机的粉尘污染的自动门机除尘装置及自动门机。
本发明其中一实施例提供的一种自动门机除尘装置,其中所述自动门机包括一滑轨及至少一活动门板,其中所述滑轨具有至少一滑槽,以及一位于所述滑槽上方的顶板,至少一所述活动门板的上端容置于所述滑中槽中且能沿着所述滑槽的纵轴方向往复位移,所述自动门机除尘装置包括:多个排尘孔,多个所述排尘孔沿着和至少一所述滑槽平行的方向设置于所述顶板上,多个所述排尘孔和至少一所述滑槽相互连通;一吸尘箱,所述吸尘箱覆盖于多个所述排尘孔的上方,所述吸尘箱内部形成一气流通道,多个所述排尘孔和所述气流通道相互连通;一负压装置,所述负压装置和所述吸尘箱连接,用以使所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道产生负压。
本发明一较佳实施例中,其中至少一所述滑槽的底侧具有一开口,多个所述排尘孔沿着和至少一所述滑槽的纵轴平行的方向设置于所述顶板上,所述吸尘箱沿着和所述滑槽的纵轴平行的方向设置于所述顶板上,多个所述排尘孔被所述吸尘箱所覆盖,当所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道形成负压状态时,能够产生一从所述开口进入到至少一所述滑槽中,再经由多个所述排尘孔进入到所述气流通道中的气流,而使得至少一所述滑槽内部的灰尘粒子被所述气流携带到所述气流通道中。
本发明一较佳实施例中,其中所述负压装置包括:多个抽气装置,多个所述抽气装置设置于所述吸尘箱的一侧面,多个所述抽气装置的一端和所述吸尘箱连接。
本发明一较佳实施例中,其中多个所述抽气装置相对于所述吸尘箱的另外一端分别设有一过滤装置,所述抽气装置能够将所述气流通道内的气体抽出,并使抽出的气体通过所述过滤装置。
本发明一较佳实施例中,其中所述负压装置为一抽气管,所述抽气管连接于一负压抽气装置。
本发明实施例还提供一种自动门机,包括:一滑轨,所述滑轨具有至少一滑槽,以及一位于所述滑槽上方的顶板,所述顶板上设有多个排尘孔,多个所述排尘孔和至少一所述滑槽连通;至少一活动门板,至少一所述活动门板的上端通过多个连接装置连接于至少一所述滑槽中,并能够沿着至少一所述滑槽的纵轴方向往复位移;一吸尘箱,所述吸尘箱设置于所述顶板的上方,所述吸尘箱覆盖于多个所述排尘孔的上方,所述吸尘箱内部形成一气流通道,多个所述排尘孔和所述气流通道相互连通;一负压装置,所述负压装置和所述吸尘箱连接,用以使所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道产生负压。
本发明有益效果,在于能够有效防止自动门机的滑轨及活动零件产生的灰尘微粒飘散到滑轨的外部,而达到良好的防尘效果。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种使用于无尘室门禁装置的自动门机除尘装置及自动门机。如图1至图4所示,为本发明自动门机1的第一实施例,本发明的自动门机1包括:一滑轨10、一活动门20、一吸尘箱30、及多个负压装置40。
其中所述滑轨10具有一铝挤型本体11,如图1及图1A所示,该实施例中,所述滑轨10能够安装于一墙面2上,并通过滑轨10将活动门20安装于墙面2的门口处。所述滑轨10的顶面具有一顶板13,顶板13的底部形成两相互并排的滑槽12,两滑槽12之中具有一隔板15,用以将两滑槽12隔离开来。两滑槽12的底部分别具有一开口121,且滑轨10的底部位于所述滑槽12的开口121的两侧分别具有一向内延伸的底板16。
所述活动门20具有多个活动门板21,每一所述活动门板21的上端分别具有多个连接装置22,并通过连接装置22连接于滑轨10底部的滑槽12中。该实施例中,活动门板21顶端的连接装置22分别连接多个滑轮23,且多个滑轮23和滑轨10的底板16相互配合,藉以使得活动门板21受滑槽12引导,而能够沿着滑槽12的纵轴方向往复位移。滑槽12的内部还进一步设有皮带驱动装置(图中未式),藉以驱动各个活动门板21产生位移,而使得活动门20成为开启或关闭状态。
本发明于滑轨10的顶板13上对应于各个滑槽12的位置设有多个排尘孔14,如图4所示,多个所述排尘孔14是以和滑槽12的纵轴平行的方向设置于顶板13上,因此使得每一个排尘孔14和滑槽12相互连通。
