本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种混纺负离子纤维面料。
背景技术
随着人们物质生活的不断提高,人们对健康越来越重视,在穿着面料方面要求更加舒适,对身体更加有益的面料制品,由于现代人们工作压力大,科技发达的同时,身边电器产品产生过多的正离子,对身体造成一定影响,而负离子对人体具有很好的调节作用,负离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,强化和激活人体的生理活动,对人体及其他生物的生命活动有着十分重要的影响,在医学领域,负离子被确认具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段,医学研究表明,空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用,负离子具有对人体诸多的好处,而现有的面料功能比较单一,传统面料通常采用涤纶纱线编织而成,面料对人体功能单一,做成的纺织产品不能够满足人们对健康的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在功能单一的缺点,而提出的一种混纺负离子纤维面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种混纺负离子纤维面料,包括透气混纺纤维层、负离子混纺纤维层和吸潮混纺纤维层,所述透气混纺纤维层、负离子混纺纤维层和吸潮混纺纤维层缝合固定,且所述负离子混纺纤维层位于透气混纺纤维层和吸潮混纺纤维层之间,所述透气混纺纤维层采用汉麻纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚酯纤维混纺编织而成,所述负离子混纺纤维层采用托玛琳纤维、竹炭纤维和聚酯纤维混纺编织而成,所述吸潮混纺纤维层采用粘胶纤维、棉纤维和聚酯纤维混纺编织而成。
优选的,所述透气混纺纤维层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述汉麻纤维占30%-35%,所述聚丙烯腈纤维占35%-45%,所述聚酯纤维25%-30%。
优选的,所述负离子混纺纤维层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述托玛琳纤维占5%-15%,所述竹炭纤维占55%-65%,所述聚酯纤维25%-30%。
优选的,所述吸潮混纺纤维层中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述粘胶纤维占20%-25%,所述棉纤维占45%-55%,所述聚酯纤维25%-30%。
优选的,所述透气混纺纤维层中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述汉麻纤维占32%,所述聚丙烯腈纤维占40%,所述聚酯纤维28%。
优选的,所述负离子混纺纤维层中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述托玛琳纤维占12%,所述竹炭纤维占60%,所述聚酯纤维28%。
优选的,所述吸潮混纺纤维层中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述粘胶纤维占22%,所述棉纤维占50%,所述聚酯纤维28%。
本发明提出的一种混纺负离子纤维面料,有益效果在于:本发明采用三层混纺纤维层缝合而成,吸潮混纺纤维层具有良好的吸水性,可有效吸除人体排出的汗液,使人体始终在干燥舒适的环境中,负离子混纺纤维层可以释放负离子中和人体周围环境中的正离子,对人体起到良好的调节作用,有效提高人们的生活质量,透气混纺纤维层可有效将人体排出的汗液散发出去,且可始终保持良好的透气效果,使人穿着更加舒适,多层结构使纤维面料具有抗菌、杀菌、防霉、除臭、吸湿、弹性好、强度高、舒适透气的特点,有效提高了人们对健康的需求。

参照图1,一种混纺负离子纤维面料,包括透气混纺纤维层1、负离子混纺纤维层2和吸潮混纺纤维层3,透气混纺纤维层1、负离子混纺纤维层2和吸潮混纺纤维层3缝合固定,且负离子混纺纤维层2位于透气混纺纤维层1和吸潮混纺纤维层3之间,透气混纺纤维层1采用汉麻纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和聚酯纤维混纺编织而成,负离子混纺纤维层2采用托玛琳纤维、竹炭纤维和聚酯纤维混纺编织而成,吸潮混纺纤维层3采用粘胶纤维、棉纤维和聚酯纤维混纺编织而成。
透气混纺纤维层1中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:汉麻纤维占30%-35%,聚丙烯腈纤维占35%-45%,聚酯纤维25%-30%;负离子混纺纤维层2中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:托玛琳纤维占5%-15%,竹炭纤维占55%-65%,聚酯纤维25%-30%;吸潮混纺纤维层3中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:粘胶纤维占20%-25%,棉纤维占45%-55%,聚酯纤维25%-30%。
透气混纺纤维层1中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:汉麻纤维占32%,聚丙烯腈纤维占40%,聚酯纤维28%;负离子混纺纤维层2中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:托玛琳纤维占12%,竹炭纤维占60%,聚酯纤维28%;吸潮混纺纤维层3中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:粘胶纤维占22%,棉纤维占50%,聚酯纤维28%。
吸潮混纺纤维层3中的棉纤维具有良好的吸水性,其中棉纤维和粘胶纤维不仅具有吸潮的作用还不易起静电,适合贴附在人体皮肤表面,可有效吸除人体排出的汗液,使人体始终在干燥舒适的环境中,负离子混纺纤维层2能够释放负离子中和人体周围环境中的正离子,对人体起到良好的调节作用,其中托玛琳纤维可产生远红外线、弱的生物电流和永久的释放负离子的作用,更够有效改善人体微循环,促进组织代谢,竹炭纤维具有良好的吸湿透气、抑菌抗菌作用,有效提高人们的生活质量,透气混纺纤维层1可有效将人体排出的汗液散发出去,且可始终保持良好的透气效果,其中汉麻纤维具有较多的孔隙,提供了良好的透气性,使人穿着更加舒适,聚酯纤维在三层中起到良好的弹性和耐磨性,增强面料的强度,使其更加耐用,多层结构使纤维面料具有抗菌、杀菌、防霉、除臭、吸湿、弹性好、强度高、舒适透气的特点,有效提高了人们对健康的需求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混纺负离子纤维面料,其特征在于,所述透气混纺纤维层(1)中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述汉麻纤维占30%-35%,所述聚丙烯腈纤维占35%-45%,所述聚酯纤维25%-30%。
