Abstract
The invention relates to the field of optical lenses, and discloses an imaging optical lens which sequentially comprises a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, a fifth lens, a sixth lens and a seventh lens from an object side to an image side, and satisfies the following relational expressions of-10 ≤ f1/f ≤ 3.1,1.7 ≤ n3 ≤ 2.2,2 ≤ f6/f7 ≤ 10, 1 ≤ (R1+ R2)/(R1-R2) ≤ 10, and 0.01 ≤ d5/TT L ≤ 0.2.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of optical lenses, and more particularly, to an imaging optical lens suitable for portable terminal devices such as smart phones and digital cameras, and imaging apparatuses such as monitors and PC lenses.
Background
In recent years, with the rise of smart phones, the demand of miniaturized camera lenses is increasing, and the photosensitive devices of general camera lenses are not limited to two types, namely, a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) or a Complementary Metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Sensor, and due to the advanced semiconductor manufacturing process technology, the pixel size of the photosensitive devices is reduced, and in addition, the current electronic products are developed with a good function, a light weight, a small size and a light weight, so that the miniaturized camera lenses with good imaging quality are the mainstream in the current market. In order to obtain better imaging quality, the lens mounted on the mobile phone camera conventionally adopts a three-piece or four-piece lens structure. Moreover, with the development of technology and the increase of diversified demands of users, under the condition that the pixel area of the photosensitive device is continuously reduced and the requirement of the system on the imaging quality is continuously improved, five-piece, six-piece and seven-piece lens structures gradually appear in the design of the lens. A wide-angle imaging lens having excellent optical characteristics, being ultra-thin and having sufficient chromatic aberration correction is in demand.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an imaging optical lens that can satisfy the requirements of ultra-thinning and wide angle while achieving high imaging performance.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention in its various embodiments. However, the technical solution claimed in the present invention can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
(first embodiment)
Referring to the drawings, fig. 1 shows an imaging optical lens 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the imaging optical lens 10 includes seven lenses, specifically, the imaging optical lens 10 includes, in order from an object side to an image side, an aperture stop S1, a first lens L1, a second lens L2, a third lens L3, a fourth lens L4, a fifth lens L5, a sixth lens L6, and a seventh lens L7, and optical elements such as an optical filter (GF) may be disposed between the seventh lens L7 and an image plane Si.
The first lens L1 is made of plastic, the second lens L2 is made of plastic, the third lens L3 is made of glass, the fourth lens L4 is made of plastic, the fifth lens L5 is made of plastic, the sixth lens L6 is made of plastic, and the seventh lens L7 is made of plastic.