所述吸尘箱30设置于滑轨10的上方,该实施例中,吸尘箱30为一矩形断面的箱体,且吸尘箱30的底部连接于顶板13的上方,并且将多个排尘孔14覆盖住。吸尘箱30的内部形成一气流通道31,因此使得多个所述排尘孔14和所气流通道31相互连通。所述负压装置40和吸尘箱30连接,且通过负压装置40将吸尘箱30内部的气体抽出,而使得吸尘箱30内部的气流通道31形成负压状态。
如图1及图1A所示,由于顶板13上的多个排尘孔14被吸尘箱30所覆盖,且各个滑槽12能够通过排尘孔14和气流通道31连通,因此当吸尘箱30内部产生负压时,能够通过真空吸力将各个滑槽12内部的气体吸引进入到气流通道31中,因此将会形成从滑槽的开口121进入到滑槽12中,然后再经由排尘孔14进入到气流通道31内部的气流。因此,通过气流通道31内部的负压,能够强迫气流仅能够单向地从滑槽12流动到气流通道31中,因此能够将滑槽12内部的灰尘、微粒等吸入到吸尘箱30中,再经由负压装置40将灰尘及微粒带出吸尘箱30。
如图2、图3及图4所示,本发明第一实施例中,各个负压装置40安装于吸尘箱30的侧面。该实施例中,每一个负压装置40分别包括有一抽气装置41,以及一过滤装置42。其中抽气装置41内部具有排风扇,且抽气装置41的一端和吸尘箱30连接,而另一端和所述过滤装置42连接,通过所述抽气装置41能够将所述气流通道31内的气体抽出,并迫使从气流通道31抽出的气体通过所述过滤装置42。
该实施例中,所述过滤装置42内部具有多个滤网,过滤装置42采用的滤网能够为一高效滤网(HEPA,High-Efficiency Particulate Air),通过过滤装置42能够将抽气装置41抽出的气体中所含的灰尘微粒拦阻下来,避免灰尘微粒又散发到空气中,以避免灰尘微粒污染自动门机周边的空间。该所述过滤装置42能够容易地拆下更换或清理,以使得过滤装置42使用一段时间后,仍能够维持良好除尘效果,并避免气流阻塞。
该实施例中,所述吸尘箱30是沿着和滑槽12的纵轴平行的方向设置于滑轨10的上方,而多个所述负压装置40也是沿着和滑槽12的纵轴平行的方向,并以适当间距设置在吸尘箱30上。同时,该实施例在吸尘箱30的一侧边进一步附加一控制箱43,用以连接多个所述负压装置40,并控制多个所述负压装置40的运转。
需注意的是,多个所述负压装置40设置的位置,以及间隔距离能够依照气流模拟分析的结果,而选择其设置于吸尘箱30上的位置及间距,以使得各个负压装置40运转时,能够使得吸尘箱30内部气流信道31各个位置产生的负压力值平均,而使得各个滑槽12内部的气体能够以稳定的流速及压力进入到吸尘箱30内,以确保滑轨10的各个滑槽12内部的灰尘微粒都能够被吸入到吸尘箱30内。
本发明第一实施例通过上述技术手段,能够使得自动门机1的滑轨10内部的各个活动零件(如:滑轮23、皮带驱动机构等)产生的灰尘微粒都能够被吸入到吸尘箱30内,并经由负压装置40将灰尘微粒带离吸尘箱30,因此能够有效地防止自动门机1的滑轨10内部活动零件摩擦所产生的灰尘微粒污染到周边空间的空气,而能够符合新一代无尘室更高规格的防尘要求。
如图5所示,为本发明自动门机的第二实施例,本发明第二实施例中,自动门机1的基本构造和第一实施例相同,因此重复的组件在此不再重复介绍。第二实施例中,所采用的负压装置并未直接和吸尘箱30连接,而是经由延伸管路和吸尘箱30连接。该实施例中,负压装置包括有一抽气管32,所述抽气管32的一端和吸尘箱30连接,且另一端和一负压抽气装置40a连接,所述负压抽气装置40a可以为一真空泵或抽风机,此外也可以为半导体厂房或无尘室内的真空管路,通过所述负压抽气装置40a,能够产生一真空吸力,并经由抽气管32将吸尘箱30内部气体抽出,且将吸尘箱30内的灰尘微粒带离吸尘箱30。
