Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A control method of an air conditioner, a computer-readable storage medium, a control device of an air conditioner, and an air conditioner having the control device according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the air conditioner may include the steps of:
and S1, acquiring the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity when the air conditioner is started, and acquiring the initial dew point temperature of the indoor air according to the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity.
Specifically, when the air conditioner is started, the indoor ambient temperature and the indoor ambient humidity when the air conditioner is started can be obtained through a temperature and humidity sensor (or a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor) arranged on the indoor unit. After the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity are obtained, the initial dew point temperature of the indoor air can be obtained through conventional formula calculation or table lookup. Taking a table look-up manner as an example, a mapping relationship table among the indoor environment temperature, the indoor environment humidity and the initial dew point temperature of the indoor air may be preset, as shown in table 1, and then the initial dew point temperature of the indoor air is obtained by the table look-up manner according to the obtained indoor environment temperature and the obtained indoor environment humidity.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001533300260000041
Wherein, T1, T2, T3 and … Tn represent the indoor environment temperature, Φ 1, Φ 2, Φ 3, … and Φ m represent the indoor environment humidity, T L11, T L12, T L13, … and T L mn represent the initial dew point temperature of the indoor air, and the values of m and n can be specifically calibrated according to the actual situation.
And S2, in the process of cooling the air conditioner, adjusting the running frequency of a compressor in the air conditioner to enable the temperature of a coil of an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner to be greater than or equal to the initial dew point temperature, so as to enable the air conditioner to perform sensible heat cooling.
Sensible heat refers to the heat required to raise or lower the temperature of a substance to sensible heat when the heat is heated or removed, resulting in a change in the temperature of the substance without a phase change, i.e., without a chemical change or phase change of the substance.
Specifically, after the air conditioner is turned on, a user may set an operation mode of the air conditioner, a preset target temperature (if not set by the user, the preset target temperature may be a preset target temperature when the air conditioner is turned off last time) and a rotation speed of the indoor fan (if not set by the user, the rotation speed of the indoor fan may be a preset indoor fan rotation speed corresponding to a current indoor environment temperature) through a remote controller or the like.
Further, when the user sets the operation mode of the air conditioner to the cooling operation mode, in the process of reducing the current indoor environment temperature by adjusting the operation frequency of the compressor, the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be obtained in real time through the temperature sensor arranged on the coil of the indoor heat exchanger (used as an evaporator in the cooling mode) and compared with the initial dew point temperature. If indoor heat exchanger's coil pipe temperature is less than indoor air's initial dew point temperature, then properly turn down the operating frequency of compressor, under the condition that does not influence the temperature drop, guarantee that indoor heat exchanger's coil pipe temperature is higher than initial dew point temperature always, thereby can effectively reduce the precipitation of moisture among the indoor air, and then reach the purpose that the cooling in-process kept room moisture as far as possible, reduce indoor dehumidification, realize the purpose that the cooling is not dehumidified, promptly the sensible heat cooling, this is to dry northern area, especially suitable for, and the efficiency of sensible heat cooling is high.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, during the cooling process of the air conditioner, the method may further include: acquiring the current indoor environment temperature, and judging whether the current indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to a preset target temperature or not; if the current indoor environment temperature is higher than the preset target temperature, judging whether the variation of the current indoor environment temperature within a first preset time is smaller than or equal to a first preset variation; if the variation of the current indoor environment temperature within the first preset time is smaller than or equal to the first preset variation, the operating frequency of the compressor is adjusted to reduce the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger by the first preset temperature, so that the latent heat of the air conditioner is reduced.
The latent heat refers to the amount of heat absorbed or released by a unit mass of a substance from one phase to another phase at isothermal and isobaric temperatures. The first preset time, the first preset variation and the first preset temperature may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the first preset time may be 10min, the first preset variation may be 0.5 ℃, and the first preset temperature may be 1 ℃.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, if the current indoor ambient temperature is equal to or less than the preset target temperature, the compressor is controlled in the normal control manner so that the current indoor ambient temperature is kept constant.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, if the amount of change in the current indoor ambient temperature within the first preset time is greater than the first preset amount of change, the current operation state is maintained unchanged.