The refractive index of the third lens is defined as n3, 1.7. ltoreq. n 3. ltoreq.2.2, and the refractive index of the third lens L3 is defined within this range, which is more advantageous for the development of ultra-thinning and correction of aberration, preferably, 1.76. ltoreq. n 3. ltoreq.2.1 is satisfied.
The focal length of the sixth lens is defined as f6, the focal length of the seventh lens is defined as f7, 2 is equal to or greater than f6/f7 is equal to or less than 10, and the ratio of the focal length f6 of the sixth lens L6 to the focal length f7 of the seventh lens L is defined, so that the sensitivity of the optical lens group for shooting can be effectively reduced, and the imaging quality is further improved.
The curvature radius of the object side surface of the first lens is defined as R1, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the first lens is defined as R2, 1 ≦ (R1+ R2)/(R1-R2) ≦ 10, the shape of the first lens L1 is defined, and when the curvature radius is out of range, problems such as off-axis aberration and the like are difficult to correct as the ultra-thin wide angle is developed, and preferably, 1.1 ≦ (R1+ R2)/(R1-R2) ≦ 8.7 is satisfied.
The on-axis thickness of the third lens is defined as d5, the total optical length of the photographic optical lens is TT L, the value of d5/TT L is 0.01-0.2, the ratio of the on-axis thickness of the third lens L3 to the total optical length TT L of the photographic optical lens 10 is regulated, and therefore ultra-thinning is facilitated, and preferably, the value of d5/TT L is 0.024-0.1325.
When the focal length of the image pickup optical lens 10, the focal length of each lens, the refractive index of the relevant lens, the optical total length of the image pickup optical lens, the on-axis thickness and the curvature radius satisfy the above relational expressions, the image pickup optical lens 10 can have high performance and satisfy the design requirement of the low TT L.
In this embodiment, the object-side surface of the first lens element L1 is convex at the paraxial region and the image-side surface thereof is concave at the paraxial region, and has negative refractive power.
The on-axis thickness of the first lens L1 is d1, and satisfies the following relation that d1 is more than or equal to 0.11 and less than or equal to 0.33, which is favorable for realizing ultra-thinning, preferably, d1 is more than or equal to 0.18 and less than or equal to 0.26.
In this embodiment, the second lens element L2 has positive refractive power and its object-side surface is convex along the paraxial region.
The focal length of the whole image pickup optical lens 10 is f, the focal length of the second lens L2 is f2, and the following relational expression is satisfied, i.e., 0.43 < f2/f < 1.38, and the spherical aberration generated by the first lens L1 having negative refractive power and the amount of curvature of field of the system are reasonably and effectively balanced by controlling the positive refractive power of the second lens L2 within a reasonable range, preferably, 0.69 < f2/f < 1.10.
The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the second lens L2 is R3, and the radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the second lens L2 is R4, and satisfies the following relationships of-2.14 ≦ (R3+ R4)/(R3-R4) ≦ -0.35, and the shape of the second lens L2 is defined so that the problem of chromatic aberration on the axis is difficult to correct as the lens is moved to an ultra-thin wide angle when out of the range, and preferably-1.34 ≦ (R3+ R4)/(R3-R4) ≦ -0.44.
The on-axis thickness of the second lens L2 is d3, and the following relation is satisfied, wherein d3 is more than or equal to 0.25 and less than or equal to 0.93, which is beneficial to realizing ultra-thinning, and preferably, d3 is more than or equal to 0.40 and less than or equal to 0.75.
In this embodiment, the image-side surface of the third lens element L3 is concave in the paraxial region and has negative refractive power.
The focal length of the whole shooting optical lens 10 is f, the focal length of the third lens L3 is f3, and the following relational expression is satisfied, wherein f3/f is more than or equal to-6.55 and less than or equal to-1.47, which is beneficial to the system to obtain good ability of balancing curvature of field so as to effectively improve the image quality, and preferably, f3/f is more than or equal to-4.09 and less than or equal to-1.83.
The curvature radius of the object side surface of the third lens L3 is R5, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the third lens L3 is R6, and the following relations are satisfied, wherein-0.42 ≦ (R5+ R6)/(R5-R6) ≦ 6.76, the shape of the third lens L3 can be effectively controlled, the molding of the third lens L3 is facilitated, and the generation of molding defects and stress caused by the excessive surface curvature of the third lens L3 is avoided, preferably, -0.26 ≦ (R5+ R6)/(R5-R6) ≦ 5.41.
The on-axis thickness of the third lens L3 is d5, and the following relation is satisfied, namely, d5 is more than or equal to 0.11 and less than or equal to 0.53, which is beneficial to realizing ultra-thinning, preferably, d5 is more than or equal to 0.17 and less than or equal to 0.42.
In the present embodiment, the image-side surface of the fourth lens L4 is convex at the paraxial region.
The focal length of the whole pick-up optical lens 10 is f, the focal length of the fourth lens L4 is f4, the following relational expression is satisfied, 18.07 ≦ f4/f ≦ 13.22, and the system has better imaging quality and lower sensitivity through reasonable distribution of focal power, preferably-11.29 ≦ f4/f ≦ 10.57.
The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fourth lens L4 is R7, the radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the fourth lens L4 is R8, and the following relational expressions of-18.98 ≦ (R7+ R8)/(R7-R8) ≦ 5.52, and the shape of the fourth lens L4 is specified, and when out of range, it is difficult to correct the aberration of the off-axis view angle with the development of the ultra-thin wide angle, and preferably-11.86 ≦ (R7+ R8)/(R7-R8) ≦ 4.42.
The on-axis thickness of the fourth lens L4 is d7, and the following relation is satisfied, wherein d7 is more than or equal to 0.14 and less than or equal to 0.47, which is beneficial to realizing ultra-thinning, preferably, d7 is more than or equal to 0.22 and less than or equal to 0.38.
In this embodiment, the fifth lens element L5 has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface.
The focal length of the whole shooting optical lens 10 is f, the focal length of the fifth lens L5 is f5, the following relational expression is satisfied, f5/f is more than or equal to 0.30 and less than or equal to 1.22, the definition of the fifth lens L5 can effectively make the ray angle of the shooting lens gentle and reduce the tolerance sensitivity, and preferably, f5/f is more than or equal to 0.48 and less than or equal to 0.97.
The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fifth lens L5 is R9, the radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the fifth lens L5 is R10, and the following relationships are satisfied, where (R9+ R10)/(R9-R10) is not more than 0.84, and (R9+ R10)/(R9-R10) is not more than 4.88, and the shape of the fifth lens L5 is specified, and when the conditions are out of the range, it is difficult to correct the off-axis angular aberration and other problems with the development of ultra-thin wide-angle, and preferably, 1.35 is not more than (R9+ R10)/(R9-R10) is not more than 3.91.

