Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for analyzing a barcode of an article according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The invention is mainly applied to the field of bar code information acquisition, for example, along with the development of information technology, bar codes are widely applied to the fields of physical identification and information acquisition. In the existing information acquisition system, the mode of 'integral storage and integral acquisition' of the full bar code is mostly adopted for information acquisition and input, namely: the whole bar code of the article is stored in the system during the goods input, so that the detailed information of the article can be matched and called by the whole bar code and the system during the next goods output, such as an information acquisition system of a supermarket. In addition to this method, there are also a small number of acquisition systems that use a "zero storage and retrieval" method to acquire item information, that is: the bar code analysis system extracts article information such as article codes, batch numbers and specifications from partial contents of the bar codes, and then matches the article information with the purchase, sale and storage system, so as to obtain more detailed information of the purchase, sale and storage of the articles. With the update of the manufacturer to the article or the change of the rule defined by the manufacturer to the bar code, different bar codes of different forms may exist in different articles, and the same article may correspond to different bar codes and correspond to different types of information of the corresponding person. However, in the above-mentioned "integral storage and integral retrieval" manner or "zero storage and integral retrieval" manner, the analysis of the barcode by such an acquisition system is relatively fixed, and the acquisition system can only analyze a certain specific barcode, and cannot expand the change of the market.
In the invention, a user can edit and maintain the rules for analyzing the bar code according to needs, and in the process of analyzing the bar code, the program determines the rules matched with the bar code according to a plurality of rules preset by the user and analyzes the rules, thereby realizing the analysis of the bar codes in different forms. The specific implementation of the present invention is as follows.
Step S10, acquiring first bar code information based on user operation;
the bar code analysis method can be applied to the fields related to physical identification and information acquisition, such as commodity circulation, book management, postal management, bank systems and the like. The embodiment takes the acquisition of medical instrument commodity information as an example. In this embodiment, the user operation may include the user scanning a barcode pattern on the item through a scanner or manually entering a barcode number. The processor acquires the bar code information on the commodity through the modes of manual input of a user or scanning gun code scanning input and the like. The first barcode information of this embodiment refers to complete character information of a barcode on a corresponding article, including code information, feature code information, or placeholder information of the barcode information, for example, H290201702013, where H290 and 3 are placeholders, and 20170201 is the code information in the barcode information. In addition, in the commodity of the medical instrument, two bar codes exist, one bar code is a material bar code, and the other bar code is an information bar code such as a batch rule. The material bar code contains information such as manufacturer identification brevity code, material code, assembly line and the like; the batch number bar code contains the information of the batch, production date, validity period, inner package quantity and the like of the material. In the case where the commodity corresponds to a plurality of barcodes, the first barcode information refers to barcode information of a first barcode acquired in a preset order. In this embodiment, the information of the material information barcode may be preset as the information of the first barcode, and when scanning, the user scans the material information barcode first, and then scans other barcodes, such as barcodes of information such as batch rules.
Step S20, determining a first analysis rule for analyzing the first bar code information according to a preset condition and a first preset rule, wherein the first preset rule comprises a plurality of rules;
in the present embodiment, the first preset rule refers to a set of all preset rules for parsing the first barcode information. For example, when the first barcode information is material barcode information, different manufacturers may have different encoding rules for the material barcode, and since the same manufacturer may also encode the same product in different encoding modes due to upgrade and update of the product, it is necessary to analyze the barcodes with different codes by using a plurality of rules, and when the first barcode information is the material barcode information, the first preset rule is a set of the plurality of rules for analyzing the material barcode. The first parsing rule refers to a rule that matches the first barcode information among a plurality of rules in the first preset rule and can be used to parse the first barcode information.
In this embodiment, after the processor acquires the first barcode information of the user, the processor extracts the rule from the first preset rule through a preset sequence, preliminarily determines the rule, determines whether the acquired rule meets a preset condition, acquires a next rule after the determination or continues to analyze the barcode information by using the original rule, determines whether other preset conditions are met according to the acquired preliminary information when the barcode information is analyzed, and determines whether the rule is the first analysis rule according to a determination result. In this embodiment, a manner of analyzing and determining is adopted, and the preliminary analysis is combined with the determination to determine an analysis rule matching the first barcode information. The preset conditions of this embodiment include a condition for preliminarily determining the rule after the rule is acquired, and a determination condition for the acquired preliminary analysis information. In this embodiment, after the processor obtains one rule from the first preset rule, after the above steps are performed, when a specific preset condition is satisfied, the rule is determined to be the first parsing rule, and if not, the next rule is obtained and a new rule is determined again.
