一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法,涉及玻璃加工技术领域,由以下原料制成:去离子水60‑80份、防腐剂3‑5份、异丙醇6‑8份、过氧碳酸钠15‑25份、摩擦剂3‑5份、乳化剂2‑4份、表面活性剂3‑5份、十二烷基硫酸钠6‑8份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾3‑5份、高分子溶剂8‑10份、改性剂6‑8份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,原料廉价易得,针对重油污的玻璃有着极强的清洗作用,各物质的协同配合,有效的将油污中,难以分解的污渍进行破碎分解,效果显著,省时省力,便于推广及批量使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃是由沙子和其他化学物质熔融在一起形成的,在熔融时形成连续网络结构,冷却过程中粘度逐渐增大并硬化而不结晶的过氧碳酸钠类非金属材料。普通玻璃的化学组成是Na2O·CaO·6SiO2,主要成分是二氧化硅。广泛应用于建筑物,用来隔风透光,属于混合物,另有混入了某些金属的氧化物或者盐类而显现出颜色的有色玻璃,和通过特殊方法制得的钢化玻璃等。玻璃虽然使用范围广,但是是较为容易污损的,因此每隔一段时间就必须进行擦拭清洗,由于污渍较多,一般都会使用玻璃水进行辅助清洗,特别是加工玻璃时,部分设备润滑油或者汽油粘附在表面,采用普通的玻璃水,很难一次性清洗完毕,较为麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种工艺简单、除油效果显著的玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:由以下组分的原料制成:
去离子水60-80份、防腐剂3-5份、异丙醇6-8份、过氧碳酸钠15-25份、摩擦剂3-5份、乳化剂2-4份、表面活性剂3-5份、十二烷基硫酸钠6-8份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾3-5份、高分子溶剂8-10份、改性剂6-8份。
各原料的优选组分为:去离子水70份、防腐剂4份、异丙醇7份、过氧碳酸钠20份、摩擦剂4份、乳化剂3份、表面活性剂4份、十二烷基硫酸钠7份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾4份、高分子溶剂9份、改性剂7份。
所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
所述的摩擦剂为细小摩擦颗粒,优选为茶籽粉。
所述的乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
所述的表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
进一步的,所述高分子溶液由2-溴丙烷、高分子醇、界面活性剂、烷基苯油,可生物降解脂组成。
进一步的,所述高分子溶液中2-溴丙烷、高分子醇、界面活性剂、烷基苯油、可生物降解脂的组成比例为2:1:0.7:0.5:0.5组成。
进一步的,所述改性剂由以下材料组成:硼砂0.3,炉甘石:0.5,氧化锌:0.4,硫酸镁:0.3,竹炭:0.5,绿茶粉:0.2,橙皮粉:0.3,琼脂:0.1,柠檬酸:0.2,茶树精油:0.1,玫瑰精油:0.1。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备本发明玻璃清洗剂的方法,其特征在于:将异丙醇、过氧碳酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾和高分子溶剂预先放入搅拌釜中进行高速搅拌,产生大量气泡后,将其余原料全部加入其中,升温至50-60℃后,再次搅拌30-50min后,冷却出料包装即可得到。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,原料廉价易得,针对重油污的玻璃有着极强的清洗作用,各物质的协同配合,有效的将油污中,难以分解的污渍进行破碎分解,效果显著,省时省力,便于推广及批量使用。

去离子水60份、防腐剂3份、异丙醇6份、过氧碳酸钠15份、摩擦剂3份、乳化剂2份、表面活性剂3份、十二烷基硫酸钠6份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾3份、高分子溶剂8份、改性剂6份。
实施例2
去离子水80份、防腐剂5份、异丙醇8份、过氧碳酸钠25份、摩擦剂5份、乳化剂4份、表面活性剂5份、十二烷基硫酸钠8份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾5份、高分子溶剂10份、改性剂8份。
制备上述实施例1和2的方法:
将异丙醇、过氧碳酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾和高分子溶剂预先放入搅拌釜中进行高速搅拌,产生大量气泡后,将其余原料全部加入其中,升温至50-60℃后,再次搅拌30-50min后,冷却出料包装即可得到。

去离子水60-80份、防腐剂3-5份、异丙醇6-8份、过氧碳酸钠15-25份、摩擦剂3-5份、乳化剂2-4份、表面活性剂3-5份、十二烷基硫酸钠6-8份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾3-5份、高分子溶剂8-10份、改性剂6-8份。
所述改性剂由以下材料组成:硼砂0.3,炉甘石:0.5,氧化锌:0.4,硫酸镁:0.3,竹炭:0.5,绿茶粉:0.2,橙皮粉:0.3,琼脂:0.1,柠檬酸:0.2,茶树精油:0.1,玫瑰精油:0.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:各原料的优选组分为:去离子水70份、防腐剂4份、异丙醇7份、过氧碳酸钠20份、摩擦剂4份、乳化剂3份、表面活性剂4份、十二烷基硫酸钠7份、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾4份、高分子溶剂9份、改性剂7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的摩擦剂为细小摩擦颗粒,优选为茶籽粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述高分子溶液由2-溴丙烷、高分子醇、界面活性剂、烷基苯油,可生物降解脂按照2:1:0.7:0.5:0.5的比例组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备玻璃清洗剂的方法,其特征在于:将异丙醇、过氧碳酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钾和高分子溶剂预先放入搅拌釜中进行高速搅拌,产生大量气泡后,将其余原料全部加入其中,升温至50-60℃后,再次搅拌30-50min后,冷却出料包装即可得到。
