The processor can be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a microprocessor, a singlechip and the like. The channel management apparatus may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device such as that shown in fig. 1.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer device, which includes a series of computer programs stored in a memory, and when the computer programs are executed by a processor, the channel management method according to the embodiments of the present invention can be implemented, in some embodiments, based on specific operations implemented by the computer programs. Referring to fig. 5, a computer device is provided, the internal structure of which may correspond to the structure shown in fig. 5, wherein the computer device comprises a memory, a processor and an operating system connected by a system bus, wherein the processor is used for providing computing and control capability and supporting the operation of the whole computer device. The memory is used for storing data, program codes, and the like.
The memory has stored thereon at least one computer executable program executable by the processor to implement the channel management methods provided in the embodiments of the present application. The computer executable program can be executed by a processor for implementing a channel management method provided by the above embodiments. The internal memory in the terminal provides a cached operating environment for the operating system, databases, and computer-executable programs in the non-volatile storage medium.
Wherein, the following steps are realized when the processor executes the program: sending a salesman information synchronization request to a group channel system, wherein the synchronization request carries fields to be synchronized and authorization information; receiving the returned information of the waiters when the group channel system passes the authentication of the authorization information; the returned salesman information corresponds to the field to be synchronized; when receiving an operator adding instruction through an operator adding interface, acquiring department information from synchronous operator information in a group channel system, and displaying the department information on the operator adding interface; receiving a department selection instruction through an attendant adding interface; acquiring the information of the salesman in the selected department according to the department selection instruction, and displaying the information of the salesman on a salesman adding interface; receiving a salesman selection instruction through a salesman adding interface; and inputting the corresponding first salesman basic information in the salesman information synchronized in the group channel system into a corresponding field in the salesman adding interface according to the salesman selection instruction.
In one embodiment, the step of inputting the corresponding first salesman basic information in the salesman information synchronized in the group channel system into the corresponding field in the salesman adding interface according to the salesman selection instruction when the processor executes the program comprises: acquiring corresponding first salesman basic information in salesman information synchronized in a group channel system according to the salesman selection instruction; acquiring second salesman basic information corresponding to the salesman selection instruction from the personnel system; when the first salesman basic information is the same as the second salesman basic information, acquiring a group employee code of the salesman from the employee code system; and when the group employee code is consistent with the group employee code in the first salesman basic information, inputting the first salesman basic information into a corresponding field in the salesman adding interface.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the program may further implement the following steps: acquiring a company code of a subsidiary company where a business manager inputting a business member adding instruction is located; generating an adding serial number of a salesman; and generating a subsidiary company employee code according to the company code and the serial number added by the salesman.
In one embodiment, the step of receiving the returned information of the salesman by the group channel system when the authorization information is verified, which is implemented when the processor executes the program, further comprises: inquiring whether local salesman information identical to the subsidiary employee code of the returned salesman information exists; when local salesman information with the same subsidiary company employee code as the returned salesman information exists, inquiring whether the work places of the returned salesman information and the local salesman information are the same; and when the work place of the returned salesman information is different from that of the local salesman information, distributing a new service manager for the salesman according to the work place of the returned salesman information.
In one embodiment, the step of assigning a new business manager to the business associate based on the returned work site of the business associate information, as implemented by the processor executing the program, comprises: and when the service manager corresponding to the work place of the returned operator information has an operator application request, adding the returned operator information into an operator list of the service manager.
In one embodiment, the step of assigning a new business manager to the business associate based on the returned work site of the business associate information, as implemented by the processor executing the program, comprises: acquiring the number of the service staff in a service manager service staff list corresponding to the work place of the returned service staff information and the work place of the service staff information; and adding the returned operator information into an operator list of the service manager with the number of operators less than a preset value.
The above definition of the computer device can refer to the above specific definition of the channel management method, and is not described herein again.
