Detailed Description
The main purpose of the invention is to arrange the control chip of the touch display screen on an adapter plate instead of an FPC (flexible printed circuit), and to arrange the control chip and the FPC separately, when the FPC is attached to the back of the touch display screen, the touch display screen and the shell of the terminal do not need to structurally avoid the control chip, so that the risk of poor display phenomena such as screen cracking, white mark and the like is reduced, and the adapter plate is detachably connected with the touch display screen, thereby facilitating assembly and maintenance.
The terminal to which the present invention is applied may be a portable electronic device such as a smart phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) or a tablet computer, a wearable device worn on a limb or embedded in clothes, jewelry or accessories, or other intelligent electronic devices with a touch display screen and a touch function.

Further, the signal access points of the touch screen 11 and the display screen 12 may extend outside the control area 112 and be exposed at the back of the touch screen 11. As shown in fig. 2, the first contact point 113 of the touch screen 11 and the second contact point 121 of the display 12 may be disposed on the left and right sides of the touch screen 11 and respectively exposed on the back of the touch screen 11. The first contact point 113 and the second contact point 121 may be both conductive terminals, such as metal probes.
Different from the prior art, please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the touch display screen 10 of the present embodiment further includes an adapter plate 13, and the control chip of the terminal 10 is disposed on the adapter plate 13. For example, for the application scenario in which the touch screen 11 and the display screen 12 respectively and independently adopt one control chip, that is, the control chip includes the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142, the adapter board 13 may be a board structure, for example, it is a rigid board or an FPC, the FPC is different from the FPC attached to the back of the touch screen 10 at the terminal, the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 may be disposed on the same board surface of the adapter board 13, and the other opposite board surface of the adapter board 13 is disposed with the first elastic piece 131 connected to the first sub-control chip 141 and the second elastic piece 132 connected to the second sub-control chip 142.
In order to avoid the damage of the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 caused by the pressing of the housing structure 20 of the terminal 10 on the first sub-control chip, the front projection of the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 falls between the front projections of the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132 along the line of sight direction perpendicular to the board surface of the interposer 13. That is, the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 are disposed in the middle of the interposer 13, and even if the housing structure 20 presses the two, the middle of the interposer 13 is deformed, so that the two chips are separated from the housing structure 20 as much as possible.
The adapter plate 13 and the touch screen 11 of the embodiment are detachably fixed, for example, the adapter plate 13 may be fixed to the control area 112 of the touch screen 11 by an adhesive method. In the fixing process of the adapter plate 13, the FPC of the terminal is firstly attached to the back of the touch display screen 10, and then the adapter plate 13 is fixed with the touch screen 11, so that the first elastic sheet 131 contacts with the first contact point 113, the first sub-control chip 141 establishes a control connection relationship with the touch screen 11, the first sub-control chip 141 can receive a touch signal from the touch screen 11, the second elastic sheet 132 contacts with the second contact point 121, the second sub-control chip 142 establishes a control connection relationship with the display screen 12, and the second sub-control chip 142 can send a display driving signal to the display screen 12.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment, the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 are disposed on the interposer 13, but not directly attached to the FPC, that is, the control chip of the terminal is disposed separately from the FPC, and the touch display screen 10 and the housing structure 20 of the terminal do not need to structurally avoid the control chip, so that the risk of poor display phenomena such as screen cracking and white mark can be reduced. When the internal components of the terminal need to be overhauled, the adapter plate 13 and the touch display screen 10 only need to be detached, and assembly and maintenance are facilitated.
