本发明涉及到胶带领域,尤其涉及一种应用于液晶显示屏和背光模组固定的特殊双面保温遮光胶带。
背景技术
液晶显示器(LCD)具有重量轻、体积小、厚度薄、高画质、低工作电压、低消耗功率、低辐射等优点,因此被广范应用于各种尺寸的终端显示设备中,并逐步取代阴极射线管(CRT),成为显示器的主流。LCD为被动发光显示器,即显示面板本身不会发光,需要借助背光模组发光来实现图像显示。背光模组一般包含支架、反射片、导光板、光学膜等几个部分。一般而言,市面上的液晶显示面板与背光模组的组装,往往会采用遮光胶带贴附于液晶面板和背光模块的边缘,使液晶面板与背光模块之间不易产生位移,从而防止液晶显示面板与背光模块之间出现摩擦,避免刮伤背光模块的光学膜片,以确保液晶显示面板的显示质量。此外,遮光胶带还可以遮蔽从液晶面板发出的多余光线,以防止漏光。
传统遮光胶带的主要作用是固定液晶显示屏和背光模组,无其他功能,这使得手机电子产品在一些极端条件如严寒下会出现自动关机无法使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状提供一种保温遮光胶带,以达到能在严寒温度下提供温度补偿,从而保证电子产品正常使用的目的。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该保温遮光胶带,包括基材和涂覆在所述基材表面上的胶粘剂,其特征在于:

所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、己二酸二辛酯中的一种或几种;所述纳米膨化珍珠岩选自珍珠岩、松脂岩和黑曜岩中的至少一种;所述添加剂为纳米碳黑;所述填充剂选自氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁和氧化钠中的至少一种;
所述胶粘剂的重量组成包括:
所述主单体为丙烯酸甲酯,所述功能单体选自甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯中的至少一种。
基材配方中:
增塑剂配比低于5重量份时,PS膜较硬,柔韧性差,耐反翘性不佳;配比高于10重量份时,PS膜过于柔软,强度不够,耐反翘性不佳。
纳米膨化珍珠岩比例低于10重量份时,PS膜保温性能不佳;配比高于20重量份时,PS膜较脆。
添加剂比例低于3重量份时,PS膜遮光性能不佳,出现漏光现象;配比高于8重量份时,PS膜较脆,容易拉断。
填充剂比例低于7重量份时,PS膜保温性能不佳,导热率偏高;配比高于15重量份时,PS膜较脆,容易拉断。
胶粘剂配方中:
硅酸盐配比低于10重量份时,胶粘剂导热率偏高,保温效果不好;配比高于20重量份时,胶粘剂粘性下降,无法满足使用要求。
交联剂配比低于0.5重量份时,胶粘剂聚合后的内聚强度不足,容易脱胶;配比大于1.0重量份时,胶粘剂聚合度过高导致胶体硬度过大,粘着力下降,达不到永久固定的效果。
较好的,所述基材的厚度为10μm-25μm;所述胶粘剂涂覆后的厚度为10μm-30μm。
当基材的厚度小于10μm时,胶带引张强度不够,容易断裂,若基材厚度大于25μm,耐反翘性能不佳。胶粘剂涂覆厚度小于10μm,胶带的粘着力性能得不到保证,若胶厚大于30μm,综合性能及市场需求都会受限。
优选所述PS树脂为高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS);所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯。
较好的,所述纳米膨化珍珠岩为松脂岩与黑曜岩的混合物,两者的重量比为1:2;