The curvature radius of the object side surface of the sixth lens L6 is R11, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the sixth lens L6 is R12, and the following relational expressions are satisfied, where (R11+ R12)/(R11-R12) is 0.43. ltoreq. R11+ R12)/(R11-R12) is 8.51, and the shape of the sixth lens L6 is specified, and when the conditions are out of the range, it is difficult to correct the off-axis angular aberration and the like with the development of an ultra-thin wide angle, and preferably, 0.68. ltoreq. R11+ R12)/(R11-R12) is 6.80.
The on-axis thickness of the sixth lens L6 is d11, and satisfies the following relation that d11 is greater than or equal to 0.29 and less than or equal to 1.11, which is favorable for realizing ultra-thinning, preferably, d11 is greater than or equal to 0.47 and less than or equal to 0.89.
In this embodiment, the seventh lens element L7 has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface.
The focal length of the whole pick-up optical lens 10 is f, the focal length of the seventh lens L7 is f7, and the following relations that-1.91 < f7/f < f > 0.54, through reasonable distribution of optical power, the system has better imaging quality and lower sensitivity, preferably-1.19 < f7/f < f > 0.68 are satisfied.
The curvature radius of the object side surface of the seventh lens L7 is R13, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the seventh lens is R14, and the following relations of (R13+ R14)/(R13-R14) ≦ 4.73 are satisfied, and the shape of the seventh lens L7 is defined, and when the conditions are out of the range, it is difficult to correct the off-axis aberration along with the development of an ultra-thin wide angle.
Preferably, 1.92 ≦ (R13+ R14)/(R13-R14). ltoreq.3.79.
The on-axis thickness of the seventh lens L7 is d13, and satisfies the following relation that d13 is equal to or greater than 0.16 and equal to or less than 0.50, which is favorable for realizing ultra-thinning, preferably, d13 is equal to or greater than 0.26 and equal to or less than 0.40.
In the present embodiment, the total optical length TT L of the imaging optical lens 10 is less than or equal to 6.05 mm, which is advantageous for achieving ultra-thinning, and preferably, the total optical length TT L of the imaging optical lens 10 is less than or equal to 5.78 mm.
In the present embodiment, the number of apertures F of the imaging optical lens 10 is 2.25 or less. The large aperture is large, and the imaging performance is good. Preferably, the F-number of the imaging optical lens 10 is 2.20 or less.
With such a design, the optical total length TT L of the entire imaging optical lens 10 can be made as short as possible, and the characteristic of miniaturization can be maintained.
The image pickup optical lens 10 of the present invention will be explained below by way of example. The symbols described in the respective examples are as follows. Distance, radius and center thickness are in mm.

