The general working process is as follows: the first injection raw material is injected into the first-time forming die through the material pipe to form a single-injection finished product, the single-injection finished product is left in the male die after periodic die opening, the male die part of the forming machine rotates to a second injection position to be closed, the second injection raw material is injected into the second-time forming die through the material pipe to form a double-color product, and then the product is ejected out of the die through the periodic die opening and the ejection mechanism. In the double-color mold, the male mold part needs to be completely the same, and the rotary exchange of the forming molds can be realized twice.

As shown in the figure, the two-color product 10 needs to be molded by a two-color mold, and the two-color product 10 includes a one-shot product and a two-shot product. However, the existing two-color mold cannot mold a two-shot product with a part embedded in the one-shot product.
