Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a structural view of a connection terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the connection terminal includes a first terminal tube 10, a second terminal tube 20, and a connection piece 30, the connection piece 30 is connected to one end of the first terminal tube 10, the second terminal tube 20 is disposed on an outer wall of the first terminal tube 10, an axial direction of the second terminal tube 20 is parallel to an axial direction of the first terminal tube 10, and the first terminal tube 10, the second terminal tube 20, and the connection piece 30 are made of a conductive material.
In practice, the conductive material may comprise copper, preferably copper, which has better toughness and conductivity and allows for better connection between the wire and the terminal.
It is easy to think that under the condition that the requirement on the conductivity is high, for example, when carrying out high-precision experiments, gold and silver can be selected to be used for manufacturing the connecting terminal, or gold and silver are plated on the inner walls of the first wire connecting tube and the second wire connecting tube.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece is arranged at one end of the first wiring tube of the wiring terminal, the second wiring tube is arranged on the outer wall of the first wiring tube, and the axial directions of the first wiring tube and the second wiring tube are parallel, so that when two wires are required to be simultaneously connected to the same wiring terminal, the two wires can be respectively inserted into the first wiring tube and the second wiring tube, and then the first wiring tube and the second wiring tube are pressed tightly by the wire pressing pliers, so that the two wires are simultaneously connected with the wiring terminal, and then the wiring terminal can be connected to the wiring terminal through the connecting piece, therefore, the two wiring terminals do not need to be arranged for connection, the space occupied at the wiring terminal is reduced, and the situation that the two connecting pieces are difficult to be simultaneously matched with the same wiring terminal is avoided by only connecting the connecting piece with the wiring terminal.
The connecting terminal can be manufactured by adopting an integral forming process, and can also be connected with the first connecting tube 10, the second connecting tube 20 and the connecting piece 30 by adopting a welding mode.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional area of the internal bore of the second barrel 20 may be less than the cross-sectional area of the internal bore of the first barrel 10. This facilitates the connection of two wires of different diameters to the terminal post.
Preferably, both the first and second wire barrel 10, 20 may be cylindrical tubes having a circular cross-section, and the inner diameter of the circular cross-section of the first wire barrel 10 may be greater than the inner diameter of the circular cross-section of the second wire barrel 20.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the first and second wire barrel 10 and 20 may be prismatic barrels to meet different requirements.
As shown in FIG. 1, the first barrel 10 and the second barrel 20 are not closed at both ends, and the connection piece 30 may be attached to the side wall of the first barrel 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the end of the first wire barrel 10 away from the connecting piece 30 can be flush with the end face of the second wire barrel 20, so that the wires can be neater, and the use of a crimping pliers can be facilitated, so that the first wire barrel 10 and the second wire barrel 20 can be clamped tightly.
Further, the axial lengths of the first barrel 10 and the second barrel 20 may be the same, which may further facilitate clamping of the first barrel 10 and the second barrel 20.
Preferably, a plurality of convex stripes 40 are arranged on the inner walls of the first wire connecting tube 10 and the second wire connecting tube 20, so that the contact area of the wire and the wire connecting terminal can be increased after the first wire connecting tube 10 and the second wire connecting tube 20 are clamped, the resistance of the connection part can be reduced, and the wire can be prevented from loosening.
Alternatively, raised stripe 40 may be annular, and annular raised stripe 40 may be coaxial with first wire barrel 10 or second wire barrel 20.
In other embodiments, the raised stripes 40 may have other shapes, such as corrugations, but the invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 2 is a top view of the connection terminal in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 2, a connection through hole 31 may be provided on the connection piece 30, and by providing the connection through hole 31, when the connection terminal and the connection terminal are connected, the connection terminal may be passed through the connection through hole 31, and the connection piece 30 may be clamped by a nut, so as to facilitate the connection of the connection terminal and the connection terminal.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of another terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the structure of the terminal shown in fig. 3 is substantially the same as that of the terminal shown in fig. 2, except that a concave notch 32 is formed in the connecting piece 30 shown in fig. 3, so that the connecting piece 30 is forked, and since a nut on a part of the terminal cannot be completely unscrewed from the terminal, it is inconvenient to connect the terminal and the connecting piece 30 by using a connecting through hole 31, and by providing the concave notch 32, the terminal can be placed in the concave notch 32, and the connecting piece 30 is clamped by the nut, so that the connection of the terminal can be facilitated.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of another connection terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in which one end of the first barrel 10 is closed and one end of the second barrel 20 adjacent to the connecting piece 30 is closed. By providing both the first and second wire barrel 10, 20 in a structure that is closed at one end and not closed at the other end, it is possible to reduce the entry of foreign substances, such as dust, into the first and second wire barrels 10, 20.
Further, when one end of the first barrel 10 is closed, the connection piece 30 may be connected to an end surface of the closed end of the first barrel 10.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of another connection terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the connection terminal further includes at least one third wire barrel 50, the third wire barrel 50 is disposed on the outer wall of the first wire barrel 10, and the axial direction of the third wire barrel 50 is parallel to the axial direction of the second wire barrel 20. Thus, a plurality of wires can be simultaneously connected with the same binding post.
Preferably, the number of the third wire connecting pipes 50 is not more than 2, and if too many third wire connecting pipes 50 are provided on the outer wall of the first wire connecting pipe 10, the clamping of the wire connecting terminal is inconvenient, and poor contact between the wire and the wire connecting pipe may occur.
The second wire barrel 20 and the plurality of third wire barrels 50 may be spaced around the circumference of the first wire barrel 10.
The inner diameter of the third barrel 50 may be the same as or different from the inner diameter of the second barrel 20.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