Step S30, obtaining first encoding information of the first barcode information according to the first parsing rule, as first parsing information of the first barcode information.
In this embodiment, the steps executed by the processor after obtaining a rule from the first preset rule may include the following cases: 1) the rule is preliminarily judged, the rule is abandoned according to the judgment result, and the next rule is obtained again; 2) the method comprises the steps of carrying out preliminary judgment on rules, obtaining preliminary information obtained through preliminary analysis and interception according to a judgment result, wherein the preliminary information does not meet a specific preset condition, and the corresponding rules cannot be used as first analysis rules; 3) and preliminarily judging the rule, acquiring preliminary information obtained by preliminary analysis and interception according to a judgment result, wherein the preliminary information meets a specific preset condition, and taking the corresponding rule as a first analysis rule. For the above case, case 1 does not perform preliminary analysis, and does not acquire any information in the barcode information. Case 2) is where the analyzed preliminary information is obtained, but the preliminary information does not satisfy a specific preset condition, the corresponding rule is not used as the first analysis rule, and the preliminary information obtained by the rule is discarded. The preliminary information acquired in case 3) satisfies a specific preset condition, the corresponding rule is a first parsing rule, and the corresponding preliminary information is used as final parsing information. In this embodiment, the first encoded information refers to a specific number of the barcode, such as a material code in the material barcode and a lot number in the lot barcode. After the preliminary determination rule meets a specific condition, the encoded information in the barcode, i.e., the preliminary information as described above, is intercepted preliminarily by using the rule, and whether the preliminary encoded information can be used as the final accurate encoded information depends on whether the encoded information meets a preset condition.
In this embodiment, the method for analyzing the barcode of the article includes: acquiring first bar code information based on user operation; determining a first analysis rule for analyzing the first bar code information according to a preset condition and a first preset rule, wherein the first preset rule comprises a plurality of rules; and obtaining first coding information of the first bar code information according to the first analysis rule, wherein the first coding information is used as first analysis information of the first bar code information. In this way, after the processor acquires the barcode information, an analysis rule for analyzing the barcode information is determined according to the preset condition and the preset rules, and the information acquired by using the analysis rule is used as analysis information. The corresponding bar codes matched with the rules are analyzed through the preset rules, so that the strain capacity of information acquisition is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the method for analyzing the article barcode according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the present invention is provided based on the above embodiment of the method for analyzing the article barcode according to the present invention.
Based on the above embodiment, in the present embodiment, step S20 includes:
step S40, acquiring a first rule from the first preset rules according to a preset sequence;
step S50, determining whether the first rule includes feature information;
step S60, when the first rule does not contain the feature information, the first coding information is obtained according to the preset characters of the first rule;
step S70, judging whether corresponding stock information exists according to the first coding information;
step S80, when there is corresponding stock information, determining that the first rule is a first parsing rule for parsing the first barcode information.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the first preset rule is a rule preset and maintained by a user. Taking bar code information collection of medical devices as an example, as shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9, wherein fig. 8 is an exemplary diagram of rule definition in the bar code rule of the present invention, fig. 9 is an exemplary diagram of maintenance in the bar code rule of the present invention, in the actual business operation process, the user needs to create a barcode rule for the supplier, as shown in fig. 8, the barcode of the manufacturer is set according to the rule maintenance instruction as shown in fig. 9, in the case of manufacturers of medical instruments, some manufacturers may add obvious characteristic information, such as beginning + H, beginning 00, etc., to their own products to distinguish them from other manufacturers, when the user configures the barcode rule, other commodity information can be distinguished through the characteristic information on the maintenance rule, so that the program can perform preferential matching on the bar code rule containing the characteristic information after acquiring the bar code. In this embodiment, the user may maintain the rules of the barcode in advance. The bar code rules have preset maintenance feature code options, and the user can select maintenance or non-maintenance for each rule. The maintenance instructions are as follows: 1) wrapping the material coding blocks in the bar codes by using angle brackets, wherein if the front and back digits of the bar codes are determined, the uncertain codes can be expressed by angles; 2) the batch number content is wrapped with brackets [ ]; 3) the number of digits representing the year is replaced with y, the number of digits representing the month is replaced with m, the number of digits representing the date is replaced with d, and the number of digits representing the quantity is replaced with # s. And intercepting the material codes or the batch numbers in the sharp brackets or the middle brackets according to a preset bit-taking rule in the process of intercepting the codes. As shown in fig. 8, the digits in the barcode rule are the digit-taking information, where T is the total digit of the barcode, L is the left digit-taking number of the angle bracket, and R is the right digit-taking number of the angle bracket. In the process of intercepting the coded information by the program, the bar code is left or right handed down through brackets or sharp brackets in special characters in the bar code rule maintenance description, and the middle character string wrapped by the brackets or sharp brackets is intercepted, so that the corresponding material code or batch number is obtained.
