Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building energy-saving and sound barrier materials, in particular to a preparation method of a foaming cement material plate, and especially relates to an inorganic heat insulation material and a preparation and maintenance method.
Background
Foam concrete is a newly developed material, and has wide application advantages and ranges, but also has defects: (1) The strength is lower, the compressive strength of the foam concrete with the volume density of 800-859kg/m3 is seriously lower, generally lower than 2.0 MPa, and sometimes even lower than 1.0 MPa. (2) The open porosity is higher, because Na, K and the like exist in the foam concrete to damage bubbles, the pores in the foam concrete are mostly open pores, and the heat insulation performance of the foam concrete is seriously affected. (3) Cracking and water absorption, namely cracking the surface of the hardened foam concrete, so as to absorb a large amount of external moisture.
The foamed cement material is preferably CS carbon fiber siliceous fireproof heat-insulating board (typically called as carbon silicon board or CS board) and is prepared by adding additives such as ordinary Portland cement, high-quality mineral powder, carbon fiber, organic silicon, inorganic foaming agent and the like, and the product is directly used for heat-insulating layers of heat-insulating systems of building external walls, heat-insulating systems of roofs, fireproof isolation belts of heat-insulating systems of external walls, heat-insulating bridges of building self-heat-insulating and the like. The product has the characteristics of low heat conductivity: the heat conductivity coefficient is as low as 0.055, which is equivalent to that of a rock wool plate; the heat insulation performance is good, and the heat insulation material is applicable to the heat insulation material of the external wall external heat insulation system. Non-inflammable: the combustion performance of the product completely reaches A1 level, and the product is used for an external heat-insulating system with fireproof requirements and a fireproof isolation belt. Aging resistance: the product belongs to inorganic materials completely, has high durability, but the carbon fiber siliceous fireproof heat-insulating board has high cost, is difficult to thin in quality (the thickness is more than 3 cm), the water absorption can not meet the application requirement, the product is difficult to prepare into a product with lighter specific gravity (the dry weight of the prior art is more than 210Kg per square), the compression and tensile strength is difficult to reach better level, the product is still greatly limited in application, in addition, the appearance color is too deep, the aperture ratio of the current product is still too high, and the foamed closed cell is an important guarantee of quality.
The foamed cement has excellent inorganic incombustibility and is widely applied to fireproof, heat-insulating and sound-insulating partition boards and the like. Is widely used in the industries of construction, petrochemical industry, power generation, transportation and the like. The heat-insulating material is suitable for being used as an external heat-insulating plate of an external wall, an indoor ceiling lining, a roof, a heat-insulating plate of a room, a partition plate and the like of a high-grade building such as a hotel, an apartment, a hospital and the like, has extremely obvious energy-saving effect, and is an ideal heat-insulating material for cold insulation of a refrigeration house, a petrochemical industry, a thermal engineering and other pipe networks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation and maintenance method and maintenance arrangement device for cement foaming materials, which have high foaming rate, can prepare plates with larger size of 2 cm (60 cm square), can control the foaming closed pore rate, has lighter specific gravity (180-190 Kg per dry weight), has water absorption meeting the application requirement, has better compressive strength than products with the same specification, and has material cost obviously lower than that of the existing products. In particular, the method comprises the steps of mechanically and efficiently conveying the phase-foamed product, has little influence on the initial product, and can realize low-cost continuous production.
In order to solve the problems existing in the background technology, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the cement foaming material preparing and curing method includes mixing cement slurry with foam or adding compressed air to form bubbles, mixing with cement slurry foam, injecting into plate mold to form initial product, conveying the initial product via conveying belt with the first product conveying belt 1-1, the first product conveying belt 1-2 being connected via transverse conveying vehicle 3, and longitudinal conveying belts connected to the first product conveying belt 1-1 in the same direction as the first product conveying belt 1-1; the transverse conveyor car 3 slides on a first receiving transverse rail 4 of the second rail.
