Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vehicle door controller, a vehicle door control method and a vehicle, which are used for improving the safety of a vehicle door when the vehicle door is opened and avoiding vehicle damage.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a door controller including: the receiving module is used for receiving a vehicle door distance signal, and the vehicle door distance signal is used for representing the distance between a vehicle door and an object outside the vehicle door; and the control module is used for determining the limited opening angle of the vehicle door according to the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than a first preset threshold value and larger than a second preset threshold value, and controlling the work of the vehicle door stopper of the vehicle door according to the limited opening angle.
Optionally, the door check device has a plurality of working gears; and the control module is configured to:
when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than the first preset threshold and larger than the second preset threshold, determining the limited opening angle of the vehicle door according to the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal;
determining the maximum working gear of the door stopper corresponding to the limited opening angle;
and controlling the work of the door stopper according to the maximum working gear so that the gear state of the door stopper does not exceed the maximum working gear.
Optionally, the control module is further configured to control locking of the central lock of the vehicle door when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is less than or equal to the second preset threshold.
Optionally, the control module is further configured to control an alarm device to alarm when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than the first preset threshold.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a vehicle provided with a distance sensor on an outer side of a door of the vehicle, the distance sensor for detecting a distance between the door and an object on an outer side of the door, and transmitting a door distance signal indicating the detected distance; a vehicle door limiter is arranged between the vehicle door and the vehicle body; and the vehicle also comprises the vehicle door controller provided by the invention.
Optionally, a travel switch is arranged on an inner handle of the vehicle door, the travel switch is located between the vehicle door and the inner handle of the vehicle door, a contact of the travel switch is connected in series between the vehicle door controller and a vehicle power supply, when a user manually pulls the inner handle of the vehicle door, an operation head of the travel switch is triggered, and the contact is closed, so that the vehicle power supply supplies power to the vehicle door controller.
Optionally, a control switch is further disposed on the vehicle, wherein a contact of the control switch is connected in series between the vehicle door controller and the vehicle power supply, and a contact of the control switch is connected in series with a contact of the travel switch, when the control switch is manually turned off by a user, the control switch is triggered, and the contact of the control switch is opened, so that the vehicle door controller is powered off, so that the user can open the vehicle door.
Optionally, the vehicle further comprises an alarm device connected to the door controller for alarming under the control of the door controller.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle door control method including: receiving a door distance signal, wherein the door distance signal is used for representing the distance between a door and an object outside the door; and when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than a first preset threshold value and larger than a second preset threshold value, determining the opening limiting angle of the vehicle door according to the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal, and controlling the operation of a vehicle door stopper of the vehicle door according to the opening limiting angle.
Optionally, the door check device has a plurality of working gears; and when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than a first preset threshold value and larger than a second preset threshold value, determining the limited opening angle of the vehicle door according to the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal, and controlling the operation of the vehicle door stopper of the vehicle door according to the limited opening angle, wherein the step comprises the following steps: when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than the first preset threshold and larger than the second preset threshold, determining the limited opening angle of the vehicle door according to the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal; determining the maximum working gear of the door stopper corresponding to the limited opening angle; and controlling the work of the door stopper according to the maximum working gear so that the gear state of the door stopper does not exceed the maximum working gear.
Optionally, the vehicle door control method further includes: and when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than or equal to the second preset threshold value, controlling the locking of the central lock of the vehicle door.
Optionally, the vehicle door control method further includes: and when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than the first preset threshold value, controlling an alarm device to give an alarm.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, can realize the automatic control to door opening angle. When the door is apart from the condition that unsatisfied door and open completely but still can satisfy the condition that personnel on the car can open, personnel on the car still can open the door to, open the in-process at the door and realize the control to the door opening angle through controlling the door stopper, thereby ensure can not cause the damage to door and other objects when the door is opened, and convenient to use user promotes user experience.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a vehicle door controller according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle door controller 10 provided by the present invention may include a receiving module 100 for receiving a door distance signal, which is used to indicate a distance between a vehicle door and an object outside the vehicle door, wherein the object outside the vehicle door may include other vehicles or other obstacles. In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle door controller 10 may further include a control module 200, configured to determine a limited opening angle of the vehicle door according to the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than a first preset threshold and larger than a second preset threshold, and control the operation of the door check of the vehicle door according to the limited opening angle. Wherein the limited opening angle represents a maximum angle at which the door is allowed to open at the distance represented by the door distance signal.