For convenience, the aspherical surface of each lens surface uses the aspherical surface shown in the above formula (1). However, the present invention is not limited to the aspherical polynomial form expressed by this formula (1).
Tables 3 and 4 show inflection points and stagnation point design data of the respective lenses in the imaging optical lens 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, where R1 and R2 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the first lens L1, respectively, R3 and R4 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the second lens L2, respectively, R5 and R6 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the third lens L3, respectively, R7 and R8 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the fourth lens L4, respectively, R9 and R10 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the fifth lens L5, respectively, R11 and R12 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the sixth lens L6, respectively, and R13 and R14 represent an object side surface and an image side surface of the seventh lens L7, respectively, where "inflection point position correspondence data is a vertical distance" between an inflection point of the respective lens surface and an optical axis of the imaging optical lens 10.

Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing curvature of field and distortion of light having a wavelength of 555nm after passing through the imaging optical lens 10 according to the first embodiment, where S is curvature of field in the sagittal direction and T is curvature of field in the tangential direction in fig. 4.
Table 13 shown later shows values of various numerical values in examples 1, 2, and 3 corresponding to the parameters specified in the conditional expressions.
As shown in table 13, the first embodiment satisfies each conditional expression.
In the present embodiment, the imaging optical lens has an entrance pupil diameter of 1.788mm, a full field image height of 2.994mm, a diagonal field angle of 74.97 °, a wide angle, and a high profile, and has excellent optical characteristics with on-axis and off-axis chromatic aberration sufficiently corrected.
(second embodiment)
The second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and only different points will be described below.
Tables 5 and 6 show design data of the imaging optical lens 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

In the present embodiment, the imaging optical lens has an entrance pupil diameter of 1.779mm, a full field image height of 2.994mm, a diagonal field angle of 74.81 °, a wide angle, and a high profile, and has excellent optical characteristics with on-axis and off-axis chromatic aberration sufficiently corrected.
(third embodiment)
The third embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and only different points will be described below.
Tables 9 and 10 show design data of the imaging optical lens 30 according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

Table 13 below shows the numerical values corresponding to the respective conditional expressions in the present embodiment, in accordance with the conditional expressions described above. Obviously, the imaging optical system of the present embodiment satisfies the above conditional expressions.
In the present embodiment, the imaging optical lens has an entrance pupil diameter of 1.764mm, a full field height of 2.994mm, a diagonal field angle of 75.35 °, a wide angle, and a high profile, and has excellent optical characteristics with on-axis and off-axis chromatic aberration sufficiently corrected.

