Abstract
一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,包括布体,所述布体自上而下依次为抑菌层一、网状纤维层一、透气层、防潮层、网状纤维层二和抑菌层二,所述抑菌层一、所述抑菌层二是将抑菌成膜剂涂在所述网状纤维层一、所述网状纤维层二上经加热固化形成的,所述透气层上设有多个均匀排列的透气孔,所述网状纤维层一、所述透气层、所述防潮层、所述网状纤维层二之间均通过热熔胶粘连。本发明的网状纤维层柔软、舒适、色彩鲜艳且物美价廉,抑菌层采用的原料来源丰富,制备方便且无毒无害,可以有效的起到抑菌作用,保持布体的卫生,提高布体的透气性,降低受潮概率。此外,本发明还具有工艺流程短、生产速率快、产量高、成本低、用途广等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布,特别涉及一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是新一代环保材料,具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。无纺布若置于室外经自然分解,其最长寿命只有90天,置于室内在5年内分解,燃烧时无毒、无味、且无任何遗留物质,从而不污染环境,宜于洗涤。
无纺布一个重要作用是应用于一次性卫生用品,但是现有的无纺布大都性能比较单一,抑菌性能与防潮性能差,而且寿命较短、使用范围受到限制,不能满足人们的使用需求,因此要发展一种结构简单、防潮与抑菌性能好而且环保无污染的抑菌无纺布。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,其结构简单,方便推广。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,包括布体,所述布体自上而下依次为抑菌层一、网状纤维层一、透气层、防潮层、网状纤维层二和抑菌层二,所述抑菌层一、所述抑菌层二是将抑菌成膜剂涂在所述网状纤维层一、所述网状纤维层二上经加热固化形成的,所述透气层上设有多个均匀排列的透气孔,所述网状纤维层一、所述透气层、所述防潮层、所述网状纤维层二之间均通过热熔胶粘连。
进一步,所述网状纤维层一与网状纤维层二的材质均为人造纤维。
进一步,所述透气孔呈长条状,所述透气孔整齐排列成行。
进一步,每行中相邻的两个所述透气孔之间均留有一定的间隙,所述间隙内填充有复合纤维。
进一步,所述防潮层内部均匀分布正六边形的容置腔,所述容置腔内部填充有所述复合纤维。
进一步,所述抑菌剂无色透明,所述抑菌层一与所述抑菌层二是柔软透明的连续封闭膜层。
进一步,所述抑菌成膜剂由如下质量百分比的原料制成:高分子聚合物乳液80-94%,抑菌剂1-10%,助剂5-10%。
进一步,所述抑菌剂由如下质量百分比的原料制成:二氧化钛10-25%,二氧化硅10-30%,氧化锌10-30%,氧化镁1-2%,氧化银1-3%以及水。
进一步,所述抑菌层一、所述网状纤维层一、所述透气层、所述防潮层、所述网状纤维层二与所述抑菌层二的总体厚度不超过1毫米。
本发明的有益效果为:无纺布表层的网状纤维层为人造纤维,柔软、舒适、色彩鲜艳且物美价廉,抑菌层采用的原料来源丰富,制备方便且无毒无害,可以有效的起到抑菌作用,保持布体的卫生,透气层和防潮层能够有效的提高布体的透气性,降低受潮概率。此外,本发明还具有工艺流程短、生产速率快、产量高、成本低、用途广等优点。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,包括布体,所述布体自上而下依次为抑菌层一1、网状纤维层一2、透气层3、防潮层4、网状纤维层二5和抑菌层二6。
抑菌层一1和抑菌层二6是是柔软透明的连续封闭膜层,是将抑菌成膜剂涂在无纺布上,经加热固化后形成的。抑菌层膜剂无色透明,由如下质量百分比的原料制成:高分子聚合物乳液80-94%,抑菌剂1-10%,助剂5-10%。其中,抑菌剂由如下质量百分比的原料制成:二氧化钛10-25%,二氧化硅10-30%,氧化锌10-30%,氧化镁1-2%,氧化银1-3%以及水。这些原料来源丰富,抑菌剂制备方便、制造成本低廉、耐水洗且无毒无害。
网状纤维层一2和网状纤维层二5的材质为人造纤维,人造纤维柔软、舒适、色彩鲜艳,可以使无纺布的色彩质感更好。
透气层3上设有多个均匀排列的透气孔31,透气孔31呈长条状,透气孔31整齐排列成行,每行中相邻的两个透气孔31之间均留有一定的间隙,间隙内填充有复合纤维32。
防潮层4内部均匀分布正六边形的容置腔41,容置腔41内部填充有复合纤维32。
网状纤维层一2、透气层3、防潮层4、网状纤维层二5之间均通过热熔胶粘连,热熔胶具有粘合强度大、速度快、环保等优点。
网状纤维层一2、透气层3、防潮层4和网状纤维层二5的总体厚度不超过1毫米。
本发明结构简单,工艺流程短、生产速率快、产量高、成本低、用途广。

1.一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,其特征在于,包括布体,所述布体自上而下依次为抑菌层一、网状纤维层一、透气层、防潮层、网状纤维层二和抑菌层二,所述抑菌层一、所述抑菌层二是将抑菌成膜剂涂在所述网状纤维层一、所述网状纤维层二上经加热固化形成的,所述透气层上设有多个均匀排列的透气孔,所述网状纤维层一、所述透气层、所述防潮层、所述网状纤维层二之间均通过热熔胶粘连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,其特征在于:所述网状纤维层一与网状纤维层二的材质均为人造纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,其特征在于:所述透气孔呈长条状,所述透气孔整齐排列成行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,其特征在于:每行中相邻的两个所述透气孔之间均留有一定的间隙,所述间隙内填充有复合纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型抑菌防潮无纺布,其特征在于:所述防潮层内部均匀分布正六边形的容置腔,所述容置腔内部填充有所述复合纤维。
