With the progress of technology, many radars are phased array systems, a transceiver system is composed of thousands of microwave transceiver components, the development direction of the microwave transceiver components of the radars is miniaturization, integration and modularization, one transceiver component can integrate dozens of channels, each channel has a corresponding interface, and the number of tested interfaces is tens of thousands.
The radio frequency coaxial connector is a radio frequency coaxial connector with a threaded connection mechanism, and has the characteristics of strong vibration resistance, excellent performance, high reliability and the like. The device is widely applied to electronic equipment and instruments and meters, and is reliable in connection.
At present, in a test system of a microwave transceiver component, a threaded connection mode is generally adopted between an interface test system and a tested interface, but the connection mode has the defects of low disassembly and assembly efficiency, complex disassembly and the like, and is difficult to meet the rapid test requirement of product batch.

The inner connector 1 comprises a conductor 11, a housing 12 and an insulating layer 13; the insulating layer 13 is wrapped around the periphery of the conductor 11, and the conductor 11 and the insulating layer 13 are integrally fixed in the housing 12 along the central axis of the housing 12.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the conductor 11 comprises two sections of fixedly connected cylinders with different coaxial diameters, namely a thick cylinder near the switching end and a thin cylinder near the blind mating end; a gap is arranged between the thin cylinder and the inner surface of the insulating layer 13, and the top end of the thin cylinder is in a truncated cone shape; the outer surfaces of the thick cylinders are all wrapped by the insulating layer 13, and the insulating layer 13 protrudes from the top end of the thick cylinder along the axial direction of the conductor 11 to form a jack.
An elastic clamping piece 131 is arranged on the outer surface of the insulating layer 13 close to the blind matching end; the elastic clamping member 131 is tubular, and a plurality of evenly distributed gaps are formed in the tube wall of the elastic clamping member 131 along the axial direction of the conductor 11.
The diameter of the cylindrical section of the shell 12 positioned at the blind matching end side is the largest to form a large-diameter cylindrical section, the diameter of the cylindrical section positioned at the switching end side is the smallest to form a small-diameter cylindrical section, and a middle cylindrical section is formed between the large-diameter cylindrical section and the small-diameter cylindrical section; threads 121 are arranged on the outer surfaces of the large-diameter cylindrical section and the small-diameter cylindrical section, and a clamping groove 122 is arranged on the outer surface of the middle cylindrical section, which is close to the small-diameter cylindrical section.
The guide sleeve 2 is fixedly connected with the large-diameter cylindrical section of the shell 12 through threads; the flange sleeve 3 is sleeved on the middle cylindrical section, a gap is arranged between the flange sleeve 3 and the middle cylindrical section, and the retainer ring 31 is clamped in the clamping groove 122; an elastic component 34 is arranged in the flange sleeve 3, one end of the elastic component 34 is abutted against the inner end face of the top of the flange sleeve 3, which is close to the small-diameter cylindrical section, while the other end is abutted against the bottom face of the large-diameter cylindrical section, and the outer end face of the top of the flange sleeve 3, which is close to the small-diameter cylindrical section, is abutted against the retainer ring 31.
The flange sleeve 3 comprises a flange 32 and a sleeve 33, the flange 32 is arranged at the top of the flange sleeve 3 close to the small-diameter cylindrical section, and the flange 32 and the sleeve 33 are both sleeved on the middle cylindrical section; the flange 32 has an inner diameter greater than the outer diameter of the intermediate cylindrical section and the sleeve 33 has an inner diameter greater than the inner diameter of the flange 32.
The elastic assembly 34 comprises a gasket 35 and a spring 36, the gasket 35 is abutted against the inner end face of the flange 31, the spring 36 is sleeved on the middle cylindrical section, one end of the spring 35 is abutted against the gasket 34, and the other end is abutted against the bottom face of the large-diameter cylindrical section; the inner diameter of the sleeve 33 is larger than the outer diameter of the large diameter cylindrical section.
The inner diameter of the outer side port of the guide sleeve 2 is gradually reduced from outside to inside, and then the guide sleeve is in a constant diameter shape, and the minimum inner diameter of the outer side port of the guide sleeve 2 is larger than the outer diameter of the elastic clamping piece 131.
The thin cylinder of conductor 11 near the blind mating end connects to the TNC-K interface and the thick cylinder of conductor 11 near the transition end connects to the TNC-J interface.
As shown in fig. 7a, 7b and 7c, when the adaptor of the present invention is used, the thick cylinder of the inner conductor 11 near the adaptor end is fixedly connected with the testing system, and the flange 32 of the flange sleeve 3 is fixed on the side wall 4 of the box body.
When the blind matching end of the adapter is connected with a tested interface, if the blind matching end is limited by space or errors exist in the installation of the tested interface, because the flange 32 of the flange sleeve 3 is fixed on the side wall 4 of the box body, the inner connector 1 and the guide sleeve 2 can float in the axial direction and the radial direction, so that the angle and the position of the inner connector 1 and the guide sleeve 2 relative to the tested interface are adjustable, and the tested interface can enter the guide sleeve 2 through the guide of the outer side port of the guide sleeve 2 without very accurate alignment of the blind matching end due to the guiding action of the guide sleeve 2.
After the tested interface enters the guide sleeve 2, the tested interface is inserted between the large cylindrical port and the elastic clamping piece 131, and the tested interface is tightly combined with the adapter due to the deformation of the elastic clamping piece 131 and the limit fit of the guide sleeve 2, so that the thin cylinder of the inner conductor 11 is fixedly connected with the tested interface, and the tested interface and the adapter are quickly inserted and pulled out.
The adapter has the advantages of quick plugging, floatability and blind matching, and meanwhile, the adapter needs to be verified that the adapter does not influence the test accuracy. The main performance indexes of the radio frequency adapter comprise an input standing wave ratio, an insertion loss, an opposite phase insertion loss and an output standing wave ratio, so that the adapter and the conventional adapter can be tested respectively, and whether the adapter is connected with a tested interface in a plugging mode or not can be verified to influence the testing accuracy by comparing four parameters of the input standing wave ratio, the insertion loss, the opposite phase insertion loss and the output standing wave ratio and referencing the requirement index.
As shown in fig. 8a and 8b, fig. 8a shows a test data diagram of the adapter of the present invention, and fig. 8b shows a test data diagram of the adapter of the conventional screw connection.
