The invention provides a waterproof board reinforcement paving trolley which is used for solving the problem that a waterproof layer and a secondary lining reinforcement cage cannot be realized on one trolley in the tunnel construction process, and comprises a portal, a profiling paving track and an annular channel, wherein the profiling paving track is arranged on the outer side of the portal; according to the invention, the laying of the waterproof layer and the operation of the secondary lining reinforcement cage are realized on a special trolley, so that the cost of tunnel construction is greatly reduced.

Background
In the tunnel construction process, a composite lining construction tunnel is adopted, and a waterproof layer is paved and hung before secondary lining in order to ensure the supporting quality of secondary lining of the tunnel. At present, in tunnel construction, a plurality of simple racks are utilized, the operation is carried out manually, the labor intensity is high, the number of workers is large, and the efficiency is low. According to the construction specification requirements of the tunnel waterproof board, a mechanical trolley is adopted for improving the speed and the quality.
In the secondary lining, the concrete has strong compression resistance, but cannot be pulled, so that the steel reinforcement cage needs to be arranged in the concrete for tensile resistance. The reinforcement distance of the reinforcement cage is small, and the operation of the reinforcement cage is determined to require a special rack to provide platforms with various heights. At present, a simple rack is utilized in tunnel construction, construction operation is carried out manually, and labor intensity is high. Various heights need to build a secondary operation platform on the trolley temporarily, time is wasted, a dangerous source is generated, and a special mechanical trolley is needed for reducing labor intensity, improving paving quality and safety.