Further, the second track 4 on which the transverse conveyor 3 works and moves comprises a plurality of transverse tracks and an array of longitudinal tracks, the transverse tracks comprise a first and a second receiving transverse tracks, the transverse conveyor is operated and placed on the second track, the primary products on the vehicle are transported and maintained, and especially a greater number of transverse tracks form the main body of the maintenance area of the products.
Further, the second track adopts a concave track, and the width of a concave position of the concave track is larger than or equal to the width of the wheels of the transverse conveying vehicle 3; the width of the position of the second rail intersection 5 is more than twice the width of the wheels of the transverse conveying vehicle 3; the width at the cross 5-2 is to ensure a 90 degree turn of the transverse transfer wheel.
Further, the wheels of the transverse conveyor car 3 are universal wheels, and the diameters of the wheels are not more than 30 cm. The transverse conveying vehicle is arranged on the transverse track of the second track when being received at the outlet of the first finished product conveying belt, and is distributed to other transverse tracks for maintenance through other crossed longitudinal tracks of the second track after being translated on the transverse track.
Further, when the plate-shaped primary product is cast, the plate-shaped primary product is flattened by a light press roller and conveyed to a curing area on a conveyor belt, and the curing environment is required to be at the temperature of 25-45 ℃ and the humidity of not less than 85% RH.
In the maintenance environment, the grass mat covers the surface of the greenhouse to spray water, a maintenance area is built in the glass or plastic greenhouse, and the maintenance time is ensured to be more than 5 days.
After 5 days (all 5-10 days), spraying hydrophobic coating on the surface of the primary product, and performing hydrophobic sealing pretreatment: spraying an organosilicon solution (such as sodium methyl siliconate), and an aqueous PU or melamine solution; spraying for more than one day to obtain the finished product.
The weight ratio of the cement foaming material is as follows: the solid components comprise 100 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of active white mud, 1-5 parts of fly ash and 0.1-0.5 part of PP or PET fiber; the mass of the concrete water reducer is 0.2-0.5 of the mass of cement; the foaming component is organic component 0.3-0.8 pentane or condensate oil, the surfactant is 50-500 ppm of cement weight, water is added, the foam is prepared by stirring 50-300 parts of the foaming component, the solid components are mixed and then added with water to prepare flowable cement slurry, the surfactant is sulfonate, such as sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate, as components of air entraining agent, and the water reducing agent is polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
The equipment for preparing and curing the cement foaming material comprises a first finished product conveying belt 1-1, a transverse conveying vehicle 3 and a second track, wherein the first finished product is conveyed by the first finished product conveying belt 1-1, the terminal of the first finished product conveying belt 1-2 is supported by the transverse conveying vehicle 3, a plurality of longitudinal conveying belts are arranged on each transverse conveying vehicle, each longitudinal conveying belt supports one first finished product 1-3, and the conveying direction of the longitudinal conveying belt is the same as that of the first finished product conveying belt 1-1; the transverse conveyor car 3 slides on a first receiving transverse rail 4 of the second rail; each transverse conveying vehicle is provided with a plurality of longitudinal conveying belts, each longitudinal conveying belt receives one primary product 1-3, and the conveying direction of the longitudinal conveying belt is the same as that of the first product conveying belt 1-1; the transverse conveyor 3 for receiving the preliminary product slides on the first receiving transverse rail 4 of the second rail.
The second track 4 for the working and moving of the transverse conveying vehicle 3 comprises a plurality of transverse tracks and an array formed by the transverse tracks and the longitudinal tracks, and the transverse conveying vehicle is placed; the second track adopts a concave track, the width of the concave track is more than or equal to the width of the wheels of the transverse conveying vehicle 3, the second track 4 of the transverse conveying vehicle 3 comprises a plurality of transverse tracks and a plurality of longitudinal tracks, and the width of the position of the second track intersection 5 is more than twice the width of the wheels of the transverse conveying vehicle 3; the wheels adopt universal wheels, and the diameters of the wheels are not more than 30 cm.