It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific embodiments for practicing the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.
Claims (20)
1. An imaging optical lens, in order from an object side to an image side, comprising: a first lens element with negative refractive power, a second lens element with positive refractive power, a third lens element with negative refractive power, a fourth lens element, a fifth lens element with positive refractive power, a sixth lens element with negative refractive power, and a seventh lens element with negative refractive power;
the focal length of the imaging optical lens is f, the focal length of the first lens is f1, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the first lens is R1, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the first lens is R2, the refractive index of the third lens is n3, the on-axis thickness of the third lens is d5, the focal length of the sixth lens is f6, the focal length of the seventh lens is f7, and the total optical length of the imaging optical lens is TT L, and the following relational expressions are satisfied:
-10≤f1/f≤-3.1;
1.7≤n3≤2.2;
2≤f6/f7≤10;
1≤(R1+R2)/(R1-R2)≤10;
0.01≤d5/TTL≤0.2。
2. an imaging optical lens according to claim 1, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied:
-7.996≤f1/f≤-4.165;
1.76≤n3≤2.1;
2.05≤f6/f7≤9.75;
1.1≤(R1+R2)/(R1-R2)≤8.7;
0.024≤d5/TTL≤0.1325。
3. the imaging optical lens assembly of claim 1, wherein the first lens element has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface;
the first lens has an on-axis thickness d1 and satisfies the following relationship:
0.11mm≤d1≤0.33mm。
4. an imaging optical lens according to claim 3, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied: d1 is not less than 0.18mm and not more than 0.26 mm.
5. The imaging optical lens of claim 1, wherein the object-side surface of the second lens element is convex at the paraxial region;
the focal length of the image pickup optical lens is f, the focal length of the second lens is f2, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the second lens is R3, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the second lens is R4, the on-axis thickness of the second lens is d3, and the following relational expression is satisfied:
0.43≤f2/f≤1.38;
-2.14≤(R3+R4)/(R3-R4)≤-0.35;
0.25mm≤d3≤0.93mm。
6. an imaging optical lens according to claim 5, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied:
0.69≤f2/f≤1.10;
-1.34≤(R3+R4)/(R3-R4)≤-0.44;
0.40mm≤d3≤0.75mm。
7. the imaging optical lens of claim 1, wherein the third lens image side surface is concave at the paraxial region;
the focal length of the image pickup optical lens is f, the focal length of the third lens is f3, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the third lens is R5, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the third lens is R6, the on-axis thickness of the third lens is d5, and the following relations are satisfied:
-6.55≤f3/f≤-1.47;
-0.42≤(R5+R6)/(R5-R6)≤6.76;
0.11mm≤d5≤0.53mm。
8. an imaging optical lens according to claim 7, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied:
-4.09≤f3/f≤-1.83;
-0.26≤(R5+R6)/(R5-R6)≤5.41;
0.17mm≤d5≤0.42mm。
9. the imaging optical lens of claim 1, wherein the image-side surface of the fourth lens element is convex at the paraxial region;
the focal length of the image pickup optical lens is f, the focal length of the fourth lens is f4, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the fourth lens is R7, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the fourth lens is R8, the on-axis thickness of the fourth lens is d7, and the following relational expression is satisfied:
-18.07≤f4/f≤13.22;
-18.98≤(R7+R8)/(R7-R8)≤5.52;
0.14mm≤d7≤0.47mm。
10. an imaging optical lens according to claim 9, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied:

11. the imaging optical lens assembly according to claim 1, wherein the fifth lens element has a concave object-side surface and a convex image-side surface;
the focal length of the image pickup optical lens is f, the focal length of the fifth lens is f5, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the fifth lens is R9, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the fifth lens is R10, the on-axis thickness of the fifth lens is d9, and the following relations are satisfied:
0.30≤f5/f≤1.22;
0.84≤(R9+R10)/(R9-R10)≤4.88;
0.31mm≤d9≤1.11mm。
12. an imaging optical lens according to claim 11, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied:
0.48≤f5/f≤0.97;
1.35≤(R9+R10)/(R9-R10)≤3.91;
0.49mm≤d9≤0.89mm。
13. the imaging optical lens of claim 1, wherein the sixth lens image-side surface is concave at the paraxial region;
the focal length of the imaging optical lens is f, the focal length of the sixth lens is f6, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the sixth lens is R11, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the sixth lens is R12, the on-axis thickness of the sixth lens is d11, and the following relations are satisfied:
-15.49≤f6/f≤-1.27;
0.43≤(R11+R12)/(R11-R12)≤8.51;
0.29mm≤d11≤1.11mm。
14. an imaging optical lens according to claim 13, characterized in that the following relation is satisfied:
-9.68≤f6/f≤-1.59;

15. the imaging optical lens of claim 1, wherein the seventh lens element has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface;
the focal length of the imaging optical lens is f, the focal length of the seventh lens is f7, the curvature radius of the object side surface of the seventh lens is R13, the curvature radius of the image side surface of the seventh lens is R14, the on-axis thickness of the seventh lens is d13, and the following relations are satisfied:

19. A camera optical lens according to claim 1, characterized in that the F-number of the aperture of the camera optical lens is less than or equal to 2.25.
20. A camera optical lens according to claim 19, characterized in that the F-number of the aperture of the camera optical lens is less than or equal to 2.20.
