Abstract
The invention discloses a single-path PWM-based LED lamp brightness and color temperature adjusting control circuit, which comprises a power supply VCC, a signal output device and two LED lamp circuits electrically connected between the power supply VCC and the signal output device, wherein the power supply VCC is connected with the input end of the signal output device; the two LED lamp circuits comprise a white light positive lamp circuit and a white light warm lamp circuit, wherein the white light positive lamp circuit comprises a triode Q1 with a base electrode connected with the output end of the signal output device and a white light positive lamp group electrically connected with a collector electrode of the triode Q1, and the white light warm lamp circuit comprises a triode Q2 with a base electrode electrically connected with the collector electrode of the triode Q1, an emitter electrode electrically connected with the output end of the signal output device and a white light warm lamp group electrically connected with the collector electrode of the triode Q2; the positive white lamp set and the warm white lamp set are connected in parallel and then connected with the power supply VCC, and a capacitor C1 and a resistor R6 are further connected between the base electrode of the triode Q1 and the output end of the signal output device. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an LED lamp, in particular to a single-channel PWM-based LED lamp brightness and color temperature adjusting control circuit and an implementation method thereof.
Background
In the prior art, in order to achieve brightness and color temperature adjustment, an LED lamp generally adopts a two-channel design, i.e. one channel achieves low color temperature adjustment, and the other channel achieves high color temperature adjustment, as shown in fig. 1. When the signal output device is utilized for adjusting, two channels cannot be controlled simultaneously, only the color temperature or the brightness can be adjusted first, three outgoing lines and two switches or control knobs are needed, and great inconvenience is caused to practical installation and application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a single-channel PWM-based LED lamp brightness and color temperature adjusting control circuit, which adopts a single-channel signal output device to adjust the brightness and the color temperature of an LED lamp at the same time, thereby providing convenience for the practical installation and application of the LED lamp.

(3) As the duty ratio of the signal output device for outputting low level in one period continues to increase, the brightness of the warm-color lamp gradually decreases, and the brightness of the white lamp gradually increases, and the color temperature gradually increases at the moment;
(4) Along with the signal output device outputting the duty ratio of the low level in a complete period from small to large, the color temperature gradually rises from low in the complete period, the warm white lamp is finally extinguished, the brightness of the positive white lamp reaches the strongest, and the color temperature reaches the highest, so that the brightness and the color temperature of the LED lamp are simultaneously regulated through the signal output device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The invention has simple circuit and convenient realization, can simultaneously regulate the color temperature and the brightness of two paths of LED lamps by only one signal output device, and reduces one outgoing line, thereby greatly reducing the actual installation and application difficulty and having high practical value.
(2) The invention can realize flexible adjustment of circuits and structures according to different environments, has strong environment adaptability and can meet the application requirements of different environments.
(3) The invention has good seamless replacement for the existing brightness adjusting lamp in the market, and can realize the simultaneous adjustment of brightness and color temperature without changing a control device.

According to the invention, through improvement of the circuit, the two paths of LED lamps are simultaneously regulated in color temperature and brightness by one signal output device, the circuit is simple in structure, convenient to realize, low in cost, more convenient for practical installation and application, and high in practical value.