The PTC ceramic heater is arranged on the transverse conveying vehicle, and a power supply is inserted when the PTC ceramic heater reaches a relatively stable position, so that the temperature of the primary product on the transverse conveying vehicle reaches about 30 ℃. When the temperature of the initial product in summer and late spring and early autumn is proper, the temperature of the initial product in the curing period can be controlled through the greenhouse, the temperature of the upper limit can be obtained, the water injection of the grass felt and the like can be ensured to keep the humidity, and the temperature and humidity sensor is displayed and controlled in the greenhouse.
The second track 4 comprises a plurality of transverse tracks and an array formed by a plurality of longitudinal tracks, and particularly a greater number of transverse tracks form a curing zone for products, and primary products of the transverse conveyor are cured for placement; the area of the second track can be integrally placed in a good maintenance environment meeting the process requirements; mainly controlling the temperature and humidity, and not only can specially prepare a glass or plastic greenhouse for increasing the temperature.
The water reducer is a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and a small amount of rosin derivative 0.2-0.5 part can be added. The water reducer associates with water molecules during co-foaming, and combines with hydrogen bond association between water molecules to form a layer of stable water film on the surface of cement particles, so that direct contact between cement particles is prevented, sliding capacity between cement particles is improved, a lubricating effect is achieved, and accordingly fluidity of slurry is further improved. The small bubbles of the cement slurry are also wrapped by directional adsorption polar groups of the water reducing agent, so that the bubbles are isolated from the bubbles. After the water reducer is added into the concrete, the water reducer molecules are dispersed in the dispersion system along with the hydration reaction, and are uniformly adsorbed on the surfaces of the cement particles, so that the agglomeration of the cement particles is destroyed, and the cement particles are in a highly dispersed and stable state due to the special action of the water reducer molecules. The process has higher fluidity when the water content is low, so that the water adding amount of the product can be reduced, and the maintenance time is shortened; the active white mud 1-3 and the fly ash 1-5 have promotion effects in the cement hardening and hydration and long-term drying processes, the connective performance of concrete is improved, and the cost is not increased high by adding a proper amount of PP or PET fibers, but the compression resistance and tensile resistance of the product are improved, so that the thin product can be applied by applying a fixing piece, and the time of a curing process of the product can be slightly shortened.
The second track 4 comprises a plurality of transverse tracks and an array formed by a plurality of longitudinal tracks, and particularly a greater number of transverse tracks form a curing zone for products, and primary products of the transverse conveyor are cured for placement; the area of the second track can be integrally placed in a good maintenance environment meeting the process requirements; mainly controlling the temperature and humidity, and not only can specially prepare a glass or plastic greenhouse for increasing the temperature.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the mechanized and high-efficiency conveying of the product which is foamed mutually to the maintenance area has almost no influence on the protection shape of the primary product, the component placement is easy to be carried out when the primary product is not solidified, the semi-mechanized conveying is carried out, the conveying and conveying efficiency is high, the design of the maintenance area is reasonable, the continuous production can be carried out through the track, and the low-cost continuous production is easy to be carried out. When in foaming, air is introduced into the aqueous solution of the foaming agent, and is uniformly dispersed in the aqueous solution of the foaming agent, so that a contact interface between liquid and gas is as large as possible, and a small amount of organic foaming agent is added, so that surface active substances in the foaming agent form an electric double layer on the surface of a liquid film and surround the air to form individual bubbles. When the existing foaming machine foams, the ideal effect cannot be achieved, the foaming rate is low, the quality of products is poor, the opening rate is high, the use requirement cannot be met, a large amount of time is wasted, and the cost is increased. The invention has good foaming effect and can meet the use requirement. The invention has the advantages of good bubble structure, moderate and controllable bubble radius, high freezing resistance index, high foaming rate, improved foaming efficiency and shortened foaming time.