With continuing reference to fig. 5, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, such as the non-volatile storage medium shown in fig. 5, wherein the program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: sending a salesman information synchronization request to a group channel system, wherein the synchronization request carries fields to be synchronized and authorization information; receiving the returned information of the waiters when the group channel system passes the authentication of the authorization information; the returned salesman information corresponds to the field to be synchronized; when receiving an operator adding instruction through an operator adding interface, acquiring department information from synchronous operator information in a group channel system, and displaying the department information on the operator adding interface; receiving a department selection instruction through an attendant adding interface; acquiring the information of the salesman in the selected department according to the department selection instruction, and displaying the information of the salesman on a salesman adding interface; receiving a salesman selection instruction through a salesman adding interface; and inputting the corresponding first salesman basic information in the salesman information synchronized in the group channel system into a corresponding field in the salesman adding interface according to the salesman selection instruction.
In one embodiment, the step of inputting the corresponding first salesman basic information in the salesman information synchronized in the group channel system into the corresponding field in the salesman adding interface according to the salesman selection instruction when the program is executed by the processor comprises the following steps: acquiring corresponding first salesman basic information in salesman information synchronized in a group channel system according to the salesman selection instruction; acquiring second salesman basic information corresponding to the salesman selection instruction from the personnel system; when the first salesman basic information is the same as the second salesman basic information, acquiring a group employee code of the salesman from the employee code system; and when the group employee code is consistent with the group employee code in the first salesman basic information, inputting the first salesman basic information into a corresponding field in the salesman adding interface.
In one embodiment, the program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring a company code of a subsidiary company where a business manager inputting a business member adding instruction is located; generating an adding serial number of a salesman; and generating a subsidiary company employee code according to the company code and the serial number added by the salesman.
In one embodiment, after the step of receiving the returned information of the salesman by the group channel system when the authorization information is verified, the program further comprises: inquiring whether local salesman information identical to the subsidiary employee code of the returned salesman information exists; when local salesman information with the same subsidiary company employee code as the returned salesman information exists, inquiring whether the work places of the returned salesman information and the local salesman information are the same; and when the work place of the returned salesman information is different from that of the local salesman information, distributing a new service manager for the salesman according to the work place of the returned salesman information.
In one embodiment, the step of assigning a new business manager to the business associate based on the returned work site of the business associate information when the program is executed by the processor comprises: and when the service manager corresponding to the work place of the returned operator information has an operator application request, adding the returned operator information into an operator list of the service manager.
In one embodiment, the step of assigning a new business manager to the business associate based on the returned work site of the business associate information when the program is executed by the processor comprises: acquiring the number of the service staff in a service manager service staff list corresponding to the work place of the returned service staff information and the work place of the service staff information; and adding the returned operator information into an operator list of the service manager with the number of operators less than a preset value.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or the like.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A channel management method, the method comprising:
sending an operator information synchronization request to a group channel system according to different operator information synchronization time set for different subsidiary channel management systems, wherein the synchronization request carries fields to be synchronized and authorization information;
receiving the returned waiter information of the group channel system when the authorization information passes verification, and storing the waiter information according to a format of a subsidiary company-department; the returned salesman information corresponds to the field to be synchronized;
when receiving an operator adding instruction through an operator adding interface, acquiring department information from synchronous operator information in a group channel system, and displaying the department information on the operator adding interface, wherein the operator adding instruction is an instruction which is input by a service manager and is used for adding an operator corresponding to the operator information of a subsidiary company or a group where a non-service manager is located into an operator list of the corresponding service manager;
receiving a department selection instruction through the salesman adding interface;
acquiring the information of the salesman in the selected department according to the department selection instruction, and displaying the information of the salesman on the salesman adding interface;
receiving a salesman selection instruction through the salesman adding interface;
inputting first salesman basic information corresponding to synchronized salesman information in a group channel system to a corresponding field in the salesman adding interface according to the salesman selection instruction, and adding the salesman corresponding to the salesman selection instruction to a salesman list of a corresponding service manager;
after the step of receiving the returned information of the salesman from the group channel system when the authorization information is verified, the method further comprises the following steps:
inquiring whether local salesman information identical to the subsidiary employee code of the returned salesman information exists;
when local salesman information with the same subsidiary company employee code as the returned salesman information exists, inquiring whether the work places of the returned salesman information and the local salesman information are the same;
