Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like used in the embodiments of the present application are described in terms of the angles shown in the drawings, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. In addition, in this context, it should also be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" or "under" another element, it can be directly formed on "or" under "the other element or be indirectly formed on" or "under" the other element through intervening elements.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an exploded view showing the structure of each part of a flexible display device 1.
The application provides a flexible display device 1, this flexible display device 1 has fold condition and expansion state, and under expansion state, flexible display device 1 is flat structure, and it can be with the maximum area display image, and under fold condition, flexible display device 1 can show the image with modes such as maximum area or less area, and the shared space of flexible display device 1 after folding reduces, and convenience of customers carries.
The flexible display device 1 includes a flexible support portion 11, a flexible display portion 12, a driving unit 13, a circuit board 14, and a keyboard 15. The flexible supporting portion 11 is a carrying portion, and can provide support for the flexible display portion 12, the driving unit 13, the circuit board 14, and the keyboard 15, and the flexible display portion 12 is used for displaying images and images.
The circuit board 14 is in communication connection with the driving unit 13 and the keyboard 15, so that a user can input information through the keyboard 15, and the circuit board 14 can receive an electric signal and process related information and control the driving unit 13 to work.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the flexible display device in a folded state.
In order to solve prior art, this defect that magnetic mechanism caused flexible display device 1 to damage when keeping flexible display device 1 at fold condition easily, this application proposes, and flexible support portion 11 includes joint portion 111, and under fold condition, flexible display device 1 is fixed through this joint portion 111 joint to avoid under fold condition flexible display device 1 to expand by oneself.
According to the above description, the present application does not use the magnetic mechanism to pull in the flexible display device 1, but uses the clamping portion 111, because the clamping portion 111 is disposed on the flexible supporting portion 11, when the clamping is fixed, the flexible supporting portion 11 and the flexible display portion 12 do not directly contact, and thus the flexible display portion 12 is not damaged.
It is easy to understand that there are various ways to realize the clamping portion 111, for example, it can be clamped and fixed by two clamping rings, and it can also be fixed by matching the clamping jaws with the clamping holes.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a clamping portion.
The clamping portion 111 comprises a convex portion 111a and a concave portion 111b, the convex portion 111a is opposite to the concave portion 111b in a folded state, the convex portion 111a and the concave portion 111b are in positioning fit, a clamping mode that the convex portion 111a and the concave portion 111b are matched is adopted, after clamping is fixed, the convex portion 111a is embedded in the concave portion 111b, extra space does not need to be occupied, and compared with other clamping modes, the matching structure is more compact.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the convex portion 111a includes an arc-shaped protrusion, the arc-shaped protrusion is in interference fit with the concave portion 111b, the arc-shaped protrusion has an arc-shaped surface, and since the arc-shaped surface has a radian, the difficulty of matching with the concave portion 111b is small, and the clamping is simpler and more convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the convex portion.
The convex portion 111a includes a cylinder 111aa and a spine-shaped protrusion 111ab connected, the spine-shaped protrusion 111ab extending outward from a surface of the cylinder 111aa, the spine-shaped protrusion 111ab being interference-fitted with the concave portion 111 b. In this scheme, the protruding 111ab of thorn form's material is less, and intensity is lower, and deformability is stronger, and is more laborsaving during the joint. Further, the shape of the concave portion 111b may not be particularly limited as long as the two match.
Further, the number of the spine projections 111ab may be set to be plural, and the spine projections 111ab may be arranged in sequence along the direction in which the convex portion 111a is engaged with the concave portion 111 b. After setting up a plurality of thorn form archs 111ab, the user can select the joint degree of depth according to the demand of self to improve the flexibility and the variety of joint position.
In the above scheme, in order to increase the firmness of the matching, the size of the opening of the concave portion 111b can be small, and the size of the inner cavity is large, so that the thorn-shaped protrusion 111ab is not easy to be separated from the concave portion 111b after being clamped.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, along the circumferential direction of the cylinder 111aa, the spine-shaped protrusion 111ab may be provided with a segmented structure, or may extend continuously to form a closed structure, which may increase the connection strength between the spine-shaped protrusion 111ab and the cylinder 111aa, so as to avoid the deformation or fracture of the spine-shaped protrusion 111ab under the clamping force, which may cause the clamping failure.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a third embodiment of the convex portion.
The convex part 111a comprises a conical protrusion, the large end of the conical protrusion is in interference fit with the concave part 111b, and the large end of the conical protrusion is matched with the concave part 111b, so that larger interference can be obtained, and the matching firmness of the large end and the concave part is improved. At this time, the concave portion 111b may also be tapered, and the opening of the concave portion 111b is set to be a small end.
Although the structure of the convex portion 111a is described above, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the convex portion 111a is not limited to the above-described case, and in other embodiments, the convex portion 111a may be replaced by other alternatives according to different application environments.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, fig. 6 shows a schematic view of the stopper, and fig. 7 shows an enlarged view of a portion a in fig. 6.
In this application, in order to facilitate folding, the circuit board 14 is a flexible circuit board, and the flexible circuit board is a bendable structure, and the flexible circuit board can bear large bending stress and cannot be broken or deformed in the folding process. However, on the other hand. Because the deflection of the flexible circuit board is large, when the flexible display device 1 is applied, the risk of electric connection caused by contact with other components exists, and for this reason, the flexible supporting portion 11 further comprises a limiting portion, so that the flexible circuit board is limited in a safe area through the limiting matching of the limiting portion and the flexible circuit board, and the phenomenon of electric contact is avoided.
Optionally, the limiting portion includes a limiting rib 112 disposed on the flexible supporting portion 11, the limiting rib 112 protrudes outward from the flexible supporting portion 11, the limiting rib 112 has at least one opening 112a, and the flexible circuit board is inserted into the opening 112a, so that the limiting rib 112 can constrain the extending direction of the flexible circuit board and keep away from other components, thereby avoiding electrical contact with other components.
In addition, it is easy to understand that the limiting part can be arranged in other structures, which are not limited to the scheme shown in fig. 5 and are not described herein again.
The flexible display device provided by the application further has a plurality of display states, and the plurality of display states have different purposes respectively, so that the flexible display device can be applied to a plurality of different scenes.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating the flexible display device in a first display state.