按配比取将硅酸盐和溶剂加入到由主单体和功能单体共聚形成的共聚物中,混合均匀后,加入交联剂搅拌均匀,即得到所述胶粘剂。
上述各方案中的保温遮光胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将所述胶粘剂均匀的涂覆在离型膜上,涂胶厚度为10-30μm,在80~90℃干燥1.5~3分钟;
将涂覆在离型膜上的胶粘剂粘接到所述PS膜的第一表面上,收卷,制得胶带的第一工程品;
将另一涂覆有胶粘剂的离型膜上的胶粘剂粘接到所述PS膜的第二表面上,在35~40℃下静置2~3天即得到所需的保温遮光胶带。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的保温遮光胶带,采用纳米膨化珍珠岩和添加剂制作PS膜,能够在PS膜内形成微孔,降低PS膜的导热率,另外,在胶粘剂中加入硅酸盐能使胶粘剂分子间隙增大,降低胶粘剂导热率;具有极佳的保温性能,能够在-50℃环境下维持手机等电子产品的正常工作温度,保证电子产品正常使用,从而拓宽了电子产品的应用范围。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
PS膜的制备:通过溶胶-凝胶法将100份高抗冲PS树脂(拉伸强度为15~30MPa)、5份增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯)、10份纳米膨化珍珠岩(松脂岩与黑曜岩的混合物,两者的重量比为1:2)、3份添加剂(纳米碳黑)和7份填充剂(氧化硼和氧化镁的混合物,两者的重量比为2:1)充分溶解于溶剂醋酸乙酯中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形。
低导热胶粘剂的制备方法:将10份硅酸盐(纳米硅酸铝和纳米硅铝酸钠的混合物,两者的重量比为2:1)和溶剂醋酸乙酯加入到胶粘剂(以甲基丙烯酸丙酯和丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯为共聚单体的胶粘剂)中,搅拌半小时,最后加入0.5份交联剂(综研化学株式会社生产的E-AX环氧树脂胶粘剂)搅拌20分钟得到低导热胶粘剂。
保温遮光胶带的制备:将上述制得的低导热胶粘剂组合物均匀的涂覆在离型膜上,涂胶厚度为20μm,通过85℃干燥箱干燥2分钟,再与PS膜贴附,收卷,制得胶带的第一工程品。
将上述制得的低导热胶粘剂组合物均匀的涂覆在另一离型膜上,涂胶厚度为20μm,通过85℃干燥箱干燥2分钟,再与PS膜另一面贴附,于35~40℃下熟成2~3天得到所需的保温遮光胶带。
实施例2:
PS膜的制备方法:通过溶胶-凝胶法将100份高抗冲PS树脂、10份增塑剂,20份纳米膨化珍珠岩、8份添加剂和15份填充剂充分溶解于溶剂中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形。
低导热胶粘剂的制备方法:将20份硅酸盐和溶剂醋酸乙酯加入到胶粘剂中,搅拌半小时,最后加入1.0份交联剂搅拌20分钟得到低导热胶粘剂。

实施例3:
PS膜的制备方法:通过溶胶-凝胶法将100份PS树脂、8份增塑剂、15份纳米膨化珍珠岩、6份添加剂和10份填充剂充分溶解于溶剂醋酸乙酯中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形。

PS膜的制备方法:通过溶胶-凝胶法将100份PS树脂(拉伸强度为15~30MPa)、8份增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯)、5份纳米膨化珍珠岩(松脂岩与黑曜岩质量比为1:2)、7份添加剂(纳米碳黑)和10份填充剂(氧化硼和氧化镁,两者重量比为2:1)充分溶解于溶剂醋酸乙酯中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形。
低导热胶粘剂的制备方法:将15份硅酸盐(纳米硅酸铝和纳米硅铝酸钠,两者重量比为2:1)和溶剂醋酸乙酯加入到胶粘剂(以甲基丙烯酸丙酯和丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯为共聚单体制备的胶粘剂)中,搅拌半小时,最后加入0.8份交联剂(综研化学株式会社生产的E-AX环氧树脂胶粘剂)搅拌20分钟得到低导热胶粘剂。
保温遮光胶带的制备:将上述制得的低导热胶粘剂组合物均匀的涂覆在离型膜上,涂胶厚度为20μm,通过85℃干燥箱干燥2分钟,再与PS膜贴附,收卷,制得胶带的第一工程品。
将上述制得的低导热胶粘剂组合物均匀的涂覆在另一离型膜上,涂胶厚度为20μm,通过85℃干燥箱干燥2分钟,再与PS膜另一面贴附,于35~40℃下熟成2~3天得到所需的保温遮光胶带。
比较例2:
PS膜的制备方法:通过溶胶-凝胶法将100份PS树脂、7份增塑剂、25份纳米膨化珍珠岩、7份添加剂和10份填充剂充分溶解于溶剂醋酸乙酯中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形。
低导热胶粘剂的制备方法:将20份硅酸盐和溶剂加入到胶粘剂中,搅拌半小时,最后加入0.8份交联剂搅拌20分钟得到低导热胶粘剂。
其余内容与对比例1相同。
比较例3:
PS膜的制备方法:通过溶胶-凝胶法将100份PS树脂、8份增塑剂、12份纳米膨化珍珠岩、5份添加剂和3份填充剂充分溶解于溶剂醋酸乙酯中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形。
低导热胶粘剂的制备方法:将15份硅酸盐和溶剂醋酸乙酯加入到胶粘剂中,搅拌半小时,最后加入0.8份交联剂搅拌20分钟得到低导热胶粘剂。

