The locking wheel 11 is provided with a first gasket 14, a second gasket 15 and a second gasket 16 which are sleeved in sequence at one end close to the adjusting wheel 40. Wherein the second gasket 16 is in contact with the bearing boss.
It should be noted that the positions of the bearing groove and the bearing boss may be interchanged, that is, the bearing boss or the bearing groove is disposed on the side wall of the opening of the accommodating hole 32 near the side of the gear 10, and the bearing groove or the bearing boss is disposed on the side wall of the opening of the accommodating hole 32 near the side of the adjusting wheel 40. Of course, the first gasket 13 and the second gasket 15 may also be interchanged.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in order to make the structure of the adjusting device more compact and more beautiful, and make the components of the adjusting device integrated, in an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting device further includes: the first housing 50 and the second housing 51.
The first housing 50 is connected to the second housing 51 and encloses a mounting chamber. The gear 10 is disposed within the mounting cavity. The clutch assembly 20, the unidirectional rotating assembly and the adjustment wheel 40 are disposed outside the mounting cavity.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, the first housing 50 is provided with a first connection hole 52, and the second housing 51 is provided with a second connection hole 53. The adjusting rotating wheel is provided with a connecting rod 44, one end of the connecting rod 44 is provided with a clamping part 45, and the connecting rod 44 sequentially penetrates through the unidirectional rotating assembly, the second connecting hole 53, the gear 10 and the first connecting hole 52 and is clamped with the first connecting hole 52 through the clamping part 45.

With continued reference to fig. 1, accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention also provides an adjustable strap including strap 60 and an adjustment device as in embodiment 1.
The strap 60 is connected at both ends to the gear 10. When the adjusting wheel 40 is at the first position, the adjusting wheel 40 applies a downward pressure along the axial direction of the clutch shaft 21 through the adjusting part, so that the clutch shaft 21 extends into the accommodating hole and into the tooth slot of the locking tooth, and the gear 10 is driven to rotate unidirectionally by rotating the adjusting wheel 40 so as to tighten the binding belt 60;
when the regulating wheel 40 is in the second position, the clutch shaft 21 is disengaged from the tooth grooves of the locking teeth by the restoring force of the elastic body 22, and the gear 10 can be rotated in both directions to tighten or loosen the binding band 60.
As for the manner in which the strap 60 is connected to the gear 10, one possible manner is that, when strap teeth 12 are provided on the outer periphery of the gear 10, racks 61 are provided on both ends of the strap 60, as seen in fig. 1. Two racks 61 are respectively engaged and connected to opposite sides of the gear 10, so that the two straps 60 are moved in opposite directions when the gear 10 rotates. Specifically, when both racks 61 are moved toward each other, the tightening adjustment is performed on the strap 60, and when both racks 61 are moved away from each other, the loosening adjustment is performed on the strap 60.
Alternatively, the strap 60 may be fixedly attached to the gear 10 at both ends. Specifically, both ends of the strap 60 are fixed to the gear 10, and when the gear 10 is rotated, the strap 60 is wound around the gear 10 or is unwound, so that the strap 60 can be tightened or loosened.
The following describes the method of using the adjustable strap in detail, taking the clockwise rotation of the adjustment wheel 40 as an example to tighten the strap 60, as follows:
when the adjustable strap is in the initial state, the adjusting wheel 40 is connected with the clutch shaft 21 through the first contact part 41, so that the clutch shaft 21 extends into the tooth socket of the locking tooth from the stepped hole 33, and the adjusting wheel 40 is in the connected state with the gear 10, and only the tightening operation of the strap 60 can be performed. The adjusting wheel 40 is rotated clockwise, the adjusting wheel 40 drives the gear 10 to rotate, so that the binding belt 60 is tightened, or the gear 10 is directly pressed by the binding belt to rotate clockwise, so that the binding belt 60 can be tightened. When the tightness of the band 60 is adjusted, the rotation of the adjustment wheel 40 is stopped, i.e., the current tightness of the band 60 is locked.
The adjusting wheel 40 is rotated anticlockwise, so that the adjusting wheel 40 contacts with the clutch shaft 21 through the second contact part 42, the clutch shaft 21 is separated from the tooth grooves of the locking teeth under the action of the restoring force of the elastic body 22, the adjusting wheel 40 is separated from the gear 10, at the moment, the gear 10 can rotate in two directions, and the gear 10 can be tightened or loosened by extruding or stretching the binding belt 60 to enable the gear 10 to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise. After the tightness of the strap 60 is adjusted, the adjusting wheel 40 is rotated clockwise, so that the adjusting wheel 40 is connected with the clutch shaft 21 through the first contact portion 41, the clutch shaft 21 extends into the tooth groove of the locking tooth from the stepped hole 33, and the adjusting wheel 40 is in a connection state with the gear 10, that is, the current tightness of the strap 60 is locked.
Example 3
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides wearable equipment, which comprises: an adjustable strap as in example 2.
In one implementation, the wearable device further includes a main unit, two ends of the strap 60 extending out of the mounting cavity are detachably connected to two opposite sides of the main unit, the adjusting device is opposite to the main unit, and at this time, the main unit and the adjustable strap form a ring structure so that a user can wear the wearable device.
For example, when the user uses the wearable device, the user can put the wearable device on the head, and the host is located at the position where the user faces the eyes, so that the user can watch the picture played by the host. The portions of the straps 60 that extend out of the mounting cavity are on opposite sides of the head and the adjustment device is located in the rear brain. When the user needs to adjust the tightness of the binding band, the user only needs to perform corresponding operation through the adjusting device of the rear brain. For example, when tightening the strap 60, the adjustment wheel 10 is rotated clockwise or the strap 60 is compressed. When the binding band 60 is loosened, the clutch assembly 20 is separated from the gear 10 by the regulating wheel 40, and then the binding band 60 is stretched. After the adjustment is completed, the clutch assembly 20 is connected with the gear 20 through the adjusting wheel 10, and the current tightness can be locked.
Among other things, wearable devices include, but are not limited to, head mounted VR (Virtual Reality) devices.
The implementation principle and technical effects in embodiment 3 and embodiment 2 refer to embodiment 1, and the features in embodiments 1-3 correspond to each other, and may be referred to each other, which is not described herein in detail.
In summary, the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the clutch shaft can be controlled to extend into the tooth groove of the locking tooth or be separated from the tooth groove through the adjusting wheel so as to control the separation or connection of the clutch shaft and the gear, so that the rotation mode of the gear can be changed, the different rotation modes of the gear can realize the tightening or loosening of the binding belt connected with the gear, and the wearing comfort level is improved;
2. the operation process is simple and convenient, the adjusting wheel is connected with the gear through the clutch shaft, the gear can rotate unidirectionally or can drive the gear to rotate unidirectionally through rotating the adjusting wheel, tightening and locking of the binding belt are achieved, the clutch shaft is separated from the gear, the gear can rotate bidirectionally, and tightening and loosening of the binding belt can be achieved;
3. the operation process is simple and convenient, and the user can wear the bandage conveniently and quickly in different adjustment modes, so that the comfort level of wearing the bandage is improved;
4. the quick pre-tightening and the accurate fine adjustment of the binding belt can be realized through the adjusting wheel so as to meet the requirement of high comfort level;
5. simple structure, small number of parts and small occupied space.