Based on the preset and maintained rule basis, in this embodiment, the user manually inputs barcode information or scans a barcode through a scanner, and then the barcode moving property is automatically analyzed. The processor acquires the bar code information based on user operation, and acquires a rule from the corresponding first preset rule according to a preset sequence. The first rule of this embodiment refers to a rule for analyzing the current barcode obtained from the first preset rule. For example, when the processor acquires a first rule in first preset rules according to a preset sequence, the current first rule is the first rule; when the processor abandons the first rule and obtains a second rule in the first preset rule according to the sequence, the current first rule is the second rule.
After the first rule is obtained, whether the first rule contains characteristic information is judged. The characteristic information is information which is added by a user when configuring a bar code rule and is used for identifying and distinguishing bar codes of other articles. For example, some manufacturers may add obvious characteristic information, such as + H beginning, 00 beginning, and the like, to their own products to distinguish them from other manufacturers, and when a user configures a barcode rule, the user may distinguish other product information by maintaining the characteristic information on the rule, so that the program preferentially matches the barcode rule containing the characteristic information after acquiring the barcode. For example, as shown in fig. 8, when a user presets a rule, the user may select to preset a feature code for the rule, where the feature code is feature information, the barcode rule "+ H732" + H "is preset with feature information" + H ", the character maintaining the feature information may only correspond to a certain specifically determined character, the feature code" + H "may only correspond to corresponding characters" + "and" H ", and the processor may not intercept the encoded information in the barcode directly by using the rule if the current first rule does not include feature code information, for example, when the current first rule is" 33< yyyymmdd >3 ". Wherein, the two left 3 and right 3 of the tip bracket of the first rule "33 < yyymmdd > 3" are placeholders, which only play a role of placeholder and can correspond to any other characters, not only to the specific character "3". Therefore, the rule can analyze the bar code with any character at the corresponding position, such as the bar code "9 u 201702015". When code information in the bar code information is intercepted, the bar code is left and right handed down through preset characters, middle brackets or sharp brackets in the bar code rule maintenance description, character strings in the middle of the middle brackets or sharp brackets are intercepted, and then material and batch number information is obtained. The preset characters in the embodiment are pointed brackets or middle brackets in the bar code rule, and are determined by preset digit information of each rule. For example, when the barcode "9 u 201702015" is analyzed by the rule "33 < yyymmdd > 3", according to "33 < yyymmdd > 3", two placeholders are located on both sides of the angle bracket, a placeholder is located on the right side of the angle bracket, and the middle portion of the angle bracket is cut, the code corresponding to the barcode "9 u 201702015" is "20170201".
After intercepting the coded information in the bar code information, the processor judges whether corresponding stock information exists according to the coded information, specifically, whether consistent information exists can be determined by comparing the coded information with the coded information in the stock database, when the corresponding stock information exists, the fact that related commodities exist in the coded information are subjected to warehousing operation is shown, the code is correctly analyzed coded information, the fact that the coded information is used as analysis information is determined, the analysis is completed, the corresponding coded information is returned, and the corresponding coded information is determined to be final analysis information. In addition, when the corresponding inventory information is determined to exist, other corresponding commodity information in the inventory information, such as manufacturer name, batch quantity information and the like, can be displayed so that the user can know the corresponding commodity state information of the code. And when the inventory information does not exist, judging whether the rule is a rule matched with the bar code information or not according to the service type and other preset conditions. Since there may also be a matching rule that can analyze the first barcode information in the rule including the feature information, the embodiment of the present invention may preset to preferentially match the barcode rule including the feature information with the barcode information or to preferentially match the barcode rule not including the feature information with the barcode information.
