本发明公开了一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,包括筒体,所述筒体内设置有拉杆,拉杆位于筒体内的一端设置有拉板,所述拉板朝向拉杆的一侧设置有若干个蝶形弹簧,相邻的蝶形弹簧反向设置,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁与筒体的内壁之间设置有限位块,所述蝶形弹簧朝向筒体内壁的一侧为蝶形弹簧的外壁,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁设置有若干个相互平行,且围绕蝶形弹簧一周的倒刺圈。本发明,限位块能阻挡蝶形弹簧因为过载而发生过载失效,蝶形弹簧承载变形,当变形到与限位块接触时,限位块阻挡其继续变形,防止蝶形弹簧过载,同时,倒刺圈增大蝶形弹簧与限位块的摩擦力,避免蝶形弹簧在限位块上滑动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,属于恒力弹簧吊架技术领域。
背景技术
传统的恒力弹簧吊架利用内部的弹性元件起到支撑作用,上端钩挂在起吊结构上,下端钩挂待起吊的重物,当钩挂重物超过弹性元件的承载能力后,很容易引起弹性元件过载失效,使恒力弹簧吊架失效。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明公开了一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其具体技术方案如下:
一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,包括筒体,所述筒体内设置有拉杆,拉杆的一端位于筒体内,另一端延伸到筒体外,拉杆位于筒体内的一端设置有拉板,所述拉板朝向拉杆的一侧设置有若干个蝶形弹簧,相邻的蝶形弹簧反向设置,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁与筒体的内壁之间设置有限位块,
所述蝶形弹簧呈圆锥抛物面形状,所述蝶形弹簧的中心开有通孔,所述拉杆贯穿在蝶形弹簧的通孔中;
所述蝶形弹簧朝向筒体内壁的一侧为蝶形弹簧的外壁,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁设置有若干个相互平行,且围绕蝶形弹簧一周的倒刺圈。
所述倒刺圈的倒刺尖均朝向筒体内壁倾斜。
所述限位块四周包覆有覆盖层。
所述覆盖层选用软塑胶层。
所述倒刺圈的倒刺尖选用硬质材料制作而成。
所述限位块的大小为蝶形弹簧与筒体内壁之间空隙的2/5到3/5。
所述筒体的端部和拉杆位于筒体外部的一端均设置有挂钩孔。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明,限位块能阻挡蝶形弹簧因为过载而发生过载失效,蝶形弹簧承载变形,当变形到与限位块接触时,限位块阻挡其继续变形,防止蝶形弹簧过载,同时,倒刺圈增大蝶形弹簧与限位块的摩擦力,避免蝶形弹簧在限位块上滑动。

图1是本发明的结构示意图,图2是图1的A处局部放大图,图中的各部件名称为:筒体1,蝶形弹簧2,限位块3,拉杆4,挂钩孔5,拉板6,倒刺圈7,覆盖层8。结合附图可见,本防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,包括筒体,所述筒体内设置有拉杆,拉杆的一端位于筒体内,另一端延伸到筒体外,拉杆位于筒体内的一端设置有拉板,所述拉板朝向拉杆的一侧设置有若干个蝶形弹簧,相邻的蝶形弹簧反向设置,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁与筒体的内壁之间设置有限位块。所述筒体的端部和拉杆位于筒体外部的一端均设置有挂钩孔。本发明使用时,重物的挂钩挂在挂钩孔中,通过本发明将重物悬挂起吊,重物的重量加载在蝶形弹簧上,蝶形弹簧被拉动朝向水平的方向变形,呈张开状态,当蝶形弹簧变形太大时,限位块能够阻挡蝶形弹簧继续变形,防止蝶形弹簧疲劳失效。
所述蝶形弹簧呈圆锥抛物面形状,所述蝶形弹簧的中心开有通孔,所述拉杆贯穿在蝶形弹簧的通孔中;所有的蝶形弹簧均贯穿在拉杆上,蝶形弹簧的中心对齐,不管承载多大的重物,均能防止蝶形弹簧错位,起到很好承载作用。
所述蝶形弹簧朝向筒体内壁的一侧为蝶形弹簧的外壁,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁设置有若干个相互平行,且围绕蝶形弹簧一周的倒刺圈。当蝶形弹簧与限位块接触时,倒刺圈能阻挡蝶形弹簧继续变形,配合限位块阻挡效果和限位效果更明显。
所述倒刺圈的倒刺尖均朝向筒体内壁倾斜。该倾斜方向的倒刺圈与限位块接触后,受力被阻挡的效果更明显。
所述限位块四周包覆有覆盖层。覆盖层增加限位块的弹性和柔软度,倒刺圈抵压住覆盖层后,倒刺圈在覆盖层上形成压痕,倒刺圈不容易在覆盖层上滑动,起到限位作用。
所述覆盖层选用软塑胶层。软塑胶层作为一个具体实施例选择使用,选材方便,成本可控,用软塑胶封层技术成熟。
所述倒刺圈的倒刺尖选用硬质材料制作而成。硬的倒刺圈与软的覆盖层配合使用,能够有效阻挡倒刺圈在覆盖层上滑动,起到限位效果。
所述限位块的大小为蝶形弹簧与筒体内壁之间空隙的2/5到3/5。限位块留给蝶形弹簧变形的空间,确保蝶形弹簧不会过载失效。

1.一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于包括筒体,所述筒体内设置有拉杆,拉杆的一端位于筒体内,另一端延伸到筒体外,拉杆位于筒体内的一端设置有拉板,所述拉板朝向拉杆的一侧设置有若干个蝶形弹簧,相邻的蝶形弹簧反向设置,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁与筒体的内壁之间设置有限位块,
所述蝶形弹簧呈圆锥抛物面形状,所述蝶形弹簧的中心开有通孔,所述拉杆贯穿在蝶形弹簧的通孔中;
所述蝶形弹簧朝向筒体内壁的一侧为蝶形弹簧的外壁,所述蝶形弹簧的外壁设置有若干个相互平行,且围绕蝶形弹簧一周的倒刺圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于所述倒刺圈的倒刺尖均朝向筒体内壁倾斜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于所述限位块四周包覆有覆盖层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于所述覆盖层选用软塑胶层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于所述倒刺圈的倒刺尖选用硬质材料制作而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于所述限位块的大小为蝶形弹簧与筒体内壁之间空隙的2/5到3/5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防过载的恒力弹簧吊架,其特征在于所述所述筒体的端部和拉杆位于筒体外部的一端均设置有挂钩孔。
