Background
At present, the LOW-LOW resistor is manually placed in the tray, but pins or chips of the LOW-LOW resistor scattered on the tray are in a disordered state due to the excessive number of the LOW-LOW resistor in one tray and limited manpower. The tray filling machine does not use a rotary feeder (PARTSFEEDER) or a mechanical positioning mechanism, so that the components are not damaged, and the tray filling machine can perform high-precision alignment by using 12 suction nozzles and 3 image processing cameras, can perform tray filling operation at high speed, is most suitable for alignment of precision parts which are not resistant to vibration and friction, greatly saves space and has excellent cost performance.