In the present invention, the first preset threshold may be set based on a position at which the door is opened to the maximum angle in a normal case. For example, the vehicle is placed in an open environment and the door is opened to a maximum angle, at which time the vertical distance of the door edge from the vehicle body is measured. Thus, in setting the first preset threshold, the first preset threshold may be set to be greater than the vertical distance. Therefore, when the door distance (i.e., the distance between the door and the object outside the door) is greater than the first preset threshold value, it indicates that it is safe to open the door to the maximum angle at this time, and the door and the surrounding objects are not damaged. In other words, the first preset threshold value is used to represent the distance that the vehicle door can be safely opened.
Further, the second preset threshold value may be set based on the position where the door is located when the occupant can open the door, leave the vehicle, and cause no damage to the peripheral object. And the second preset threshold is smaller than the first preset threshold.
When the distance represented by the door distance signal received by the receiving module 100 is smaller than the first preset threshold and larger than the second preset threshold, it indicates that although the door distance does not satisfy the condition that the door is fully opened, the condition that the personnel on the vehicle can open the door can still be satisfied, and at this time, the door may be allowed to open. However, in order to ensure safety when the door is opened, the control module 200 controls the door opening angle.
Specifically, the control module 200 may first determine the limited opening angle of the door based on the distance represented by the door distance signal. For example, a mapping relationship between the door distance and the restricted opening angle of the door may be set in advance. In this way, the control module 200 may query the mapping based on the distance represented by the door distance signal to derive the restricted opening angle corresponding to the distance. The vehicle door distance and the limited opening angle can be in a positive correlation relationship, namely, the larger the vehicle door distance is, the larger the limited opening angle is, and conversely, the smaller the vehicle door distance is, the smaller the limited opening angle is. After the control module 200 determines the limited opening angle of the door, the operation of the door check of the door may be controlled according to the limited opening angle.
The door stopper is installed between the door and the body for restricting the opening angle of the door. For example, the door check can have a plurality of operating gears, wherein the smaller the operating gear, the smaller the door opening angle. In this way, the control module 200 may determine the maximum operating range of the door check corresponding to the limited opening angle according to the determined limited opening angle. For example, each working gear of the door check device may correspond to a door angle range, and the control module 200 may determine the angle range in which the opening angle is limited, and use the working gear corresponding to the angle range as the maximum working gear of the door check device at this time. Subsequently, the control module 200 may control the operation of the door check according to the maximum operating gear, so that the gear state of the door check does not exceed the determined maximum operating gear. That is to say, when the door check reaches the determined maximum working shift position, the control module 200 may restrict the door check from being locked at the maximum working shift position, and at this time, the door cannot be opened continuously in a larger angle direction.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, can realize the automatic control to door opening angle. When the door is apart from the condition that unsatisfied door and open completely but still can satisfy the condition that personnel on the car can open, personnel on the car still can open the door to, open the in-process at the door and realize the control to the door opening angle through controlling the door stopper, thereby ensure can not cause the damage to door and other objects when the door is opened, and convenient to use user promotes user experience.
In another embodiment, the control module 200 may be further configured to control the central lock of the vehicle door to lock when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is less than or equal to the second preset threshold. That is, when the door distance is less than or equal to the second preset threshold, it indicates that the person cannot leave the vehicle even if the vehicle door is opened, and the opened door is still easily collided with a surrounding object to cause damage, so in this case, the control module 200 may control the central lock of the door to be locked, and the user cannot open the door at this time.
In addition, the control module 200 may be further configured to not control the central lock and the door check device of the vehicle door when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold. That is, when the door distance is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, it indicates that no collision accident occurs even if the door is opened to the maximum angle currently, and therefore, in this case, the control module 200 may not perform the door control operation, and the user may normally open the door as usual.
In another embodiment, the control module 200 may be further configured to control the alarm device to alarm when the distance represented by the door distance signal is less than the first preset threshold. That is, the control module 200 may prompt the user by controlling the warning device to give a warning, regardless of whether the user is allowed to open the door but the door opening angle is limited, or the user is not allowed to open the door. In this way, the user can take more care in opening the door according to the prompt, or reposition the vehicle so that the door distance satisfies the condition for enabling opening.
The present invention also provides a vehicle in which a distance sensor is provided on an outer side of a door for detecting a distance between the door and an object on the outer side of the door, and a door distance signal indicating the detected distance is transmitted. In addition, a vehicle door stopper is arranged between the vehicle door and the vehicle body, and the vehicle can also comprise the vehicle door controller provided by the invention.