The main performance indexes of the product are as follows: the heat insulation performance is excellent, the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.040-0.05W/(mk), and the thermal resistance is more than 30 times of that of common concrete. The foam concrete has good sound insulation effect, contains a large amount of independent bubbles, is uniformly distributed, has sound absorption capacity of 0.09-0.19 percent, is 5 times of that of common concrete, and has the function of effective sound insulation. The area of a thin 2 cm article can reach 50 cm square, which is also not achievable with the prior art. The density is low, the dry volume density can reach 180-190 kg/m < 3 >, which is 1/10 of the density of common concrete, and the whole load of the building can be reduced. The articles of the present invention are particularly because of low density but superior physical properties. The compressive strength is higher, and is 0.5-0.8Mpa. The waterproof performance is good, namely independent dense bubbles and good integrity are realized, so that the waterproof performance is certain. Crack resistance, namely, low shrinkage rate and crack resistance which is more than 8 times of that of common concrete. The service life is long and the service life is the same as that of the main engineering.

The present embodiment adopts the following technical scheme: the invention relates to a preparation and maintenance method of cement foaming materials, cement slurry is added with compressed air in the form of bubbles when being mixed with foam, the cement slurry and the foam of the cement slurry are stirred together and injected into a flat plate die to form primary products, the primary products are conveyed by a conveyor belt and conveyed by a first product conveyor belt 1-1, the terminal ends of the first product conveyor belt 1-2 are all supported by a transverse conveyor vehicle 3, a plurality of longitudinal conveyor belts are arranged on each transverse conveyor vehicle, each longitudinal conveyor belt supports one primary product 1-3, the longitudinal conveyor belts support one or N primary products in sequence, the primary products are arranged according to the size of the primary product plates, and the longitudinal conveyor belts are also provided with rollers 3-1 and roller belts 3-2; the longitudinal conveyor belt and the first finished product conveyor belt 1-1 have the same conveying direction so as not to influence the deformation of the initial products; after a transverse conveying vehicle receives finished products, the transverse conveying vehicle 3 slides on a first receiving transverse rail 4 of the second rail, when the first receiving transverse rail transverse conveying vehicle 3 slides leftwards in fig. 1, an empty transverse conveying vehicle is supplemented from the right, and when the transverse conveying vehicle receives, the primary products must be continuously received and transported in the transverse direction.
The second track 4 for the working and moving of the transverse conveying vehicle 3 comprises an array formed by a plurality of transverse tracks and a plurality of longitudinal tracks, mainly aims at placing the transverse conveying vehicle and transporting and curing the primary products on the vehicle, and particularly forms a curing area of the products by a plurality of transverse tracks; of course, the left-hand array of empty transverse carriers is also included, not shown.
The second track adopts a concave track, the width of the concave position of the concave track 5-1 is more than or equal to the width of the wheels of the transverse conveying vehicle 3, the second track 4 of the transverse conveying vehicle 3 comprises a plurality of transverse tracks and a plurality of longitudinal tracks, and the width of the position of the second track intersection 5 is more than twice the width of the wheels of the transverse conveying vehicle 3; the width of the cross 5-2 of the two perpendicular tracks is used for ensuring 90-degree turning of the transverse conveying wheels, the wheels are universal wheels, the diameters of the wheels are not more than 30-35 cm, and the clearance left by the cross is larger if the diameters are too large. When casting into flat plate mould, the product is flattened by light press roller and transferred to curing area on conveyer belt, the curing of the invention is very important, it needs curing under high temperature 25-45 deg.C (preferably not lower than 28 deg.C) high humidity (not lower than 85% RH), the grass felt covers the surface spray water, curing in glass or plastic greenhouse is also good, the above curing environment is preferably over 5-6 days (5-10 days), then spraying hydrophobic coating on the surface of foam flat plate, hydrophobic sealing pretreatment: with organosilicon solutions (such as sodium methyl siliconate) or with aqueous PU or melamine solutions; curing for more than one day to obtain the finished product.
