These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a toothbrush includes a handle 10 and a head 30 connected to a front end of the handle 10, the handle 10 is provided with a toothpaste chamber 11 extending from the front end to a rear end thereof, and a toothpaste outlet 31 is formed on a bristle-planted surface of the head 30. In this embodiment, the brush head 30 is preferably provided with a toothpaste outlet channel 32 which has the same extending direction as the toothpaste cavity, one end of the toothpaste outlet channel 32 is communicated with the toothpaste cavity 11, and the other end of the toothpaste outlet channel 32 leads to the toothpaste outlet 31, that is, the toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11 passes through the toothpaste outlet channel 32 and then reaches the toothpaste outlet 31.
In order to facilitate the extrusion of the toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11, the brush handle 10 is connected with a toothpaste driving mechanism, and the toothpaste driving mechanism is used for extruding the toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11 and the toothpaste in the toothpaste outlet channel 32 from the toothpaste outlet 31. The toothpaste driving mechanism comprises a first guide rod 61, a second guide rod 62 and a third guide rod 62 which extend into the toothpaste cavity 11 and a sealing disc 64 connected to the periphery of the first guide rod 61, the first guide rod 61 is sleeved on the second guide rod 62, the second guide rod 62 is sleeved on the third guide rod 63, the sealing disc 64 is circumferentially fixed with the brush handle 10, and the rotation of the brush handle 10 can drive the sealing disc 64 to move in the toothpaste cavity 11 along the first guide rod 61. The first guide rod 61 is configured as a threaded guide rod, the sealing disc 64 is in threaded engagement with the first guide rod 61, the first guide rod 61 is fixed, the sealing disc 64 rotates, and the sealing disc 64 moves along the first guide rod 61 while rotating, so that the toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11 is driven. The closing disk 64 may be made of an elastic material such as rubber, silicone, etc., or may be another rigid plastic or rigid material. Wherein, the face of the sealing disc 64 facing the brush head 30 is configured as a convex inclined plane, the end face shape of the connecting part 303 of the brush head 30 connected with the brush handle 10 is matched with the inclined plane, and the inclined plane makes the toothpaste enter the toothpaste outlet channel 32 from the toothpaste cavity 11 more easily, so that the operation of squeezing the toothpaste is more labor-saving.
In addition, in order to make the toothpaste in the toothpaste outlet channel 32 fully used, the second guide rod 62 and the third guide rod 63 are also engaged through threads, the second guide rod 62 is circumferentially fixed with the first guide rod 61, for example, a guide groove 611 extending along the longitudinal direction of the first guide rod 61 is arranged in the first guide rod 61, a clamping part 621 extending into the guide groove 61 is arranged on the second guide rod 62, the clamping part 621 can be configured as a protrusion, the protrusion moves in the guide groove to limit the rotation of the second guide rod 62 relative to the first guide rod 61, when the third guide rod 63 rotates, the second guide rod 62 moves along the longitudinal direction, and the radial dimension of the second guide rod 62 is matched with the radial dimension of the toothpaste outlet channel 32, so that the second guide rod 62 can extend into the toothpaste outlet channel 32 to extrude the toothpaste in the toothpaste outlet channel 32. The rear end of brush holder 10 is provided with the knob subassembly, the knob subassembly includes first knob 71 of fixed connection first guide arm 61 and the second knob 72 of fixed connection third guide arm 63, can the relative rotation between first knob 71 and the second knob 72, that is to say, operation first knob 71 can drive first guide arm 61 rotatory, operation second knob 72 can drive third guide arm 63 rotatory, and, when crowded toothpaste, can be that operation brush holder 10 is rotatory relative to first knob 71, also can be that operation first knob 71 is rotatory relative to brush holder 10, all can drive a set 64 removal in order to extrude toothpaste. Wherein, the first knob 71 is arranged at the periphery of the second knob 72, the first knob 71 is configured in a cross shape to facilitate the finger to touch, operate and rotate, when the sealing plate 64 is moved to the terminal position, the first knob 71 can not rotate continuously, the user can know that the toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11 is used up, and the toothpaste in the toothpaste outlet channel 32 can be extruded for continuous use by independently rotating the second knob 72.
In this embodiment, the toothpaste outlet 31 is formed by a plurality of small holes arranged at intervals on the hair-setting surface, the diameter of the small holes is small, the small holes are similar to stamp holes, the toothpaste is semi-fluid, and will not overflow from the small holes under the condition of no external force, and the toothpaste has semi-coagulability and sterilization effect, so that water and bacteria will not enter the toothpaste. Even if the toothpaste is not used for a long time, the toothpaste will not be blocked even if the solidified toothpaste is extruded because the pore diameter is small. Of course, the toothpaste outlet can also be selectively communicated, for example, an elastic plug is arranged at the toothpaste outlet, the elastic plug can be opened under the pressure when the toothpaste is squeezed, and the toothpaste is automatically closed after being squeezed, so that water or impurities are prevented from entering.
In this embodiment, the brush head 30 is configured to be removably mounted to the handle 10, and the stored toothpaste in the handle 10 may be approximately 3 months of use, depending on the dentist's recommended three month replacement of the toothbrush, and when the toothpaste is exhausted, the user is aware of the refill and the replacement of the brush head.
The process of operating the toothbrush to squeeze toothpaste out will be described in detail below, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing plate 64 of the toothpaste driving mechanism is in an initial position, when teeth are brushed, the sealing plate 64 can be driven to move by rotating the brush handle 10 or rotating the first knob 71, and toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11 is pushed by the sealing plate to be squeezed out from the toothpaste outlet 31 through the toothpaste outlet channel 32. Referring to fig. 4, the sealing plate 64 of the toothpaste driving mechanism is at the terminal position, the toothpaste in the toothpaste cavity 11 is completely extruded, the brush handle 10 or the first knob 71 is continuously rotated, and the sealing plate 64 is abutted against the end surface of the connecting portion 303 of the brush head 30, and cannot be continuously rotated, and the second knob 72 can be independently rotated, the rotation of the second knob 72 drives the third guide rod 63 to rotate, the second guide rod 62 is driven by the third guide rod 63 to extend out of the first guide rod 61 and extend into the toothpaste outlet channel 32, so that the second guide rod 62 pushes the toothpaste in the toothpaste outlet channel 32 to be extruded from the toothpaste outlet 31, as shown in fig. 5.
Above-mentioned embodiment extrudes toothpaste through operation toothpaste actuating mechanism, goes out the cream from the bristle planting face of brush head, and toothpaste can fully dissolve, prevents that toothpaste is extravagant, goes out toothpaste in the cream passageway also can make full use of not remaining moreover, conveniently adds or changes after having used up, thereby need not to change whole toothbrush resources are saved more.