In this embodiment, a first rule is obtained from first preset rules according to a preset sequence; judging whether the first rule contains characteristic information or not; when the first rule does not contain feature information, acquiring the first coding information according to preset characters of the first rule; judging whether corresponding inventory information exists according to the first coding information; when corresponding inventory information exists, the first rule is determined to be a first analysis rule used for analyzing the first bar code information, the rule which does not contain characteristic information is directly used for analyzing the bar code information, the validity of the information obtained by analyzing the corresponding rule is determined through the inventory information, and the accuracy and the validity of an analysis result are guaranteed.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of the method for analyzing an article barcode according to the present invention, and the third embodiment of the present invention is provided based on the above embodiment of the method for analyzing an article barcode according to the present invention.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, step S50 is followed by:
step S90, when the first rule includes feature information, determining whether the first barcode information conforms to the feature of the feature information;
and when the first barcode information conforms to the characteristics of the characteristic information, executing step S60, and obtaining the first encoding information according to the preset characters of the first rule.
When the first barcode does not conform to the feature of the feature information, executing step S100, when the first barcode information does not conform to the feature of the feature information, acquiring a next rule of the current first rule according to a preset sequence, taking the currently acquired rule as a new first rule, and executing the steps of: and judging whether the first rule contains characteristic information.
In this embodiment, when the first rule is a rule in which the feature information is preset, it is first determined whether the barcode information conforms to the feature of the feature information. And when the bar code information accords with the characteristics of the characteristic information, acquiring first coding information in the bar code information according to the preset characters of the rule. And when the bar code information does not accord with the characteristics of the characteristic information, abandoning the rule, acquiring the next rule in the first rules according to the preset sequence, taking the newly acquired rule as the new first rule, and repeating the judging and analyzing steps. Specifically, when the first rule is "H29 < yyymmdd > 2" in which feature information "H29" is preset, and the barcode information obtained based on the user scanning is "H29201702013", the "H29" in the barcode is consistent with the feature information "H29" in the first rule, so that the barcode information conforms to the feature of the feature information, the first encoding information "20170201" is obtained according to the preset character "yyymmdd" in the first rule "H29 < yymmdd > 2", and the step of determining whether corresponding inventory information exists according to the first encoding information "20170201" in the above embodiment is continuously performed until the resolution is completed. However, when the first rule is "H29 < yyymmdd > 2" in which feature information "H29" is preset, and the obtained barcode information is "HKK 201702013", the processor discards the rule "H29 < yyymmdd > 2" because "HKK" in the barcode information does not conform to the feature of the feature information "H29", stops performing the subsequent analysis determination step, obtains the next rule from the first preset rule, and re-performs the determination analysis step on the first rule with the newly obtained rule as the first rule.
In this embodiment, when the first rule is a rule in which the feature information is preset, it is determined whether the barcode information conforms to the feature of the feature information, the step of determining and analyzing after the barcode information conforms to the feature information is continuously performed, the rule that the barcode information does not conform to the feature information is discarded, and the setting of the feature information can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of analysis.

In this embodiment, when step S70 is executed, the processor compares the code information obtained by intercepting the barcode information with the inventory information in the inventory database, determines whether there is information in the inventory database that is consistent with the intercepted code information when determining whether there is corresponding inventory information according to the first code information searched, and indicates that no product has been put into the inventory before the code is present when there is no information in the inventory database that is consistent with the intercepted first code information. The processor continuously judges whether the current service is a warehousing service, each commodity document has a corresponding service type during service operation, when a user creates a document, the program transmits the service type in the document to the bar code scanning program, when the current service is the warehousing service, the first rule is determined to be a first rule for analyzing first bar code information, and corresponding coding information is used as final analysis information of the first bar code. And the user can continue to carry out warehousing operation after obtaining the final analysis information, and newly adds the coding information into the inventory database. And when the current service is not the warehousing service, judging the coding information and the rule according to other preset conditions. For example, based on the above embodiment, when the obtained encoded information of the barcode information is "20170201", the processor compares the encoded information "20170201" with encoded information in the inventory database, determines whether the encoded information "20170201" exists in the inventory database, determines whether the current service is a warehousing service when the encoded information does not exist in the inventory database, and adds the encoded information "20170201" to the inventory database according to the operation of the user if the current service is the warehousing service.
In this embodiment, when there is no corresponding stock information, the current rule is determined according to the service type, and when the current service type is a warehousing service, the first rule is determined to be a first parsing rule for parsing the first barcode information, thereby flexibly processing a possible situation of a parsing result.
