In view of this, the present invention provides a touch display screen and a touch terminal, which can separately set a control chip and an FPC, facilitate assembly and maintenance, and reduce the risk of poor display phenomena such as screen cracking and white printing.
The touch display screen of an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a control chip;
the touch screen is provided with a first contact point;
the display screen is provided with a second contact point;
the adapter plate, be equipped with first shell fragment and the second shell fragment of being connected with control chip on the face of adapter plate, control chip sets up on the relative face of adapter plate, and wherein, the adapter plate adopts detachable mode and touch-sensitive screen and display screen relatively fixed, and first shell fragment and first contact point contact when fixed, second shell fragment and second contact point contact, control chip establishes the control connection relation with touch-sensitive screen and display screen.
Optionally, the touch screen includes an overlapping area and a control area, the display screen is attached to the overlapping area of the touch screen, and the adapter plate is detachably fixed to the control area of the touch screen.
Optionally, the adapter plate is fixed to the control area of the touch screen in an adhesive manner.
Optionally, the adapter plate is a rigid plate.
Optionally, the interposer is an FPC.
Optionally, the control area includes an area of the touch screen where the virtual key is disposed.
Optionally, the control chip includes a first sub-control chip connected to the first elastic sheet and a second sub-control chip connected to the second elastic sheet, the first sub-control chip is used to establish a control connection relationship with the touch screen, and the second sub-control chip is used to establish a control connection relationship with the display screen.
Optionally, along a line of sight direction perpendicular to the board surface of the interposer, the orthographic projections of the first sub-control chip and the second sub-control chip fall between the orthographic projections of the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece.
Optionally, the first contact point and the second contact point are both conductive terminals.
The touch terminal of an embodiment of the invention comprises the touch display screen.
Has the advantages that: according to the invention, the control chip is arranged on the adapter plate instead of the FPC, and the control chip and the FPC are separately arranged, so that the risk of poor display phenomena such as screen cracking, white marks and the like can be reduced, and the adapter plate is detachably connected with the touch screen and the display screen, so that the assembly and the maintenance are convenient.
Detailed Description
The main purpose of the invention is to arrange the control chip of the touch display screen on an adapter plate instead of an FPC (flexible printed circuit), and to arrange the control chip and the FPC separately, when the FPC is attached to the back of the touch display screen, the touch display screen and the shell of the terminal do not need to structurally avoid the control chip, so that the risk of poor display phenomena such as screen cracking, white mark and the like is reduced, and the adapter plate is detachably connected with the touch display screen, thereby facilitating assembly and maintenance.
The terminal to which the present invention is applied may be a portable electronic device such as a smart phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) or a tablet computer, a wearable device worn on a limb or embedded in clothes, jewelry or accessories, or other intelligent electronic devices with a touch display screen and a touch function.
The following clearly and completely describes technical solutions of various exemplary embodiments provided by the present invention with reference to various drawings by taking a smart phone as an example. The following embodiments and their technical features may be combined with each other without conflict. Also, directional terms used hereinafter, such as "upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc., are used for better describing the various embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the terminal includes a touch display screen 10 and a housing structure 20 enclosing the touch display screen 10, please refer to fig. 2, where the touch display screen 10 includes a touch screen 11 and a display screen 12, an area of the touch screen 11 may be larger than an area of the display screen 12, specifically, the touch screen 11 includes an overlapping area 111 and a control area 112, and the display screen 12 is attached to the overlapping area 111 of the touch screen 11 and completely overlaps with the overlapping area 111. And the control area 112 may be a virtual key area of the terminal, whose front side is provided with various virtual keys, for example, it may be provided with a return key, HOME key of the terminal.
Further, the signal access points of the touch screen 11 and the display screen 12 may extend outside the control area 112 and be exposed at the back of the touch screen 11. As shown in fig. 2, the first contact point 113 of the touch screen 11 and the second contact point 121 of the display 12 may be disposed on the left and right sides of the touch screen 11 and respectively exposed on the back of the touch screen 11. The first contact point 113 and the second contact point 121 may be both conductive terminals, such as metal probes.
Different from the prior art, please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the touch display screen 10 of the present embodiment further includes an adapter plate 13, and the control chip of the terminal 10 is disposed on the adapter plate 13. For example, for the application scenario in which the touch screen 11 and the display screen 12 respectively and independently adopt one control chip, that is, the control chip includes the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142, the adapter board 13 may be a board structure, for example, it is a rigid board or an FPC, the FPC is different from the FPC attached to the back of the touch screen 10 at the terminal, the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 may be disposed on the same board surface of the adapter board 13, and the other opposite board surface of the adapter board 13 is disposed with the first elastic piece 131 connected to the first sub-control chip 141 and the second elastic piece 132 connected to the second sub-control chip 142.
In order to avoid the damage of the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 caused by the pressing of the housing structure 20 of the terminal 10 on the first sub-control chip, the front projection of the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 falls between the front projections of the first elastic sheet 131 and the second elastic sheet 132 along the line of sight direction perpendicular to the board surface of the interposer 13. That is, the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 are disposed in the middle of the interposer 13, and even if the housing structure 20 presses the two, the middle of the interposer 13 is deformed, so that the two chips are separated from the housing structure 20 as much as possible.
The adapter plate 13 and the touch screen 11 of the embodiment are detachably fixed, for example, the adapter plate 13 may be fixed to the control area 112 of the touch screen 11 by an adhesive method. In the fixing process of the adapter plate 13, the FPC of the terminal is firstly attached to the back of the touch display screen 10, and then the adapter plate 13 is fixed with the touch screen 11, so that the first elastic sheet 131 contacts with the first contact point 113, the first sub-control chip 141 establishes a control connection relationship with the touch screen 11, the first sub-control chip 141 can receive a touch signal from the touch screen 11, the second elastic sheet 132 contacts with the second contact point 121, the second sub-control chip 142 establishes a control connection relationship with the display screen 12, and the second sub-control chip 142 can send a display driving signal to the display screen 12.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment, the first sub-control chip 141 and the second sub-control chip 142 are disposed on the interposer 13, but not directly attached to the FPC, that is, the control chip of the terminal is disposed separately from the FPC, and the touch display screen 10 and the housing structure 20 of the terminal do not need to structurally avoid the control chip, so that the risk of poor display phenomena such as screen cracking and white mark can be reduced. When the internal components of the terminal need to be overhauled, the adapter plate 13 and the touch display screen 10 only need to be detached, and assembly and maintenance are facilitated.
