Abstract

The redundant rubber of the sealing ring is prevented from moving towards the sealing notch when the sealing ring is pressed in, the sealing ring is guaranteed to be completely pressed in the sealing groove in the bidirectional movement process of the main body, the phenomena of unpressed in place, flanging and trimming are avoided, and the sealing performance of the bearing and the service life of the bearing are guaranteed.

Background
The sealing bearing is characterized in that a sealing ring is pressed into a bearing sealing groove to prevent grease in the bearing from overflowing, and after the sealing ring is pressed into the bearing sealing groove, an outer lip opening of the sealing ring is tightly matched with a bearing outer ring sealing groove and cannot move relatively; the inner lip of the sealing ring is loosely matched with the sealing groove, and can move relatively. Because the sealing ring is made of rubber, the sealing groove of the bearing is formed by turning, the surface roughness value of the sealing ring is higher, the size and the shape do not completely meet the requirements of the drawing, and the deformation of the heat treatment ferrule is added, so that after the outer lip opening of the sealing ring is pressed into the sealing groove of the outer ring of the bearing, the outer lip opening of the sealing ring is difficult to be matched with the sealing groove of the outer ring in an ideal way. The sealing washer is for guaranteeing with seal groove complex compactness, adopts great interference to prevent that the sealing washer from producing relative motion at outer lane seal groove, preventing that the sealing washer from droing, but the cooperation is too tight, and unnecessary rubber turns out the seal groove easily, forms the turn-ups, influences the outward appearance, and current conventional sealing washer indentation device either does not press in place or produces the excision and does not get into the rubber of seal groove, takes place the side cut phenomenon, finally influences the life of bearing.

The outer edge of the lower end of the main body is provided with a horn-shaped body which is inclined outwards and downwards; the outer edge of the lower end of the middle part of the pressing-in shaft is provided with a pre-pressing block, and the outer surface of the pre-pressing block is a round table surface inclined outwards and downwards; the horn-shaped body is positioned outside the round table surface of the pre-pressing block.
The invention adopts a high-elasticity and high-strength special nylon material as a pressing-in main body, the inside of the main body is in an inverted cone design, a pressing-in shaft matched with the main body is conical, the pressing-in shaft is made of metal material, the main body enables the main body to generate radial-axial bidirectional movement in the axial running process of the pressing-in shaft, the main body resets by utilizing the high elasticity of the material, the contact pressing-in part of the main body and a sealing ring is in a horn shape, the sealing ring is pressed in, the redundant rubber of the sealing ring is prevented from moving towards a sealing notch at the same time, the sealing ring is ensured to be completely pressed into a sealing groove in the bidirectional movement process of the main body, the phenomena of unpressed in place, flanging and trimming are avoided, and the sealing performance of the bearing and the service life of the bearing are ensured.
According to the sealing ring pressing-in device, pressing-in and shaping of the bearing sealing ring are completed at one time, and compared with the prior art, the production efficiency is improved, and the product quality is improved.
