Description

Bitter gourd seed treating agent and method for treating bitter gourd seeds by using same
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural pest control, and particularly relates to a seed treatment agent for bitter gourd treatment and a method for treating bitter gourd seeds by using the seed treatment agent.
Background
Balsam pear, also called lianggua, cucurbitaceae balsam pear belongs to annual climbing herbaceous plant, is native to eastern Indian tropical region, is widely distributed in south Asia, southeast Asia, Caribbean sea Islands and China, and with the enhancement of health care consciousness of people, the cultivation in northern region is also enlarged year by year, but because the bitter melon seed skin is thick and hard, the air permeability is poor, the germination rate is low, the emergence is irregular, and meanwhile, the seed receives the invasion of various plant diseases and insect pests in the germination process and the crop growth process, such as balsam pear sclerotinia rot, gummy stem blight, root knot nematode, aphid, white whitefly and the like. The health of the seeds plays a significant role in the agricultural service industry, the seed treatment is an important link in the health of the seeds, the seed treatment is a plant protection service mode with the highest unit cost efficiency, the plant protection can be realized in advance, the accurate pesticide application can be realized, the labor and the time can be saved, and meanwhile, the life (variety and market) cycle management of the seeds can be realized.
Fluopyranone is a neonicotinoid insecticide developed by Bayer corporation, and is also a novel butenolide compound produced by Bayer. The flupyradifurone has the functions of systemic absorption, contact killing, stomach toxicity and osmosis. It has quick acting, high efficiency, long acting, environment friendship and low toxicity. The flupyradifurone can enable pests to stop eating quickly, and can effectively prevent and control vector pests which transmit viruses and bacteria; due to its osmotic action, even if the agent is sprayed only to the top of the leaf, it can successfully control pests feeding on the bottom, i.e. it is also effective in sequestering pests. The flupyradifurone can be used for many crops, such as vegetables, fruit trees, coffee, cocoa, cotton, soybeans (seed treatment) and other field crops, and can be used for controlling main piercing-sucking mouthparts pests with high selectivity, such as aphids, whiteflies, psyllids, leafhoppers, scale insects, beetles, leaf miners, mealybugs, citrus psyllids, weevils, thrips and the like. Is effective in all growth stages including larvae and adults. Has good effect on pests of the neonicotinoid insecticide, is safe to bees, is beneficial to the growth of crops and improves the quality of the crops.
Fluopyram is a novel pyridylethylbenzamide bactericide developed by Bayer company, inhibits mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer of succinate dehydrogenase in respiratory chain, can be used for preventing and treating diseases on more than 70 crops, and particularly has excellent effect on preventing and treating diseases caused by sclerotinia sclerotiorum, botrytis cinerea, aureobasidium pathogen and erysiphe cichoracearum. An innovative nematicide, Indemnify, from bayer received registration approval from the united states environmental protection agency. The active ingredient of Indemnify is fluopyram, has the functions of preventing and treating nematodes, and is effective on nematodiasis, root-knot nematodes, spiral nematodes and other nematodes.
Fludioxonil belongs to phenylamides, is a broad-spectrum systemic fungicide with high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, long duration, diversified application modes and excellent protection and treatment effects, can be used for stem and leaf treatment, seed treatment and soil treatment, and has remarkable control effect on crop diseases caused by downy mildew, phytophthora, pythium and the like.
At present, the seed treatment agent for bitter gourd seed treatment is less, the seed treatment agent is highly safe in actual production, the growth can be obviously stimulated, and the seed treatment agent capable of preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests in the whole growth process of bitter gourd becomes an urgent need.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bitter gourd seed treating agent for coating bitter gourd seeds, which can effectively remove germs on the surfaces of the bitter gourd seeds, effectively control main seed-borne and soil-borne diseases in the growth cycle of the bitter gourd, such as sclerotinia sclerotiorum, gummy stem blight, nematode, aphid and the like, and can improve the vitality of the seeds and seedlings. In addition, the seed treatment agent can be widely applied to seed treatment of crops of solanaceae, cucurbitaceae, cruciferae and the like.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of treating seeds of momordica charantia comprising contacting the seeds or a medium for sowing the seeds with a seed treatment agent according to the present invention.
The term "seed-sowing medium" as used herein refers to any growing environment suitable for growing plants and/or seedlings from seeds, such as soil and other growing media.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Further, the weight ratio of the fluoropyrafuranone, fludioxonil and fluopyram is preferably 15%: 1.5%: 9 percent.
Further, the seed treatment agent is realized by combining the fluoropyrafuranone, the fludioxonil and the fluoropyramide, and in addition, compared with the possibility of controlling diseases or insect pests by using a single active ingredient, the seed treatment agent can realize obvious synergistic effect on the diseases, the insect pests, the nematodes and the like after the active ingredients are combined.
Further, application of the seed treatment agent of the present invention to crops may result in improvement of crop yield.
Further, the fluoropyrafuranone, fludioxonil and fluopyram in the seed treatment agent of the present invention may be applied simultaneously, i.e., in combination or separately, or sequentially, and in the case of separate application, the order of application does not generally have any effect on the controlling effect.
Further, the seed treatment agent is any one of a suspended seed coating agent, a seed treatment liquid agent, a seed treatment emulsion and a seed treatment microcapsule suspension.
Further, the seed treatment agent is preferably a suspension seed coating agent.
Furthermore, the active ingredients in the seed treatment agent account for 10-70% by weight of the composition, and preferably 20-50% by weight of the composition.
Further, the seed treatment agent can be applied flexibly, either by foliar spraying, irrigation and drip irrigation with soil, or for seed treatment, and it should be noted that the dosage of the seed treatment composition for foliar spraying can be varied according to the crops, and the dosage can be determined by ordinary skill in the art and routine experimentation.
Further, the seed treatment agent of the present invention can also be used together with other active ingredients including, but not limited to, other classes of bactericides, nematicides, insecticides, fertilizers, plant growth regulators and the like for the purpose of enhancing the control spectrum and the purpose of action.
Compared with the prior art, the seed treatment agent has the beneficial effects that:
1. the seed treatment agent has reasonable components, and can treat various pests, diseases or nematodes and the like in the growth cycle of the balsam pear;
2. the interaction of the components in the seed treatment agent after compounding is not simple addition, but the three components can play an obvious synergistic effect after compounding, so that the use amount of pesticide active ingredients can be reduced, and the control effect is improved;
3. the seed treatment agent is highly safe to seeds, and has the effects of obviously stimulating growth, increasing tillering, enhancing stress resistance and the like;
4. the seed treatment agent is convenient to use and can be directly used for dressing seeds.
