The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, a lens assembly 100 of a camera 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a lens holder 110, a multi-piece lens 120, a lens holder 130, and a filter 140.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 1, the lens holder 110 may be formed with a mounting cavity, and the mounting cavity may be used for mounting the plurality of lenses 120, for example, the periphery of the lens 120 may be connected with the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 110 corresponding to the mounting cavity. The lenses 120 may be stacked in the axial direction of the mounting cavity, two adjacent lenses 120 of the lenses 120 may be spaced apart from each other, and each lens 120 may process the light irradiated thereon, for example, by reflecting, refracting or filtering the light with a partial arc length to change the propagation beam, propagation path and light throughput of the light, so as to form different imaging effects. For example, the lens 120 may be a concave lens, a convex lens, a flat mirror, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the lens holder 110 may be positioned above the lens holder 130, and the lens holder 130 may be used to support the lens holder 110. The lens holder 130 may have a light-passing channel 131 formed thereon, at least a portion of the light-passing channel 131 is opposite to the lens 120, and light rays processed by the plurality of lenses 120 may pass through the light-passing channel 131. The edge of the lens holder 130 may be coupled to the lens holder 110, thereby fixing the plurality of lenses 120 above the lens holder 130. The aperture of the clear channel 131 defined by the lens holder 130 may vary in the propagation path of the light.
As shown in fig. 1, the light-transmitting channel 131 may include a first segment 131a and a second segment 131b, the first segment 131a and the second segment 131b may be arranged along the transmission direction of the light, and when the light passes through the light-transmitting channel 131, the light passes through the first segment 131a and then passes through the second segment 131 b. Specifically, the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131b may be inclined, that is, the aperture of the second segment 131b may gradually become larger, and of course, the aperture of the second segment 131b may also gradually become smaller. In addition, the filter 140 may be located in the first segment 131a, and a periphery of the filter 140 may be connected to an inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the first segment 131a, so that the filter 140 may be mounted on the lens assembly 100. The filter 140 may allow a portion of light to pass through, and the filter 140 may also block a portion of light from propagating, so as to change an imaging effect of the camera 10.
According to the lens assembly 100 of the camera 10 of the embodiment of the application, the aperture of the second segment 131b defined by the lens holder 130 is gradually changed, so that the reflection of the light in the light passing channel 131 on the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131b can be reduced or avoided, the influence of the reflected light formed on the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 on the imaging can be avoided, and the imaging effect of the camera 10 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present application, the cross-sectional area at any position of the second section 131b is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the first section 131 a. In other words, the aperture of the second segment 131b at any position is smaller than that of the first segment 131 a. For example, the aperture of the first segment 131a may be constant, specifically, the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the first segment 131a may be formed in a cylindrical tube shape, and the aperture of the second segment 131b at any position is smaller than that of the first segment 131 a. As another example, the aperture of the second section 131b can be varied such that the maximum aperture in the second section 131b is less than the minimum aperture in the first section 131 a. Therefore, a step may be formed between the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131b and the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the first segment 131a, and the step may be used to support the optical filter 140, thereby facilitating the installation of the optical filter 140.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a plane perpendicular to the filter 140 may be defined as a first plane, a wall surface of the inner peripheral wall of the second segment 131b is defined as a second plane, an intersection line of the first plane and the second plane is defined as a reference line, and the reference line is a curve a. It can be understood that the plane corresponding to the optical filter 140 has a plurality of vertical planes, each of the vertical planes is referred to as a first plane, any first plane is perpendicular to the optical filter 140, the surface formed by the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131b is a second plane, the second plane is an annular plane, the first plane is a plane, and two segments of line are formed by intersecting any first plane and any second plane, where the two segments of line are referred to as reference lines, and any reference line can be formed as a curve a. This prevents the incident light from being reflected by the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131 b.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the center of curvature of the curve a may be located on a side of the curve a close to the axis of the light passing channel 131. It is understood that the center of curvature of the curve a may be located on a side of the lens holder 130 close to the filter 140, in other words, the curve a may be formed in a convex shape toward a radially outer side of the light passing channel 131. Accordingly, the incident light can be prevented from being reflected on the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131b, and the aperture of the second segment 131b can be enlarged, thereby increasing the light throughput.
In some examples of the present application, the center of curvature of the curve a may be located on a side of the curve a away from the axis of the light passing channel 131. It is understood that the center of curvature of the curve a may be located on a side of the lens holder 130 away from the filter 140, in other words, the curve a may be formed in a shape recessed toward a radially outer side of the light passing channel 131.
As shown in fig. 1, the cross-sectional area of the first segment 131a may be constant according to some embodiments of the present application. It is understood that the aperture of the first segment 131a may be fixed, in other words, the inner circumferential wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the first segment 131a may be formed in a cylindrical shape. Therefore, the first segment 131a can be conveniently arranged, so that the production cost of the lens holder 130 can be reduced, and the arrangement of the optical filter 140 can be facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the filter 140 may be bonded to the lens holder 130. It is understood that the filter 140 may be attached to the lens holder 130 by an adhesive medium. Therefore, the optical filter 140 can be conveniently mounted on the lens holder 130, and the bonding operation process is gentle without damaging the optical filter 140. In addition, the adhesive medium generally has a certain elasticity, so that the acting force between the filter 140 and the lens holder 130 can be buffered, and the adhesive medium can absorb the impact force of the lens holder 130 on the filter 140, so as to protect the filter 140.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the filter 140 may also be clamped to the lens holder 130. For example, the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the first segment 131a may be provided with a groove, the groove may extend along the circumferential direction of the filter 140, the cross section of the groove may be formed in a rectangular shape or a U shape, and the edge of the filter 140 is adapted to extend into the groove. Therefore, the connection of the optical filter 140 and the disassembly of the optical filter 140 are facilitated, the optical filter 140 is clamped on the lens holder 130, the connection stability of the optical filter 140 can be improved, and the optical filter 140 is more stably installed.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the lens holder 130 may be an injection molded part. It is understood that the lens holder 130 may be formed through an injection molding process. The injection molding process is mature in technology and simple to operate, can be produced in a large scale, has small production error and high standardization degree, can reduce the production cost of the lens support 130, and improves the production efficiency of the lens support 130.

The camera 10 may further include a chip 200, a circuit board 300, and the like. The lens assembly 100, the chip 200 and the circuit board 300 are stacked up and down.
According to the camera 10 of the embodiment of the application, the aperture of the second segment 131b defined by the lens holder 130 is gradually changed, so that the reflection of the light in the light passing channel 131 on the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 corresponding to the second segment 131b can be reduced or avoided, the influence of the reflected light formed on the inner peripheral wall of the lens holder 130 on the imaging can be avoided, and the imaging effect of the camera 10 can be improved.
