Abstract
本发明公开了一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄,包括由股骨柄近端和股骨柄远端形成的柄体,股骨柄近端顶端一侧边缘向上倾斜形成的头颈,股骨柄近端外表面均布多个半球形凸起,多个凸起之间的间隙处填充压入自体碎骨颗粒,柄体与股骨髓腔接触的外表面覆盖喷涂涂层。本发明提供了一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄,可有效地防止下沉、旋转、松动,具有良好的生物相容性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种人工髋关节股骨柄,具体涉及一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄。
背景技术
人工髋关节置换是指用生物相容性和机械性能良好的金属材料制成的一种类似人体骨关节的假体,利用手术的方法将人工关节置换被疾病或损伤所破坏的关节面,其目的是切除病灶,消除疼痛,恢复关节的活动与原有的功能。人工髋关节置换是治疗各类晚期髋关节疾病的最佳治疗方法。进口假体的设计、大小均基于国外人群的髋关节股骨解剖特点设计,同时在临床使用中存在各类并发症的风险,甚至影响到关节置换后的治疗效果,并且进口假体价格昂贵。
目前由于人工髋关节柄的结构设计,并不能完全符合国内人群股骨解剖的特点,直接影响到人工髋关节置换的手术效果,股骨柄与髓腔不能达到很好的匹配,导致术后易发生柄体下沉、松动等问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点而提出的,其目的是提供一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄,包括由股骨柄近端和股骨柄远端形成的柄体,股骨柄近端顶端一侧边缘向上倾斜形成的头颈,股骨柄近端外表面均布多个半球形凸起,多个凸起之间的间隙处填充压入自体碎骨颗粒,柄体与股骨髓腔接触的外表面覆盖喷涂涂层。
所述头颈与股骨体连接处通过圆弧面平滑过渡。
所述头颈上方套设股骨头连接器
所述喷涂涂层为纯钛和羟基磷灰石复合涂层或纯钛涂层。
所述柄体从股骨柄近端至股骨柄远端横截面面积递减。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄,可有效地防止下沉、旋转、松动,具有良好的生物相容性。

下面结合说明书附图及实施例对本发明植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄进行详细说明:
如图1所示,一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄,包括由股骨柄近端2和股骨柄远端3形成的柄体1,股骨柄近端2顶端一侧边缘向上倾斜形成的头颈4,股骨柄近端2外表面均布多个半球形凸起6,多个凸起6之间的间隙处填充压入自体碎骨颗粒7,柄体1与股骨髓腔接触的外表面覆盖喷涂涂层8。
所述头颈4与股骨体1连接处通过圆弧面平滑过渡。
所述头颈4上方套设股骨头连接器5。
所述喷涂涂层为纯钛和羟基磷灰石复合涂层或纯钛涂层。
所述柄体1从股骨柄近端2至股骨柄远端3横截面面积递减。
所述股骨柄近端2至股骨柄远端3结构根据国人股骨解剖学特点设计。
半球形凸起6的大小、数量以及形状根据股骨柄柄体1的体积、表面状态的分布情况和强度要求而设计。
多个凸起6之间的间隙处填充压入自体碎骨颗粒7,术后待外部骨组织与填充自体碎骨颗粒融7合生长成一体,由此可以达到长久有效的防止下沉与松动,达到生物学永久固定的作用。
本发明的使用方法:
使用时,柄体1半球形凸起6四周填充压入自体碎骨颗粒7,再将柄体1植入股骨髓腔内。本发明植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄结构简单、紧凑合理,连接可靠,不仅能使股骨柄与股骨融合固定,而且使股骨承受重力均衡,可以达到长久有效的防止下沉与松动,达到生物学永久固定的作用。

1.一种植骨融合稳固型人工髋关节股骨柄,包括由股骨柄近端(2)和股骨柄远端(3)形成的柄体(1),股骨柄近端(2)顶端一侧边缘向上倾斜形成的头颈(4),其特征在于:股骨柄近端(2)外表面均布多个半球形凸起(6),多个凸起(6)之间的间隙处填充压入自体碎骨颗粒(7),柄体(1)与股骨髓腔接触的外表面覆盖喷涂涂层(8)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种股骨转子固定型人工髋关节股骨柄,其特征在于:所述头颈(4)与股骨体(1)连接处通过圆弧面平滑过渡。