Claims (10)

1. An adjustment device, comprising: the device comprises a gear, a clutch assembly, a unidirectional rotation assembly and an adjusting wheel; wherein,,
a locking wheel is arranged on one side wheel surface of the gear, and the locking wheel comprises locking teeth; the gear is connected with a binding belt for binding;
the clutch assembly comprises a clutch shaft and an elastomer connected with the clutch shaft;
the one-way rotating assembly is provided with an accommodating hole, the locking wheel is positioned in the accommodating hole, the clutch assembly is connected with the one-way rotating assembly, and the clutch shaft can do linear reciprocating motion relative to the one-way rotating assembly;
the adjusting wheel is provided with an adjusting part, and the adjusting wheel is connected with the clutch shaft through the adjusting part;
when the adjusting wheel is positioned at the first position, the adjusting part applies downward pressure along the axial direction of the clutch shaft so that the clutch shaft stretches into the accommodating hole and stretches into the tooth groove of the locking tooth; the elastic body deforms, and the gear can be driven to rotate unidirectionally by rotating the adjusting wheel;
when the adjusting wheel is in the second position, the clutch shaft is separated from the tooth grooves of the locking teeth under the action of the restoring force of the elastic body, and the gear can rotate bidirectionally.
2. The adjustment device of claim 1, wherein the unidirectional rotation assembly comprises a unidirectional coupling gear and an internal gear meshed with the unidirectional coupling gear;
the unidirectional coupling gear is provided with the accommodating hole;
the unidirectional coupling gear is provided with a gear wall penetrating through the unidirectional coupling gear, the axis of the unidirectional coupling gear is perpendicular to the stepped hole of the unidirectional coupling gear wheel shaft, and the clutch assembly is arranged in the stepped hole.

The adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting portion comprises a first contact portion and a second contact portion, the first contact portion and the second contact portion are different in axial distance from the adjusting wheel and are connected through a smooth transition portion;
when the regulating wheel is positioned at a first position, the first contact part is connected with the clutch shaft and applies downward pressure along the axial direction of the clutch shaft;
when the regulating wheel is switched from the first position to the second position, the clutch shaft is separated from the tooth groove of the locking wheel under the action of the restoring force of the elastic body and is connected with the second contact part in the process from the first contact part and the smooth transition part to the second contact part.
4. The adjustment device of claim 2, wherein the clutch shaft comprises three segments, the first, second and third segments having progressively decreasing diameter sizes;
the elastic body is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the second section, one end of the spring is in contact with the first section, and the other end of the spring is in contact with the step surface of the step hole.

The adjusting device according to claim 2, wherein the unidirectional coupling gear comprises a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm with elasticity, one end of the first supporting arm is connected to a cylindrical surface of the unidirectional coupling gear, one end of the second supporting arm is connected to the other end of the first supporting arm, and the other end of the second supporting arm is provided with coupling teeth;
the unidirectional coupling gear is meshed with the internal gear through the coupling teeth.
