It should be noted that, the signal transmission line corresponding to the side key of the mobile terminal is used for transmitting signals to the processor (the processor is disposed on the PCB) inside the mobile terminal for processing. The signal transmission line is electrically connected with the side key and the processor of the mobile terminal respectively, and the conventional design is that one end of the signal transmission line is arranged at the position of the side key, the other end of the signal transmission line is arranged at the position of the PCB, and the middle part of the signal transmission line needs to penetrate through a waterproof layer of a battery cover (a rear cover of the mobile terminal). Whereby the thickness of the signal transmission line may affect the waterproofing of the mobile terminal.
The embodiment of the application provides a design scheme of a waterproof assembly to solve the technical problems, and particularly please refer to the following embodiments of the application:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 10 of the present embodiment includes a side key 11, a signal transmission line 12, a PCB 13, and a waterproof assembly 14.
The side key 11 is configured to respond to a pressing operation of a user, and transmit a signal formed by the pressing operation to the PCB 13 through the signal transmission line 12, and a processor (not shown) on the PCB 13 processes the signal formed by the pressing operation. In this embodiment, the waterproof assembly 14 includes a frame 15 and a metal connecting wire 16. The side keys 11 are arranged outside the frame 15 and penetrate through the frame 15, and the signal transmission line 12 and the PCB 13 are arranged inside the frame 15. The metal connection line 16 is integrally formed with the frame 15, and the metal connection line 16 is provided with a first connection terminal 161 electrically connected to the PCB 13 at a position corresponding to the PCB 13, and a second connection terminal 162 electrically connected to the signal transmission line 12 at a position corresponding to the signal transmission line 12.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the metal connection wire 16 is used as a bridge for signal transmission between the signal transmission line 12 and the PCB 13, so that the signal transmission line 12 for transmitting the signal of the side key 11 is not required to be laid out from the position of the side key 11 to the position of the PCB 13, and only the position of the side key 11 is required to be set, thereby avoiding that a gap is generated between the routing path of the signal transmission line 12 and the housing of the mobile terminal, such as a backshell break, and thus affecting the waterproof setting of the mobile terminal 10. Further, since the metal connection wire 16 is integrally formed with the housing 15, the metal connection wire 16 does not generate a gap with the housing of the mobile terminal 10, that is, does not affect the waterproof arrangement of the mobile terminal 10. The metal connection wire may be made of copper, and in other embodiments, the metal connection wire may be made of iron, aluminum, or the like. The signal transmission line may be made of FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit, flexible circuit board) signal transmission line.
Referring to fig. 2 together, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the metal connection wire shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the metal connection line 16 includes a positive electrode metal connection line 163 and a negative electrode metal connection line 164, both ends of the positive electrode metal connection line 163 are provided with a first positive electrode connection terminal 1611 and a second positive electrode connection terminal 1621, respectively, and both ends of the negative electrode metal connection line 164 are provided with a first negative electrode connection terminal 1612 and a second negative electrode connection terminal 1622, respectively. The size of the middle portion of the positive electrode metal connection line 163 and the negative electrode metal connection line 164, that is, the conductive portion 165 may be the same, and the width thereof may range from 0.1mm to 0.2mm, for example, may be 0.15mm. In the following description of the metal connection lines, unless otherwise specified, the first connection terminal 161 is a first positive connection terminal 1611 including the positive metal connection line 163 and a first negative connection terminal 1612 including the negative metal connection line 164, and the second connection terminal 162 is a second positive connection terminal 1621 including the positive metal connection line 163 and a second negative connection terminal 1622 including the negative metal connection line 164.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the metal connection wire shown in fig. 1 and 2 disposed in the middle frame. As shown in fig. 3, the frame 15 of the mobile terminal is a middle frame, that is, the metal connecting wire 16 may be integrally formed with the middle frame 15 of the mobile terminal. In particular, the plastic can be integrally formed in an in-mold injection mode. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the metal connection wire 16 may be integrally formed with a frame body such as a front frame or a rear frame of the mobile terminal, which is not particularly limited by the present application.
In this embodiment, the first connection terminal 161 and the second connection terminal 162 of the metal connection wire 16 are exposed from the middle frame 15 on the surface of the middle frame 15, and the first connection terminal 161 is disposed in a waterproof area (not shown) of the mobile terminal, and the second connection terminal 162 is disposed outside the waterproof area of the mobile terminal. The middle portion of the metal connection wire 16, i.e., the transmission portion 165 is integrally formed with the middle frame 15, and the first connection terminal 161 and the second connection terminal 162 at both ends of the metal connection wire 16 are exposed from the middle frame on the surface of the middle frame 15. It should be noted that, in order to avoid the metal connection wire 16 from generating a gap with the housing of the mobile terminal 10, which affects the waterproof arrangement of the mobile terminal 10, the transmission portion 165 of the metal connection wire 16 of the present embodiment is flush with the surface of the middle frame 15, i.e. does not protrude from the surface of the middle frame 15. In consideration of the influence of the electrical transmissibility of the metal connection wire 16 on the operation of other elements on the center 15, the transmission portion 165 of the metal connection wire 16 may be provided inside the center 15, that is, the periphery of the transmission portion 165 of the metal connection wire 16 may be surrounded by the center 15. In this embodiment, the transmission portion 165 of the metal connecting wire 16 is configured as a ninety degree angle bending design.
