As shown in fig. 1, the working process of the linear bearing assembly machine is as follows: the shifting fork rod is preset on the support 7, two linear bearings are respectively preset on the two pulling-out assemblies, the fourth driving part 3 drives the two protective covers 12 to extend out simultaneously and covers the linear bearings, then the first driving part 1 drives the pulling-out assemblies to pull out the linear bearings, namely the first driving part 1 drives the two opening rakes 8 to move reversely, the elastic bushings of the two linear bearings are pulled out, the second driving part 5 drives the support 7 to move left, so that the left end of the shifting fork rod positioned on the support 7 moves to the left assembly position firstly, the third driving part 17 positioned at the left end drives the pulling-out assemblies to descend, the linear bearings are sleeved on the left end of the shifting fork rod, and then the pulling-out assemblies are driven to descend continuously, so that the pulling-out assemblies are separated from the linear bearings, and one-end assembly is completed; then, the second driving part 5 drives the bracket 7 to move right so that the right end of the shifting fork rod moves to a right assembling position, the third driving part 17 and the first driving part 1 drive the pulling assembly at the left end to reset, the third driving part 17 at the right end drives the pulling assembly to descend, the linear bearing is sleeved on the upper right of the shifting fork rod, and then the pulling assembly is continuously driven to descend so that the pulling assembly is separated from the linear bearing, the other end of the pulling assembly is assembled, and the assembly of the two linear bearings is completed; finally, the shifting fork rod assembled with the linear bearing is taken away, the third driving part 17 and the first driving part 1 drive the pulling-out assembly positioned at the right end to reset, and the second driving part 5 drives the bracket 7 to reset.
It should be noted that, for the resetting of the two pull-apart components, the resetting may be performed at other times according to actual needs, which is not limited to the above embodiment.
In the linear bearing assembly machine, in order to facilitate the support 7 to be slidably and detachably mounted on the base 4, the support 7 is detachably fixed to a slider by a threaded connection, and the slider is slidably mounted on the base 4. Further, the threaded connection is a wing nut.

Claims (9)

1. A linear bearing assembly machine, comprising:
a pull-apart assembly capable of pulling apart the elastic bushing of the linear bearing;
a first driving member (1) for driving the pulling assembly to pull the elastic bushing open;
a bracket (7) for supporting a component to be mounted;
a second driving part (5) for driving the bracket (7) to move so as to move the part to be mounted to the linear bearing;
a third driving part (17) for driving the pulling assembly to move so as to sleeve the pulled elastic bushing on the part to be installed;
a shielding assembly, the shielding assembly comprising: a shield (12) for covering the linear bearing, and a fourth driving member (3) for driving the shield (12) to move;
a base (4), wherein the bracket (7) is slidably and detachably arranged on the base (4);
wherein the number of the pull-open assemblies is two, and the pull-open assemblies are respectively positioned at two ends of the bracket (7).
2. Linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 1, further comprising a control system for controlling the operation of the first drive member (1), the second drive member (5), the third drive member (17) and the fourth drive member (3).
3. Linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the pulling assembly comprises two oppositely arranged split rakes (8), the first driving member (1) pulling the elastic bushings by driving the two split rakes (8) against each other.

A linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the open rake (8) comprises: a first sub-plate (801) for contact with the elastic bush, and a second sub-plate (802) vertically connected to the first sub-plate (801); wherein, one end of the first sub-plate (801) far away from the second sub-plate (802) is provided with an opening (803), and the second sub-plate (802) is connected with the first driving component (1).
5. A linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 3, further comprising a limiting member (9), the limiting member (9) being adapted to limit the opening rake (8) to move a predetermined distance.
6. A linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 3, wherein the first drive member (1) drives the open rake (8) through a slider (2), and the pull-apart assembly further comprises a guide slot in sliding engagement with the slider (2).
7. The linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 1, further comprising a movable plate (13), wherein the pull-out assembly and the first driving part (1) are both arranged on the movable plate (13), and the third driving part (17) drives the pull-out assembly to move through the movable plate (13).
8. The linear bearing assembly machine of claim 7, further comprising: a base (4) provided with a guide post (11) of the base (4); the guide post (11) is in sliding fit with the movable plate (13), and the third driving component (17) is arranged on the base (4).

Linear bearing assembly machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the bracket (7) comprises: a holder (701) for clamping a clamping plate (703) of the component to be mounted, and a leg (702) for supporting both ends of the component to be mounted; wherein the feet (702) and the clamping plate (703) are both fixed to the support (701), and the feet (702) are located on both sides of the clamping plate (703).
