Description

Detachable and rotatable guide rail type aligning device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a guide rail type aligning device, in particular to an aligning device which can realize the adjustment of the central position of a rotating part and can also realize the connection and the disassembly of the aligning device and the rotating part.
Background
In the current mechanical industry, the aligning device is mainly used for precision instruments, rotating parts of machine tools, various rotating supports or platforms, detection devices and the like. The adjusting range and the adjusting precision of the aligning device are two important indexes.
The connection between the components can adopt the connection modes of non-detachable welding, riveting, expansion joint and the like, and can also adopt the connection modes of detachable flange connection, threaded connection, clamping sleeve, hinging and the like.
The current aligning device for the precision instrument has the advantages of complex structure, small adjusting range, large processing difficulty and high cost. In the field with low precision requirement, most of the existing aligning devices adopt positioning pins for positioning, the inherent clearance between the pins and the pin holes can influence the aligning precision, some pins or pin holes have special and complex shapes, the processing difficulty is high, and the processing and manufacturing cost is also high.
Meanwhile, the existing aligning device usually adopts a welding structure, so that the detachability of parts is poor, and the equipment which is frequently additionally installed, maintained, detected and replaced is extremely inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a detachable and rotatable guide rail type aligning device, which adopts a guide rail structure to replace a positioning pin for positioning, thereby avoiding the influence of the inherent clearance between the pin and a pin hole on the aligning precision, and adopts a bolt connection structure instead of a welding structure, so that the detachability of the aligning device is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a detachable and rotatable guide rail type aligning device comprises an inner frame, a middle frame, an outer frame, a center seat, a positioning nut, a positioning screw, a positioning base, buttons, an alignment hanging plate, two outer guide rails and two inner guide rails, wherein the outer frame is fixedly connected to the two outer guide rails which are arranged in parallel; the positioning nut is fixedly connected with the middle frame and one inner guide rail through screws, the positioning base is fixedly connected with the outer frame through screws, the positioning screws are connected with the positioning nut and the positioning base through threads, and the positioning nut and the positioning base are fixed through pins; through the rotation of the positioning screw, the positioning screw pushes the positioning nut to move, so that the middle frame and the inner frame are driven to move along the two outer guide rails and the two inner guide rails, and the rotating part is enabled to complete the position adjustment.
Three diameter-variable holes which mutually form an angle of 120 degrees are arranged on the alignment hanging plate.
The button is a variable-diameter bolt, the button is connected with the alignment hanging plate through the anti-tripping nut, and the anti-tripping nut is screwed or screwed during installation or disassembly to enable the alignment hanging plate to rotate towards the hole d2 or the hole d 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the aligning device, the middle frame and the inner frame respectively move along the guide rails on the outer guide rail I and the inner guide rail II, so that the movement of the middle frame and the inner frame along the direction perpendicular to the guide rails is limited, and the movement of the middle frame and the inner frame along the direction of the guide rails is controlled by the positioning screws, thereby reducing the use of positioning pins, avoiding the error caused by the inherent clearance between the pins and the pin holes, and improving the adjusting precision.
The aligning device has good detachability of parts and is convenient for the disassembly and the installation of rotating parts.
