the experimental result shows that the liver index of the rats in the fatty liver model group has significant difference compared with that of a blank control group, and the liver index of the rats in each administration group has significant difference compared with that of the model group; the liver indexes of rats in the example 6 group and the example 7 group are very different from those of the model group and the comparative example 2 group respectively; the nutrition food for protecting the heart and promoting the liver health has a synergistic effect on reducing the liver index of rats.
Experimental example 2 trial eating experiment of population
The nutritional food for protecting the heart and promoting the liver health prepared in example 6 was used as an experimental sample to perform a human feeding trial experiment.
The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of the discomfort of the cardiac region is taken as a subject inclusion standard: weakness of limbs, chest distress, chest pain, palpitation, tachycardia, and heart rate greater than 90 times/min. Subject 30, 17 men and 13 women, none of which had other serious diseases. The subjects were between 46-75 years of age, with an average age of 62.1 years.
The curative effect judgment shows the effect: the fatigue disappears and the body is forceful; chest distress and chest pain are obviously relieved; palpitation, tachycardia is obviously relieved, and the heart rate is less than 90 times/minute; the method has the following advantages: the limbs are soft and weak, palpitation and palpitation are relieved; and (4) invalidation: no change in symptoms.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the subject takes the above experimental samples 1 time a day, 15 g each time, and takes with warm boiled water. The observation period is 3 months. In the trial experiment, other medicines and nutritional health products are stopped taking, and the diet is normal.
The experimental results are as follows: of 30 subjects, 16 subjects showed efficacy, 11 subjects showed efficacy, and 3 subjects did not show efficacy, with a total effective rate of 90%. Wherein the symptoms of the effective subjects are relieved after taking the composition for 1 month, and the symptoms are obviously improved after taking the composition for 3 months. All subjects showed no symptoms of discomfort during the feeding trial.

Claims (8)
1. A nutritional food for protecting heart and promoting liver health is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of cordyceps militaris, 8 parts of agaricus blazei, 8 parts of birch mushroom, 2 parts of grifola frondosa, 5 parts of poria cocos, 5 parts of radix puerariae, 2 parts of dry saussurea involucrate culture, 2 parts of emblic leafflower fruit, 3 parts of earthworm protein, 2 parts of corn oligopeptide powder, 3 parts of chia seed and 2 parts of linseed;
the preparation method of the nutritional food for protecting heart and promoting liver health comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the required raw materials according to the proportion; mixing Cordyceps militaris, Agaricus blazei, birch mushroom, maitake mushroom, Poria, radix Puerariae, dry product herba Saussureae Involueratae culture, and fructus Phyllanthi, reflux-extracting with 70% ethanol for 2 times, extracting with 8 times of ethanol for 3 hr for the 1 st time, extracting with 6 times of ethanol for 1 hr for the 2 nd time, filtering, and collecting residue; mixing filtrates, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain extract I with relative density of 1.10 at 30 deg.C;
2) decocting the filter residue obtained from the filter residue obtained in the step 1) with water for 2 times, adding 10 times of weight of water for decocting for 2 hours in the 1 st time, adding 8 times of weight of water for extracting for 1 hour in the 2 nd time, mixing decoctions, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain extract II with relative density of 1.10 and 30 deg.C;
3) mixing the obtained extract I and extract II, drying, and pulverizing; adding Lumbricus protein, semen Maydis oligopeptide powder, chia seed powder and semen Lini powder, mixing, and pulverizing to 100 mesh powder of 150 mesh.
2. The heart-protecting and liver-health promoting nutritional food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the earthworm protein has a protein content of 65% or more; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the protein content of the corn oligopeptide powder is more than or equal to 80 percent, and the peptide content is more than or equal to 75 percent; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the particle size of the nutritional food for protecting the heart and promoting the liver health is 100-150 meshes.
3. The heart-protecting and liver-health promoting nutritional food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chia seed powder and flaxseed powder are prepared by pulverizing chia seed and flaxseed respectively, and sieving with 100-150 mesh sieve.
4. The method of preparing a nutraceutical for protecting the heart and promoting liver health of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) weighing the required raw materials according to the proportion; mixing Cordyceps militaris, Agaricus blazei, birch mushroom, maitake mushroom, Poria, radix Puerariae, dry product herba Saussureae Involueratae culture, and fructus Phyllanthi, reflux-extracting with 70% ethanol for 2 times, extracting with 8 times of ethanol for 3 hr for the 1 st time, extracting with 6 times of ethanol for 1 hr for the 2 nd time, filtering, and collecting residue; mixing filtrates, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain extract I with relative density of 1.10 at 30 deg.C;

5. A preparation comprising the heart-protecting and liver-health promoting nutritional food according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. The preparation according to claim 5, wherein the preparation further comprises adjuvants and/or additives used in the food field; alternatively, the formulation further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
7. The formulation of claim 5, wherein the formulation is a tablet, capsule, granule, tabletted candy, powder.
8. Use of the heart-protecting and liver-health promoting nutritional food or its preparation according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for the preparation of a food or a pharmaceutical product.
