The electromagnetic valve and the check valve are connected with the manifold, so that the skin care product can be mixed and absorbed conveniently, and the skin care is facilitated; the manifold is internally provided with an atomizing device which can atomize the liquid in the manifold and then spray the atomized liquid out through the nozzle. The skin beautifying product can be sprayed more uniformly and can be more stable and effective.
Preferably, the automatic spraying device is a skin makeup product automatic spraying device, and skin makeup product automatic spraying device includes a plurality of product container, and a plurality of product container is connected with the one end of an electromagnetic valve through a multi-ported pipe, the other end of electromagnetic valve is connected with the one end of a check valve, the other end and the manifold of check valve are connected, the manifold is connected with the nozzle.
Preferably, the automatic spray device further comprises spray booth drying or preheating means comprising a heating element for preheating the interior of the spray booth, a start button, an air cap, a turbine, the start button being activated after preheating, the turbine being energized to produce air cap pressure to produce warm air. the remote access module can access the automatic spraying device from an external network, receive and process data from the automatic spraying device and send data instructions to operate the automatic spraying device;
the remote updating module is used for remotely updating the operating software of the automatic spraying device; the data work flow is as follows:
firstly, a main control board (55) is connected to the Internet;
secondly, the main control board (55) communicates with the cloud server (59) and registers;
thirdly, the cloud server (59) is communicated with the main control board (55) and distributes the ID;
fourthly, the main control board (55) starts data uploading to the cloud server (59);
fifthly, the cloud server (59) creating unit is a database;
sixthly, the cloud server (59) starts to accumulate data;
seventhly, the cloud server (59) creates a management portal-software developer;

firstly, a main control board (55) is started and enters a checksum program;
after the checksum is completed, the main control board (55) is ready and has no error mode;
thirdly, the check sum main control board (55) determines an independent mode or a remote control mode; the detailed steps of the workflow (63) are as follows:
firstly, a main control board (55) receives an input command and starts session starting;
secondly, turning on a heating lamp;
thirdly, the system is cleared and started, and the method comprises the following steps:
switching on an HVLP motor;
opening the electromagnetic valve;
the exhaust fan is turned on;
activating voice prompt-the system is in standby mode;
the user presses an input button to start spraying treatment;
turning on an HVLP motor;

opening the electromagnetic valve;
activating a roller switch;
closing the electromagnetic valve;
starting dry dredging;
voice prompts guide the user to the next spray location;
the input button is activated and the spraying process is started again.
2. The automatic spray program control system of claim 1, wherein:
the data packet a (60) includes:
a serial number;
a date/time stamp;
a fault code;
a current system state;
the number of sessions.
3. The automatic spray program control system of claim 1, wherein: the packet b (61) includes:
a program to enable/disable the automatic spray device;
uploading software updates;
running components and diagnostic software.
4. The automatic spray program control system of claim 1, wherein: the spraying device is provided with a spraying frequency control device for setting and controlling the repeating frequency of the spraying process, and the voice prompt indicates the user to quit the machine after the repeating frequency of the spraying process is finished; the main control board (55) records and stores the process of completing the automatic spraying.

An automatic spraying device which characterized in that: the automatic spraying program control system comprises the automatic spraying program control system of any one of claims 1 to 4, and further comprises a low-pressure spraying system, wherein the low-pressure spraying system comprises a spray head, a container (34), a low-pressure air source (35), a check valve (31) and a manifold (32), the container (34) and the spray head are connected through a high-temperature transparent pipe (38), and the check valve (31) is arranged between the container (34) and the high-temperature transparent pipe (38) between the spray heads; the low-pressure air source (35) is connected with one end of a high-temperature silicone tube (42), the other end of the high-temperature silicone tube (42) is connected with a barb (36), the barb (36) is connected with the container (34) through a high-temperature transparent tube (38), and a check valve (31) is arranged between the high-temperature transparent tubes (38); the spray head comprises a spray nozzle (11) and a manifold (32) connected with the spray nozzle (11), wherein the manifold (32) is connected with a high-temperature transparent pipe (38) through a 90-degree joint (41); the low pressure air source (35) pressurizes the interior of the container (34) through a conduit, expels the solution from the container (34) through the check valve (31) and through the manifold (32) to the nozzle (11), the low pressure air source (35) ensuring a constant flow rate from the container (34) to the manifold (32) to the nozzle (11) by metering the volume of air moving continuously, ensuring that a predetermined volume of solution is consumed.
6. The automatic spray device of claim 5, wherein: air pressure is supplied from a low pressure air source (35) through a high temperature silicone tube (42) into the barb (36), the barb (36) being formed to include a barb fitting (37); a high temperature transparent tube (38) is provided to provide a path through the check valve (31), a container joint (39) is attached to the bottom of the reservoir (30), and the container (34) is inserted into the reservoir (30) together with a container cover (57) and sealed by a rubber O-ring (56); the water sampling needle (40) is connected with a joint (39) of the container (34) through threads to generate air pressure; the air pressure moves the liquid solution in the container (34), through the check valve (31), container fitting (39) to high temperature transparent tube (38), into 90 degree fitting (41), into the spray manifold (32), and out through nozzle (11); the low-pressure air source is provided with an air metering device for metering the air movement amount of the low-pressure air source.

The automatic spray device of claim 5, wherein: the automatic spraying device further comprises a spray head moving device, the spray head moving device comprises a gear motor, a connecting rod and a cam, the spray head comprises a nozzle (11) and a manifold (32), one end of the connecting rod is connected with the cam, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the manifold (32), the gear motor is matched with the cam, the gear motor rotates the cam, and the connecting rod connected with the cam drives the manifold and the nozzle to do specific vertical or/horizontal motion.

The automatic spray device of claim 5, wherein: the automatic spraying device is an automatic spraying device for skin care products, and comprises a plurality of product containers and electromagnetic valves connected with the product containers, wherein pipelines correspondingly connected with the electromagnetic valves are provided with check valves, the check valves are connected with manifolds through pipelines, and the manifolds are connected with nozzles; the product containers are connected with electromagnetic valves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a plurality of pipelines are correspondingly connected with each electromagnetic valve and are respectively provided with a check valve; the manifold is internally provided with an atomizing device which can atomize the liquid in the manifold and then spray the atomized liquid out through the nozzle.

The automatic spray device of claim 5, wherein: the automatic spraying device is a skin makeup product automatic spraying device, and the skin makeup product automatic spraying device includes a plurality of product container, and a plurality of product container is connected with the one end of an electromagnetic valve through a multi-way pipe, the other end of electromagnetic valve is connected with the one end of a check valve, the other end and the manifold of check valve are connected, the manifold is connected with the nozzle.

The automatic spray device of claim 5, wherein: the automatic spray device also includes a spray chamber drying or preheating device that includes a heater element for preheating the interior of the spray chamber, a start button that is activated after preheating, an air cap, and a turbine that is energized to produce air cap pressure and warm air.