The foaming equipment comprises a solid component bin, a solid component mixing device, a material weighing device, a metering water pump, an air pump (compressor) and a bubble generating device, a first stirring bin and a stirring device which are connected through a pipeline, wherein the upper side of the stirring bin is provided with the solid component mixing device and an inlet of the material weighing device, the solid component mixing device and the inlet of the material weighing device are stirred through the water adding and stirring device, the side of the first stirring bin is provided with a second stirring bin and the stirring device which are used for stirring the foaming component, a special foaming agent is generated, 0.3-0.8 weight part of pentane or condensate oil relative to the weight of cement is matched into uniform liquid flow, the metering pump is used for metering water adding, for example, the surfactant is added in an amount of 50-500 ppm of water by weight of cement, the foaming agent and the solid component are added in a third stirring bin in a mode of controlling and metering stirring slurry adding, compressed air generated by the air pump passes through the bottom of the third stirring bin of the pipeline, and bubbles generated by the compressed air pass through a plurality of micropores, and the diameters of the micropores are 0.3-2 cm, especially 0.5-1 cm; the third stirring bin is used for stirring for 1 to 2 minutes to obtain the finished foaming slurry, and the foaming slurry can be quantitatively cast into a mold or cast into a plate shape through a container and metering equipment.
The solid components comprise 100 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of active white mud, 1-5 parts of fly ash and 0.1-0.5 part of PP or PET fiber; the mass of the concrete water reducer is 0.2-0.5 of the mass of cement; the foaming component is organic component 0.3-0.8, such as pentane or condensate oil, the surfactant is 50-500 ppm of cement weight, water is 50-300 parts of foaming component and is stirred to prepare foam, the solid component is mixed and then added with water to prepare flowable cement slurry, the cement slurry is mixed with the foam while compressed air in the form of bubbles is added, the mixture and the cement slurry foam are stirred together and injected into a flat plate mold, the flat plate mold is used for production, the surfactant is sulfonate, such as sodium dodecyl sulfonate or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, is used as a component of an air entraining agent, the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and a small amount of rosin derivative 0.2-0.5 part can be added.
The solid components are cement 100, activated white mud 3, fly ash 5 and PP or PET fiber 0.5; the mass of the concrete water reducer is 0.5 of the mass of cement; when the foaming component is an organic component, the mass is 0.8, such as pentane or condensate oil, the surfactant is sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate of 500ppm sodium alkyl sulfonate by weight of cement, water is added into 200 parts of the foaming component, the mixture is stirred to prepare foam, water is added into the mixture to prepare flowable cement slurry, the cement slurry is simultaneously added with compressed air in the form of bubbles when being mixed with the foam, the mixture is stirred and enters the mixture together with the cement slurry foam, the mixture is stirred together with the cement slurry foam, the mixture is injected into a flat plate mold for production by a conveyor belt conveying mold, the temperature is controlled at 35 ℃, the water reducer is 0.2 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, and the mixture can be added with 0.5 part of rosin derivatives.
The solid components are cement 100, active white mud 1, fly ash 1, PP or PET fiber 0.1; the mass of the concrete water reducer is 0.2; the foaming component is an organic component, the mass is 0.5, such as pentane or condensate oil, the surfactant is 50-500 ppm of cement weight, water is 50-300 parts of foaming component and is stirred to prepare foam, the solid component is mixed and then added with water to prepare flowable cement paste, the cement paste is simultaneously added with compressed air in the form of bubbles when being mixed with the foam, the mixture and the cement paste foam are stirred together and injected into a flat plate mold, the flat plate mold is used for production by a conveyor belt, the temperature is controlled at 25 ℃, the surfactant is sulfonate, and the water reducer is a polycarboxylic acid water reducer.
Glass fiber or PET fiber is produced by Changzhou Tianyi: polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polypropylene plastic steel fiber, polyester fiber and modified polyester fiber; the variety of the cement of the invention: cement variety double rapid silicate cement with high early and later strength.
The embodiment is summarized on the basis of the application of Fu Mo Gugong, and Fu Mo Gugong is put into actual sales.
