The inlet of the film collecting bag 25 is connected with the outlet of the mulching film, and a zipper 26 is arranged at the outlet of the film collecting bag 25.
The transmission mechanism comprises a front land wheel 12, a front land wheel shaft 13, a rear land wheel 14, a rear land wheel shaft 15, a driving wheel 16, a driven wheel 17 and a transmission chain 18, wherein anti-slip teeth 24 are arranged on the rear land wheel 14. The two ends of the front land wheel shaft 13 are respectively arranged on the lower parts of the two front upright posts 22 through bearings, the front land wheel shaft 13 is parallel to the front cross rod 3, and the front land wheel 12 is fixedly sleeved on the center of the front land wheel shaft 13. The two ends of the rear land axle 14 are respectively arranged on the lower parts of the two rear upright posts 24 through bearings, the front land axle 13 and the rear land axle 15 are parallel to each other and in the same plane, and the rear land axle 14 is sleeved on the center of the part of the rear land axle 15 which is positioned under the supporting frame. The driving wheel 16 is fixedly sleeved on one end of the rear land wheel shaft 15, the driven wheel 17 is fixedly sleeved on one end of the demolding shaft 10, the driving wheel 16 and the driven wheel 17 are both positioned on the outer side of the longitudinal rod 3 on one side, and the driving wheel 16 and the driven wheel 17 are connected through a transmission chain.
The mulch recycling units are sequentially connected along the linear direction perpendicular to the longitudinal bars on the two sides of each mulch recycling unit to form a mulch recycling mechanism, the front cross bars 3 of each mulch recycling unit are sequentially connected and are on the same straight line, the front land wheel shafts of each mulch recycling unit are sequentially connected for enabling the connection of each mulch recycling unit to be more fastened, the rear land wheel shafts of each mulch recycling unit are sequentially connected, and the power traction mechanism 1 is respectively connected with the supporting frame of each mulch recycling unit. The number of the mulching film recovery units is determined by the number of the rows of the once recovered mulching film, and the number of the mulching film recovery units is equal to the number of the rows of the once recovered mulching film.
The working principle of the mulching film recovery device suitable for cotton interlines in the growing period is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the power traction mechanism pulls the whole device to move forward between two adjacent cotton seedling rows 28, and as the device moves forward, the front land wheel and the rear land wheel roll forward, and the seedling protection baffle supports cotton plants of the cotton seedling rows 28 to two sides; the film cutting and loosening turntable cuts off the mulching film 27 along the seedling hole, loosens the film pressing soil belt, pushes the cut mulching film to the row space, and the film uncovering ploughshare 13 uncovers the two sides of the cut mulching film, gathers the mulching film to the row space and the film uncovers the part between the mulching film rows; the lifted mulch film is collected on the main guide rib and the auxiliary guide rib and slides backwards and upwards until entering the box body; the rear land wheel rolls forward and drives the rear land wheel shaft to rotate at the same time, the rear land wheel shaft drives the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel drives the driven wheel to rotate through the driving chain, the driven wheel drives the film removing shaft to rotate, the film removing shaft drives the film removing teeth to rotate at the same time, the film removing teeth pull the mulch film entering the box backwards and throw the mulch film into the film collecting bag connected with the mulch film outlet through the mulch film outlet, the film continuously moves forward, the film is cut, loosens soil, uncovers the film, guides the film, removes the film and collects the film, the film recovery process is completed, and when the film collecting bag is full or reaches the road side, the zipper 21 at the tail end of the film collecting bag can be pulled to remove the residual film, and the whole film recovery process is completed. Note that: when the upper mulch film is uncovered and recovered, in two adjacent mulch film recovery units, the cutting and scarifying rotary table of one mulch film recovery unit is in a cutting state, and the cutting and scarifying rotary table of the other mulch film recovery unit is in a non-cutting state, so that the mulch film is pulled out across the rows.
