As shown in fig. 1, the carton sealing machine is composed of a frame, a front pinch roller assembly 8, a rear pinch roller assembly 9, a connecting rod tension spring assembly 10, a tape cutting assembly 11, a tape adjusting assembly 12 and the like. When the front pinch roller assembly 8 is lifted, the adhesive tape on the front end face of the carton is sealed, and when the rear pinch roller assembly 9 is lowered, the adhesive tape on the tail end face of the carton is sealed. The connecting rod tension spring assembly 10 is connected with the front and rear pinch roller assemblies 9, synchronous lifting of the front and rear pinch roller assemblies 9 is achieved, and sealing of the adhesive tape on the plane of the carton is achieved when the bottom edges of the front and rear pinch rollers rise to equal-height positions. The adhesive tape cutting assembly 11 is a rotatable cutter, and when the current pinch roller assembly 8 recovers to a vertical state, the adhesive tape cutting assembly 11 rotates afterwards, and the blade falls to the adhesive tape and cuts off the adhesive tape by utilizing the self gravity (the torsional spring can also be arranged on the adhesive tape cutting assembly 11). the pressing block, the reset spring and the electromagnet are all arranged in an inner cavity of the pressing wheel body, part of the connecting rod is located between the pressing block and the electromagnet, the electrified electromagnet attracts the pressing block to be close to and stirs the connecting rod to rotate, and the stirred connecting rod drives the blade to rotate so that the cutting edge of the blade protrudes out of the side face of the pressing wheel body; the reset spring drives the pressing block and the connecting rod to reset under the condition that the electromagnet is powered off.
The pinch roller of the invention is used for replacing the pinch roller of the front pinch roller component of the carton sealing machine in the prior art. The conventional press roller is generally a cylindrical roller made of plastic and plays a role of flattening the adhesive tape. The press wheel of the invention is provided with a blade in the press wheel body, and the press wheel of the invention only has more thin gaps on the side surface from the appearance, and the gaps hardly affect the operation of the press wheel for flattening the adhesive tape. When the whole front pinch roller assembly finishes the work of flattening the adhesive tape, the electromagnet is electrified, and the blade hidden in the gap protrudes to rapidly cut off the adhesive tape; the electromagnet is then de-energized and the return spring causes the blade to retract back into the gap. Whole pinch roller has had the sticky tape of traditional cardboard box capper to cut off the function of subassembly concurrently.
Furthermore, the number of the gaps is multiple, a blade, a connecting rod and a rotating shaft are arranged in each gap, and all the gaps are uniformly arranged around the central axis of the pressing wheel body; when the electromagnet is electrified, all the blades synchronously protrude; the side surface of the whole pinch roller is only partially tightly attached to the adhesive tape, and the number of blades is increased, so that the adhesive tape can be accurately and rapidly cut off by packaging the electromagnets once and electrifying the electromagnets.

As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the pressing wheel of the present embodiment includes a pressing wheel body 1, a blade 2, a connecting rod 3, a rotating shaft 4, a pressing block 5, a return spring 6 and an electromagnet 7;
the pinch roller body 1 comprises six sub-columns 101 with annular sector sections and two clamping plates 102, the six sub-columns 101 form a cylinder in a surrounding mode, and the two clamping plates 102 are respectively clamped at two ends of the sub-columns 101; any two adjacent sub-columns 101 are spaced apart from each other, and as shown in fig. 4, a rotating shaft 4 is installed in each gap.
As shown in fig. 5, a curved connecting rod 3 is installed in the inner cavity of the pinch roller body 1 through a rotating shaft 4, the connecting rod 3 can rotate around the rotating shaft 4, one end of the connecting rod 3 is fixedly connected with the blade 2, and the other end extends into a cylindrical cavity in the middle of the pinch roller body 1; six sub-columns 101 form six gaps therebetween, and each gap has the same connecting rod 3, rotating shaft 4 and blade 2.
The pressing block 5, the reset spring 6 and the electromagnet 7 are all arranged in the inner cavity of the pressing wheel body 1, the part of the connecting rod 3 is positioned between the pressing block 5 and the electromagnet 7, and the reset spring 6 is in contact with the connecting rod 3; when the electromagnet 7 is not energized, all the blades 2 are housed in the gap, as shown in fig. 5.
When the electromagnet 7 is powered on, the electromagnet 7 attracts the pressing block 5 to approach and stir the connecting rod 3 to rotate, meanwhile, the pressing block 5 also compresses the return spring 7, and the stirred connecting rod 3 drives the blade 2 to rotate so that the cutting edge of the blade 2 protrudes out of the side surface of the pinch roller body 1, as shown in fig. 6 specifically; the return spring 6 drives the pressing block 5 and the connecting rod 3 to return under the condition that the electromagnet 7 is powered off.
The pinch roller of the present embodiment is used to replace the pinch roller of the front pinch roller assembly 8 of prior art carton sealing machines. As shown in fig. 7, the carton sealing machine is composed of a frame, a front pressing wheel assembly 8, a rear pressing wheel assembly 9, a connecting rod tension spring assembly 10, a tape adjusting assembly 12 and the like (the difference from the prior art carton sealing machine of fig. 1 is that a tape cutting assembly 11 is removed and a pressing wheel of the front pressing wheel assembly 8 is replaced). The carton 14 moves from right to left under the action of external force, the front pinch roller assembly 8 sticks the adhesive tape 13 to the carton 14, at the moment, the front pinch roller assembly 8 rotates clockwise, and the rear pinch roller assembly 9 synchronously rotates anticlockwise under the action of the connecting rod tension spring assembly 10.
It is apparent that the upper portion of the left side surface, the entire top surface and the upper portion of the right side surface of the carton 14 are adhered with the adhesive tape 13 as the carton 14 moves. The front pinch roller assembly 8 serves to flatten the upper portion and the entire top surface of the left side face of the carton 14, and the rear pinch roller assembly 9 serves to flatten the upper portion of the entire top and right side faces of the carton 14. When the front pinch roller assembly 8 is restored to the vertical state as shown in fig. 7, the adhesive tape 13 sticking work of the carton 14 is basically completed, the electromagnet 7 is electrified, the six blades 2 of the pinch roller synchronously protrude, and the blade 2 closest to the adhesive tape 13 can rapidly cut off the adhesive tape 13.