Referring to fig. 4, in other embodiments, considering that there is a certain pressure on the metal connection wire 16 when the metal connection wire 16 and the middle frame 15 are injection molded in a mold, in order to reduce the fracture probability of the metal connection wire 16, the quality of the metal connection wire is improved. The transmission portion 165 of the metal connecting wire 16 is provided in an arc-shaped bending design, that is, ninety degrees as shown in fig. 3 is provided in an arc shape, whereby the compressive strength of the metal connecting wire 16 can be increased at the bending position.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, the first connection terminal 161 is detachably connected to the PCB 13, and the second connection terminal 162 is non-detachably connected to the signal transmission line 12. Specifically, the first connection terminal 161 may be in contact with the spring piece 131 of the PCB 13, and the second connection terminal 162 may be soldered with the signal transmission line 12. In other embodiments, the electrical connection may be performed by other manners, for example, the first connection terminal 161 may be soldered to the spring piece 131 of the PCB 13, and the second connection terminal 162 may be soldered to the signal transmission line 12. Or the first connection terminal 161 can be plugged with the spring piece 131 of the PCB 13, and the second connection terminal 162 can be plugged with the signal transmission line 12. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the electrical connection between the first connection terminal 161 and the PCB 13 and the electrical connection between the second connection terminal 162 and the signal transmission line 12.
Wherein, in order to facilitate the electrical connection between the metal connection wire 16 and the PCB 13, the material of the metal connection wire 16 is saved. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the signal transmission line 12 includes a signal line body 121 and a connection portion 122, and the second connection terminal 162 is electrically connected to the connection portion 122, wherein the size of the second connection terminal 162 is equal to the size of the connection portion 122, and the size of the elastic piece 131 of the PCB 13 is smaller than the size of the first connection terminal 161. In the present embodiment, the first connection terminal 161 and the second connection terminal 162 are each rectangular in shape.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another mobile terminal according to the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the mobile terminal 50 of the present embodiment still includes a side key 51, a signal transmission line 52, a PCB 53 and a waterproof component 54. The side key 51, the signal transmission line 52, the PCB 53 and the waterproof component 54 are the same as the side key 11, the signal transmission line 12, the PCB 13 and the waterproof component 14 described above, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
The mobile terminal 50 of the present embodiment is different from the mobile terminal 10 described above in that: the mobile terminal 50 of the present embodiment further provides the waterproof glue 57 at the position where the second connection terminal 562 is soldered to the signal transmission line 52. And the area of the waterproof glue 57 is greater than or equal to the area of the second connection terminal 562 so as to entirely cover the surface of the second connection terminal 562 with the waterproof glue. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the waterproof glue on the second connection terminal 562 is integrated, and covers all of the gaps between the second positive connection terminal 5621 and the second negative connection terminal 5622. The second connection terminal 562 can be thereby water-proof insulated, thereby preventing moisture from entering the water-proof area.
In other embodiments, in order to reduce the cost, the waterproof glue 57 may be disposed only on the second positive electrode connection terminal 5621 and the second negative electrode connection terminal 5622, and referring to fig. 6, the waterproof insulation of the second connection terminal 562 may be achieved, so as to prevent moisture from entering the waterproof area.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another mobile terminal according to the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the mobile terminal 70 of the present embodiment still includes a side key 71, a signal transmission line 72, a PCB 73, and a waterproof component 74. The side key 71, the signal transmission line 72, the PCB 73 and the waterproof component 74 are the same as the side key 11, the signal transmission line 12, the PCB 13 and the waterproof component 14 described above, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
The mobile terminal 70 of the present embodiment is different from the mobile terminal 10 described above in that: the first connection terminal 761 and the second connection terminal 762 of the mobile terminal 70 of the present embodiment are all circularly arranged, so that the contact areas of the first connection terminal 761 and the second connection terminal 762 with the signal transmission line 72 and the PCB 73, respectively, can be further increased.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first connection terminal 761 and the second connection terminal 762 may be configured in other shapes, and will not be described herein.
In summary, the metal connecting wire is used as a bridge for signal transmission between the signal transmission line and the PCB board, so that the signal transmission line for transmitting signals of the side key is not required to be laid out from the position of the side key to the position of the PCB board, and only the position of the side key is required to be set, thereby avoiding the gap between the routing path of the signal transmission line and the casing of the mobile terminal, such as the rear casing break, and further affecting the waterproof setting of the mobile terminal. Further, because the metal connecting wire and the frame body are integrally formed, the metal connecting wire cannot generate a gap with the shell of the mobile terminal, namely, the waterproof arrangement of the mobile terminal cannot be influenced.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present application.