低导热胶粘剂的制备方法:将25份硅酸盐和溶剂加入到胶粘剂中,搅拌半小时,最后加入0.7份交联剂搅拌20分钟得到低导热胶粘剂。
其余内容与对比例1相同。
上述各实施例和对比例中所涉及到的搅拌,搅拌速率均为120~180rpm。
将实施例1~3和比较例1~6中获得的保温遮光胶带分别进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

表1中各组分用量单位份均为重量份。
由表1可见,本发明中的保温双面遮光胶带具有优良的粘性和低导热性(实施例1~3)。
粘着力性能测试方法:将试样品双面胶带不测试的一面用25μmPET膜覆合后,裁切成20mm×180mm,测试一面时将一面剥离膜撕开,在GLASS上贴合,再用2Kg的压合装置加压三个往返,放置于23℃×65%RH环境中,20min后,置于夹具中以300mm/min进行180°拉板测试,记录数据,同种试样要平行测定两个样品,取平均值。
使用实施例1中所制备的胶带粘贴固定手机的固定液晶显示屏和背光模组。将该手机放置到-50℃环境中1小时。取出后对手机进行常规操作,该手机正常使用。

Claims (10)

1.保温遮光胶带,包括基材和涂覆在所述基材表面上的胶粘剂,其特征在于:
所述基材的重量组成包括:
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、己二酸二辛酯中的一种或几种;所述纳米膨化珍珠岩选自珍珠岩、松脂岩和黑曜岩中的至少一种;所述添加剂为纳米碳黑;所述填充剂选自氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁和氧化钠中的至少一种;
所述胶粘剂的重量组成包括:
所述主单体为丙烯酸甲酯,所述功能单体选自甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述基材的厚度为10μm-25μm;所述胶粘剂涂覆后的厚度为10μm-30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述PS树脂为高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS);所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述纳米膨化珍珠岩为松脂岩与黑曜岩的混合物,两者的重量比为1:2;
所述填充剂为氧化硼和氧化镁的混合物,两者的重量比为2:1。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述硅酸盐选自硅酸镁、硅酸铝、硅铝酸钠和硅酸钡中的至少两种;所述溶剂选自甲苯、乙酸乙酯和丁酮中的至少一种;所述交联剂为环氧树脂类交联剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述硅酸盐为纳米硅酸铝和纳米硅铝酸钠的混合物,两者的重量比为2:1;
所述溶剂为醋酸乙酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述PS膜采用溶胶-凝胶法制得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于所述PS膜的制备方法包括下述步骤:
按配比将PS树脂、增塑剂、纳米膨化珍珠岩、添加剂和填充剂充分溶解于溶剂中,静置脱泡后,在玻璃板上流涎成液膜,然后在凝胶浴中固化,静置24h后在一定条件下干燥成形制得PS膜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的保温遮光胶带,其特征在于胶粘剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
按配比取将硅酸盐和溶剂加入到由主单体和功能单体共聚形成的共聚物中,混合均匀后,加入交联剂搅拌均匀,即得到所述胶粘剂。
10.如权利要求1至9所述的保温遮光胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将所述胶粘剂均匀的涂覆在离型膜上,涂胶厚度为10-30μm,在80~90℃干燥1.5~3分钟;
将涂覆在离型膜上的胶粘剂粘接到所述PS膜的第一表面上,收卷,制得胶带的第一工程品;
将另一涂覆有胶粘剂的离型膜上的胶粘剂粘接到所述PS膜的第二表面上,在35~40℃下静置2~3天即得到所需的保温遮光胶带。