本发明第二实施例同样能够有效除去自动门机1的滑轨10内部活动零件产生的灰尘微粒,而达到提高自动门机1的洁净度及防尘能力的效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,非因此局限本发明的专利范围,故举凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所做的等效技术变化,均包含于本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种自动门机除尘装置,其中所述自动门机包括一滑轨及至少一活动门板,其中所述滑轨具有至少一滑槽,以及位于至少一所述滑槽上方的一顶板,至少一所述活动门板的上端容置于至少一所述滑槽中,且能沿着至少一所述滑槽的纵轴方向往复位移,其特征在于所述自动门机除尘装置包括:
多个排尘孔,多个所述排尘孔设置于所述顶板上对应于至少一所述滑槽的位置,多个所述排尘孔和至少一所述滑槽相互连通;
一吸尘箱,所述吸尘箱覆盖于多个所述排尘孔的上方,所述吸尘箱内部形成一气流通道,多个所述排尘孔和所述气流通道相互连通;以及
一负压装置,所述负压装置和所述吸尘箱连接,用以使所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道产生负压。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动门机除尘装置,其特征在于其中至少一所述滑槽的底侧具有一开口,多个所述排尘孔沿着和至少一所述滑槽的纵轴平行的方向设置于所述顶板上,所述吸尘箱沿着和所述滑槽的纵轴平行的方向设置于所述顶板上,多个所述排尘孔被所述吸尘箱所覆盖,当所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道形成负压状态时,能够产生一从所述开口进入到至少一所述滑槽中再经由多个所述排尘孔进入到所述气流通道中的气流,而使得至少一所述滑槽内部的灰尘粒子被所述气流携带到所述气流通道中。
3.如权利要求2所述的自动门机除尘装置,其特征在于其中所述负压装置包括:多个抽气装置,多个所述抽气装置设置于所述吸尘箱的一侧面,多个所述抽气装置的一端和所述吸尘箱连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的自动门机除尘装置,其特征在于其中多个所述抽气装置相对于所述吸尘箱的另外一端分别设有一过滤装置,所述过滤装置具有多个滤网,所述抽气装置能够将所述气流通道内的气体抽出,并使抽出的气体通过所述过滤装置。
5.如权利要求2所述的自动门机除尘装置,其特征在于其中所述负压装置为一抽气管,所述抽气管连接于一负压抽气装置。
6.一种自动门机,其特征在于包括:
一滑轨,所述滑轨具有至少一滑槽,以及位于至少一所述滑槽上方的顶板,所述顶板和至少一所述滑槽对应的位置设有多个排尘孔,多个所述排尘孔和至少一所述滑槽连通;
至少一活动门板,至少一所述活动门板的上端通过多个连接装置连接于至少一所述滑槽中,并能够沿着至少一所述滑槽的纵轴方向往复位移;以及
一吸尘箱,所述吸尘箱设置于所述顶板的上方,所述吸尘箱覆盖于多个所述排尘孔的上方,所述吸尘箱内部形成一气流通道,多个所述排尘孔和所述气流通道相互连通;
一负压装置,所述负压装置和所述吸尘箱连接,用以使所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道产生负压。
7.如权利要求6所述的自动门机,其特征在于其中所述滑轨为一铝挤型件,至少一所述滑槽成型于所述滑轨的底侧,至少一所述滑槽的底侧具有一开口,当所述吸尘箱内部的所述气流通道形成负压状态时,能够产生一从所述开口进入到至少一所述滑槽中,再经由多个所述排尘孔进入到所述气流通道中的气流,而使得至少一所述滑槽内部的灰尘粒子被所述气流携带到所述气流通道中。
8.如权利要求7所述的自动门机,其特征在于其中所述负压装置包括:多个抽气装置,多个所述抽气装置设置于所述吸尘箱的一侧面,多个所述抽气装置的一端和所述吸尘箱连接。
9.如权利要求8所述的自动门机,其特征在于其中多个所述抽气装置相对于所述吸尘箱的另外一端分别设有一过滤装置,所述过滤装置具有多个滤网,所述抽气装置能够将所述气流通道内的气体抽出,并使抽出的气体通过所述过滤装置。
10.如权利要求7所述的自动门机,其特征在于其中所述负压装置为一抽气管,所述抽气管连接于一负压抽气装置。
