Abstract
喷漆有机废气三级处理装置,机体内部由进口到出口分别设置物理过滤机构、沸石吸附转轮和催化燃烧机构,物理过滤机构包括粗效过滤器和若干个中高效过滤器,沸石吸附转轮具有立式转筒结构,立式转筒内置若干块状沸石吸附单元,立式转筒上分为吸附区和脱附再生区,脱附再生区分别与脱附风机进口和热空气进入管相连,脱附风机出口通过解析气管路与催化燃烧机构的催化燃烧器相连,催化燃烧器的烟气出口与板式换热器相连,吸附风机设置在沸石吸附转轮后部。本发明采用物理过滤、沸石吸附和催化燃烧三级净化处理方式,处理后的废气可直接达标排放,吸附净化效率相对较高,同时,不会产生二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及废气环保处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种喷漆有机废气三级处理装置。
背景技术
目前,大气污染是我国最突出的环境问题之一,工业废气是大气污染的主要来源,喷漆有机废气是涂装行业中产生的有机废气,涂装废气属于大风量、低浓度、低温度的有机混合气体,现有的废气处理设备使用时操作不方便,处理效率低,容易产生二次污染问题,已经不能满足我国对涂装废气的处理要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种喷漆有机废气三级处理装置,以解决现有技术存在的涂装废气处理效果差和操作不便的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种喷漆有机废气三级处理装置,包括机体,机体内部由进口到出口分别设置物理过滤机构、沸石吸附转轮和催化燃烧机构,物理过滤机构包括粗效过滤器和若干个中高效过滤器,沸石吸附转轮具有立式转筒结构,立式转筒内置若干块状沸石吸附单元,立式转筒上分为吸附区和脱附再生区,脱附再生区分别与脱附风机进口和热空气进入管相连,脱附风机出口通过解析气管路与催化燃烧机构的催化燃烧器相连,催化燃烧器的烟气出口与板式换热器相连,一台吸附风机设置在沸石吸附转轮后部,吸附风机排放口与机体出口相连。
本发明的工作原理是喷漆房的废气进入机体先通过物理过滤机构的粗效过滤器和多个中高效过滤器处理,废气中黏性的颗粒物经过物理过滤拦截后与VOCs分离,VOCs再进入沸石吸附转轮,沸石吸附转轮工作时圆筒转轮绕圆心转动,含VOCs 的废气进入圆筒转轮一侧被吸附体吸附后经转动进入脱附再生区,热空气进入管中热空气进入脱附再生区将吸附的VOCs 从吸附体上脱附,产生小风量高浓度的浓缩气体,浓缩气体通过脱附风机经解析气管路送至下游的催化燃烧器中催化燃烧转化成CO2和H2O,达标的废气通过烟囱排放。去除了VOCs 成分的清洁空气从沸石吸附转轮圆筒另一侧通过吸附风机排出。
本发明采用物理过滤、沸石吸附和催化燃烧三级净化处理方式,处理后的废气可直接达标排放,吸附净化效率相对较高,同时,不会产生二次污染,具有处理效率高、操作便利和使用维护成本低的优点。

如图所示:一种喷漆有机废气三级处理装置,包括机体1,机体1内部由进口到出口分别设置物理过滤机构、沸石吸附转轮4和催化燃烧机构,物理过滤机构包括粗效过滤器2和若干个中高效过滤器3,沸石吸附转轮4具有立式转筒结构,立式转筒内置若干块状沸石吸附单元,立式转筒上分为吸附区和脱附再生区,脱附再生区分别与脱附风机5进口和热空气进入管6相连,脱附风机5出口通过解析气管路7与催化燃烧机构的催化燃烧器8相连,催化燃烧器8的烟气出口与板式换热器9相连,吸附风机10设置在沸石吸附转轮4后部,吸附风机排放口与机体出口相连。

1.一种喷漆有机废气三级处理装置,包括机体,其特征是机体内部由进口到出口分别设置物理过滤机构、沸石吸附转轮和催化燃烧机构,物理过滤机构包括粗效过滤器和若干个中高效过滤器,沸石吸附转轮具有立式转筒结构,立式转筒内置若干块状沸石吸附单元,立式转筒上分为吸附区和脱附再生区,脱附再生区分别与脱附风机进口和热空气进入管相连,脱附风机出口通过解析气管路与催化燃烧机构的催化燃烧器相连,催化燃烧器的烟气出口与板式换热器相连,一台吸附风机设置在沸石吸附转轮后部,吸附风机排放口与机体出口相连。