and when the work place of the returned salesman information is different from that of the local salesman information, distributing a new service manager for the salesman according to the work place of the returned salesman information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of inputting corresponding first attendant basis information from attendant information synchronized in a corporate channel system to a corresponding field in the attendant add interface according to the attendant selection instruction comprises:
acquiring corresponding first salesman basic information in salesman information synchronized in a group channel system according to the salesman selection instruction;
acquiring second operator basic information corresponding to the operator selection instruction from a personnel system;
when the first salesman basic information is the same as the second salesman basic information, acquiring a group employee code of the salesman from an employee code system;
and when the group employee code is consistent with the group employee code in the first attendant basic information, inputting the first attendant basic information into a corresponding field in the attendant adding interface.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a company code of a subsidiary company where a business manager inputting a business member adding instruction is located;
generating an adding serial number of a salesman;
and generating a subsidiary company employee code according to the company code and the added serial number of the salesman.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of assigning a new business manager to the clerk based on the returned workplace of the clerk information comprises:
and when the service manager corresponding to the work place of the returned operator information has an operator application request, adding the returned operator information into an operator list of the service manager.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of assigning a new business manager to the clerk based on the returned workplace of the clerk information comprises:
acquiring the number of the service staff in a service manager service staff list corresponding to the work place of the returned service staff information and the work place of the service staff information;
and adding the returned operator information into an operator list of the service manager with the number of operators less than a preset value.
6. An apparatus for channel management, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a group channel system and a management module, wherein the sending module is used for sending an operator information synchronization request to the group channel system according to different operator information synchronization time set for different subsidiary channel management systems, and the synchronization request carries fields to be synchronized and authorization information;
the system comprises an administrator information receiving module, a group channel system and an authorization information verifying module, wherein the administrator information receiving module is used for receiving the returned administrator information when the authorization information is verified; the returned salesman information corresponds to the field to be synchronized and is stored according to the format of subsidiary company-department;
the system comprises an operator adding instruction receiving module, a business manager adding interface processing module and a business manager adding module, wherein the operator adding instruction receiving module is used for acquiring department information from synchronous operator information in a group channel system and displaying the department information on the operator adding interface when an operator adding instruction is received through an operator adding interface, and the operator adding instruction is an instruction which is input by a business manager and is used for adding an operator corresponding to the operator information of a subsidiary company or a group where a non-business manager is located into an operator list of the corresponding business manager;
the department selection instruction receiving module is used for receiving a department selection instruction through the waiter adding interface;
the display module is used for acquiring the information of the salesman in the selected department according to the department selection instruction and displaying the information of the salesman on the salesman adding interface;
the operator selection instruction receiving module is used for receiving an operator selection instruction through the operator adding interface;
the input module is used for inputting first salesman basic information corresponding to the salesman information synchronized in the group channel system to a corresponding field section in the salesman adding interface according to the salesman selection instruction, and adding the salesman corresponding to the salesman selection instruction to a salesman list of a corresponding business manager;
the first query module is used for querying whether local salesman information identical to the subsidiary employee code of the returned salesman information exists;
the second query module is used for querying whether the working places of the returned salesman information and the local salesman information are the same or not when the local salesman information which is the same as the subsidiary company employee code of the returned salesman information exists;
and the distribution module is used for distributing a new service manager for the salesman according to the working place of the returned salesman information when the working place of the returned salesman information is different from the working place of the local salesman information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the input module comprises:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring corresponding first salesman basic information from salesman information synchronized in the group channel system according to the salesman selection instruction;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring second operator basic information corresponding to the operator selection instruction from a personnel system;
the group employee code acquisition unit is used for acquiring the group employee code of the operator from the employee code system when the first operator basic information is the same as the second operator basic information;
and the adding unit is used for inputting the first salesman basic information into a corresponding field in the salesman adding interface when the group employee code is consistent with the group employee code in the first salesman basic information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the system comprises a company code acquisition module, a company code acquisition module and a business code acquisition module, wherein the company code acquisition module is used for acquiring a company code of a subsidiary company where a business manager for inputting an adding instruction of a salesman is located;
the serial number generating module is used for generating a serial number added by a salesman;
and the subsidiary employee code generating module is used for generating a subsidiary employee code according to the company code and the salesman adding serial number.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
