The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, further comprising: setting reminding time values aiming at the accumulated time of operating each application software by a user by the mobile terminal; and when the mobile terminal judges that the accumulated time of the user operating the application software exceeds the corresponding reminding time value, the mobile terminal feeds back rest prompt information to the user.

The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, further comprising: when the mobile terminal monitors that the target application software is in the starting state, the mobile terminal displays other application software in the starting state to a user so that the user can select whether to close the corresponding application software.
4. The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of the mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in the step 3, the process of the mobile terminal adaptively adjusting the current brightness of the screen comprises the following steps a to d:
step a, a mobile terminal presets a target brightness value aiming at a screen;
b, the mobile terminal monitors the current brightness value of the screen and the illumination intensity value in the surrounding environment where the mobile terminal is located in real time;
c, when the mobile terminal judges that the difference value between the current brightness value of the screen and the target brightness value is within a preset difference value range, the mobile terminal does not adjust the brightness of the screen; otherwise, the mobile terminal goes to step d to execute a fine adjustment response for the screen brightness:
d, the mobile terminal obtains the difference value between the current brightness value of the screen and the illumination intensity of the surrounding environment, and when the illumination intensity of the surrounding environment is greater than the current brightness value of the screen, the mobile terminal does not adjust the brightness value of the screen; and when the mobile terminal judges that the illumination intensity of the surrounding environment is less than or equal to the current brightness value of the screen, the mobile terminal adjusts the current brightness value of the screen to a target brightness value.
5. The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of the mobile terminal according to claim 4, further comprising:
step e1, the mobile terminal receives the control of the remote terminal;
and e2, the mobile terminal sets the preset starting time of another target application software for the intelligent alarm clock application software according to the command of the remote terminal.
6. The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of a mobile terminal according to claim 5, further comprising steps f1 to f 3:
step f1, setting a preset threshold value aiming at the surrounding environment activity noise in the mobile terminal;
step f2, the mobile terminal detects the activity noise condition of the surrounding users;
step f3, when the mobile terminal judges that the activity noise is lower than a preset threshold value, the mobile terminal orders to turn down the starting sound corresponding to the target application software; otherwise, the mobile terminal does not adjust the starting sound corresponding to the target application software.

The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of a mobile terminal according to claim 6, further comprising: setting a volume adjustment scheme corresponding to different geographical position information aiming at the mobile terminal; and when the target application software is started, the mobile terminal acquires the current geographical position information and executes a volume adjustment scheme corresponding to the current geographical position information.
8. The intelligent alarm clock setting management method of a mobile terminal of claim 7, further comprising steps g1 to g 4:
step g1, the mobile terminal presets a health starting event frequency which is in accordance with the body health of the user within a preset time period; step g2, the mobile terminal obtains the actual starting time frequency of the user in the preset time period according to the preset starting time of each target application software set by the user; step g3, when the mobile terminal judges that the actual starting time frequency is higher than the healthy starting time frequency, the mobile terminal sends a prompt message of paying attention to rest to the user, and the mobile terminal forbids to start other target application software set by the current user; and g4, the mobile terminal adjusts the prompt information to be paved on the whole screen of the current mobile terminal, and increases the brightness of the whole screen to make a rest prompt for the current user.