Specifically, after the air conditioner operates for a period of time in a sensible heat cooling mode, the current indoor environment temperature is compared and judged with a preset target temperature. If the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the preset target temperature, the indoor environment temperature is reduced to the preset target temperature through sensible heat reduction, and at the moment, compression is controlled according to a normal control mode, so that the indoor environment temperature is kept at the preset target temperature. If the indoor environment temperature is greater than the preset target temperature, it is indicated that the sensible heat cooling mode may have a large influence on the cooling rate, so that at this time, whether the indoor environment temperature is reduced can be determined by the temperature change rate, for example, whether the change amount of the indoor environment temperature within a first preset time (e.g., 10min) is greater than a first preset change amount (e.g., 0.5 ℃) or not can be determined, and if so, it is indicated that the current cooling rate meets the minimum requirement, so that the operation in the sensible heat cooling mode can be continued; otherwise, it indicates that the current cooling speed is too slow, and even the indoor environment temperature may not reach the preset target temperature, so the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger can be reduced by a first preset temperature (such as 1 ℃) to properly increase the operating frequency of the compressor, thereby accelerating the speed of temperature reduction, i.e. the latent heat cooling process.
That is to say, in the process of the air conditioner refrigerating operation, the initial dew point temperature of a room is determined by detecting the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity, and under the condition of not influencing the temperature drop, the temperature of a coil of an indoor heat exchanger is controlled not to be lower than the initial dew point temperature in the process of the air conditioner operation, so that the purposes of temperature reduction and dehumidification are achieved, namely the sensible heat temperature reduction process. And when the indoor temperature reduction speed is influenced, the temperature reduction speed is increased by reducing the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger, namely the latent heat cooling process. Therefore, the purposes of keeping room moisture as much as possible, reducing the dehumidification amount and ensuring the comfort of users in the cooling process are achieved.
It should be noted that, in the latent heat cooling process, in addition to reducing the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger by the first preset temperature by adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor, the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger may be reduced by the first preset temperature by adjusting (for example, reducing) the rotation speed of the indoor fan, or by a combination of the two.
Further, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the air conditioner may include the following steps:
and S101, starting up.
S102, setting a preset target temperature Ts by a user.
S103, detecting the indoor environment temperature T1 and the indoor environment humidity phi when the air conditioner is started, and acquiring the initial dew point temperature T L of the indoor air.
And S104, controlling the running frequency of the compressor to maintain the coil temperature T2 of the indoor heat exchanger to be T L.
And S105, maintaining the current running frequency of the compressor.
And S106, comparing the T1 with the Ts.
S107, whether T1 > Ts is satisfied is determined. If so, step S108 is performed.
And S108, judging whether the T1 is kept unchanged within 10min of the operation of the air conditioner. If yes, go to step S109; if not, return to step S104.
S109, the coil temperature T2 was decreased by 1 ℃ by adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor. Wherein, after adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor, controlling the compressor to operate with the adjusted operating frequency as the current operating frequency.
S110, judging whether T1 is less than or equal to Ts. If so, step S111 is performed.
And S111, the air conditioner controls and regulates the compressor according to a normal control mode, and the temperature of T1 is guaranteed to be unchanged, namely, the temperature is kept unchanged at a preset target temperature.
In summary, according to the control method of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the invention, the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity when the air conditioner is started are obtained, the initial dew point temperature of the indoor air is obtained according to the indoor environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity, and in the process of cooling the air conditioner, the operating frequency of the compressor in the air conditioner is adjusted to enable the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner to be greater than or equal to the initial dew point temperature, so that the air conditioner performs sensible heat cooling, dehumidification is reduced in the cooling process, room moisture is retained, and user comfort is improved.
