The full-automatic welding machine works fast and accurately, has low pollution, no harmful gas generation and reduces the harmful pollution of human bodies. And the welding automation method is improved, the automation degree is improved, and the output is increased. Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of high pollution, toxic substances generation and poor automation effect of soldering, an automatic metal lead wire welding technology process is designed in combination with the use requirements of the industry, so that the problems of high pollution and toxic substances generation can be solved, the automatic metal lead wire welding technology process can be fully-automatically produced, and common materials are used for VCM voice coil motor welding or other welding.

A camera head includes a lens 101, a voice coil motor 102, a connector 103, an infrared filter 104, a bracket 105, a printed circuit board 106, a sensor chip 107, and a metal lead 108.
The printed circuit board 106 is placed at the bottom, the sensor chip 107 is attached to the printed circuit board 106, the support 105 is attached to the printed circuit board 106, the motor 102 is attached to the support 105, the lens 101 is arranged on the motor 102, the sides of the printed circuit board 106 and the support 105 are concave, the terminals of the motor 102 are plated with gold, the surface of the printed circuit board 106 is plated with gold, the metal leads 108 bridge the motor 102 and the printed circuit board 106, and the bridging position is concave in the sides of the printed circuit board 106 and the support 105. The metal lead 108 is one of gold wire, copper wire or aluminum wire. The motor 102 is a voice coil motor. The connector 103 is welded on the printed circuit board 106 to transmit images and control information; the infrared filter 104 is attached to the bracket 105 and filters out invisible infrared light.
The connection method of the motor of the camera comprises the following steps:
step one: the length of the information terminal of the motor 102 is increased, the surface is plated with gold, and the plate edge of the motor 102 is concave;
step two: the edges of the printed circuit board 106 are concave, copper is deposited on the side surface, and then gold is plated on the copper surface, wherein the side surface is the vertical surface of the printed circuit board 106;
step three: the terminals of the motor 102 are lengthened to the edges of the plates to form a stacked structure;
step four: the bracket 105 holds the motor 102 components, and the metal leads 108 are soldered to the terminals of the motor 102 and the pads of the printed circuit board 106; the method comprises the following steps: soldering the metal lead 108 to the motor 102 terminal via an automated wire bonding machine, and then soldering the metal lead 108 to the printed circuit board 106;
step five: and (5) performing surface dispensing curing, such as surface coating thermosetting glue.
The surface of the signal terminal of the motor 102 is gold-plated, the bracket 105 holds the motor 102 component, the surface of the printed circuit board 106 is gold-plated, and the metal lead 108 bridges the motor 102 component and the printed circuit board 106.
According to the invention, through improving the assembly structure of the voice coil motor and the printed circuit board, the surface gold plating treatment of the welding PAD of the circuit board, the gold plating treatment of the VCM terminal, the inward concave side edge of the circuit board, and the automatic wire bonding machine for welding the metal wire on the VCM terminal and the PCB circuit board PAD, the surface dispensing solidification is carried out, and the metal wire is protected, so that the design can be used in the assembly process of VCM motor parts, such as a mobile phone, a flat panel or a motion camera, and can be used by using devices of the VCM motor, thereby reducing the pollution of toxic substances and improving the welding automation effect.

A camera comprises a lens (101), a motor (102), a bracket (105), a printed circuit board (106) and a sensor chip (107); the sensor chip (107) is attached to the printed circuit board (106), the support (105) is attached to the printed circuit board (106), the motor (102) is attached to the support (105), and the lens (101) is arranged on the motor (102), and is characterized in that: the motor also comprises a metal lead (108), wherein the side edges of the printed circuit board (106) and the bracket (105) are concave, the terminal of the motor (102) is plated with gold, the surface of the printed circuit board (106) is plated with gold, the metal lead (108) bridges the motor (102) and the printed circuit board (106), and the bridging position is concave in the side edges of the printed circuit board (106) and the bracket (105); the surface gold plating treatment of the circuit board welding PAD, the gold plating treatment of the VCM terminal, and the metal wire welding on the VCM terminal and the PCB circuit board PAD by an automatic wire bonding machine, wherein the VCM: voice coil motor, PCB: printed circuit board, PAD: and a bonding pad.