In the vehicle, the distance sensor, the door check and the door controller together constitute a door control system for controlling the opening of the door. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the construction of such a door control system. As shown in fig. 2, the receiving module 100 of the door controller 10 may be connected to the distance sensor 20, and the control module 200 of the door controller 10 may be connected to the door check 30, so that the door controller 10 may receive a door distance signal from the distance sensor 20 and control the operation of the door check 30 according to the door distance signal in the manner described in connection with fig. 1.
Further, in order to reduce the power consumption of the door controller 10, it is preferable that the door controller 10 starts to operate only when the user intends to open the door. To this end, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a travel switch may be provided on the door inner handle of the vehicle door, and the travel switch may be located between the vehicle door and the door inner handle. Thus, when the vehicle door inner handle is pulled by a person in the vehicle by hand, the operating head of the travel switch can be triggered. As shown in fig. 3, the contact 40 of the travel switch is connected in series between the door controller 10 and the vehicle power supply 50, so that when the operating head of the travel switch is triggered, the contact 40 of the travel switch is closed, so that the vehicle power supply 50 is electrically connected with the door controller 10, and the vehicle power supply 50 can supply power to the door controller 10, so that the door controller 10 is electrically operated.
Through the embodiment, the vehicle door controller 10 can start to work only when a user intends to open the vehicle door, so that the electric quantity can be saved, and the energy consumption of the whole vehicle can be reduced.
In addition, in another embodiment, a control switch may be provided on the vehicle, and the control switch may be provided on an instrument panel, an operation panel, a steering wheel of the vehicle, an operation lever of the steering wheel, or the like, for example. As shown in fig. 3, the contact 60 of the control switch is connected in series between the door controller 10 and the vehicle power source 50, and the contact 60 of the control switch is connected in series with the contact 40 of the travel switch. Thus, when the control switch is triggered, the contact 60 of the control switch opens to power down the door controller 10.
Thus, in the case where the door is locked, when the user adjusts the vehicle position so that the door distance satisfies the condition that the door can be opened, the user can stop the operation of the door controller 10 by operating the control switch and unlock the center lock at the same time, whereby the locking control of the door can be released, and the user can normally open the door at this time.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the control system may further include a warning device 70, wherein the warning device 70 may be provided at any position on the vehicle, and the warning device 70 may be any type of warning device, such as a buzzer, an indicator lamp, an audible and visual alarm, and the like.
In this way, when the distance indicated by the door distance signal is smaller than the first preset threshold, the door controller 10 may control the alarm device 70 to give an alarm, thereby giving a prompt to the user. In this way, the user can take more care in opening the door according to the prompt, or reposition the vehicle so that the door distance satisfies the condition for enabling opening.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a vehicle door control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The vehicle door control method provided by the invention can comprise the following steps: receiving a door distance signal indicating a distance between a door and an object outside the door in step S1; in step S2, when the distance represented by the door distance signal is smaller than a first preset threshold and larger than a second preset threshold, determining a limited opening angle of the door according to the distance represented by the door distance signal; in step S3, the operation of the door check of the vehicle door is controlled according to the restricted opening angle.

Alternatively, when the operation of the door check for the vehicle door is controlled in accordance with the opening-restricting angle, the operation may be performed by: firstly, determining the maximum working gear of the door stopper corresponding to the limited opening angle; and then, controlling the work of the door stopper according to the maximum working gear so that the gear state of the door stopper does not exceed the maximum working gear.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart of another vehicle door control method provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method may include the steps of:
in step S101, a door distance signal is received, wherein the door distance signal is used to indicate a distance between a door and an object outside the door.
In step S102, it is determined whether the distance indicated by the door distance signal is smaller than a first preset threshold, and if the distance is smaller than the first preset threshold, step S103 is executed, otherwise, the process returns to step S101.
In step S103, it is determined whether the distance represented by the door distance signal is greater than a second preset threshold, and if the distance is greater than the second preset threshold, step S104 is executed, otherwise, step S106 is executed.
In step S104, the restricted opening angle of the door is determined based on the distance indicated by the door distance signal, and then step S105 is executed.
In step S105, the operation of the door check of the door is controlled according to the restricted opening angle.
In step S106, the central locking of the vehicle door is controlled.
Optionally, the vehicle door control method may further include: and when the distance represented by the vehicle door distance signal is smaller than the first preset threshold value, controlling an alarm device to give an alarm.
The vehicle door control method of the invention corresponds to a vehicle door controller, and therefore the same contents are not described again.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
