Technical Field

Background
The electric heating tube is also called a heating tube and a heating tube, and the tubular electric heater element is an electric appliance element which is specially used for converting electric energy into heat energy. However, in the existing electric heating tube end processing equipment, part of the outer tube of the electric heating tube end is usually pulled out by the tube pulling mechanism, sometimes magnesium oxide powder filled in the electric heating tube is relatively tight and real-time, and the extraction rod is usually driven when part of the outer tube is pulled out, so that the electric heating wire connected with the extraction rod is deformed under tension, and even the extraction rod is sometimes broken.

In some embodiments, the powder cleaning mechanism comprises a powder cleaning cylinder and a powder pushing block connected to a cylinder shaft of the powder cleaning cylinder, and after the processed electric heating tube leaves the accommodating groove, the powder pushing block moves along the accommodating groove under the action of the powder cleaning cylinder, so that magnesium oxide powder remained in the accommodating groove is removed, and the next electric heating tube to be processed enters the accommodating groove conveniently. In some embodiments, the pressing mechanism is disposed on the inner side of the fixed slide, and the opening smashing mechanism is disposed on the outer side of the fixed slide.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 to 6 schematically show an electrothermal tube mouth-breaking device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the electrothermal tube mouth smashing device a is arranged on a machine table 9 of the electrothermal tube cutting machine and is positioned between the tube cutting station B and the tube drawing station C.
The pipe cutting station B is used for carrying out ring cutting on the outer pipe of the pipe end of the electric heating pipe 1 at a preset position, so as to form a ring notch 12.

The structures of the opening beating driving device 31 and the fixed sliding seat 32 belong to common and conventional mechanisms, and no special parts exist, so the specific structures of the opening beating driving device 31 and the fixed sliding seat 32 are not repeated here.
A mouth smashing knife 34 is fixed on the connecting block 33.
When the mouth breaking knife 34 presses the outer tube of the electric heating tube 1, the side wall of the outer tube of the end part of the electric heating tube 1 is cut by the knife edge to form a broken mouth so as to be convenient to separate from the electric heating tube 1.
In this embodiment, the mouth smashing knife 34 is located right above the accommodating groove 21, and the direction of the knife edge is parallel to the electrothermal tube 1.

The powder cleaning mechanism 5 is used for cleaning the magnesium oxide powder remained in the accommodating groove 21 of the supporting block 2.
The powder cleaning mechanism 5 includes a powder cleaning cylinder 51 and a powder pushing block 52 connected to a cylinder shaft of the powder cleaning cylinder 51.
