Abstract
本发明涉及一种以工业无机危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿为原料的发泡陶瓷保温板及制备方法。该发泡陶瓷保温板的制备方法包括如下步骤:将55~75wt%的耐火粘土尾矿,10~30wt%的工业无机危险废物,5~15wt%的天然石英、0.5~5wt%的高温发泡剂按照比例混合后湿法细磨,得到混合泥料;将泥料造粒、成型、干燥后装窑,在1100~1300℃的条件下进行煅烧,煅烧后产物经切割加工得到高温发泡陶瓷保温板。本发明在实现了工业危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿直接回收和利用的同时,获得了保温效果好、强度高和防火性能优良的发泡陶瓷保温板,符合循环经济发展的要求,对生态环境的保护会产生非常积极的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体说是涉及一种以工业无机危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿为原料的发泡陶瓷保温板及制备方法。
背景技术
工业危险废物指在工业企业生产过程中产生的危险废物,是根据国家规定的危险废物鉴别标准和鉴别方法认定,具有对环境或人体造成伤害性的固体废物。工业危险废物的大量堆积不仅占据了大量的土地资源,同时给环境带来较大的危害。工业危险废物虽是工业产生的废物但仍有利用价值,而且如能充分利用,不但能减少对环境的危害,节省了工业危险废物环境保护的处置费用,同时也创造出一定的经济价值。目前,部分工业危险废物已经在陶瓷工业和烧结建筑材料上应用,取得了工业危险废物循环利用的效果。但工业危险废物利用率非常低,目前多数危险废物采用化学反应、填埋、密封隔离等传统方法处理,治理成本高、效率低、安全隐患较大。
高温发泡陶瓷保温板是一种兼具隔热和防火功能的高性能墙体材料,可取代建筑内墙用的加气混凝土砖和外墙用的泡沫塑料,具有广泛的应用前景。高温发泡陶瓷是在熔融的条件下,发泡剂产生氧化或还原反应,释放出的气体被高温熔体包裹在材料的内部,引起材料整体的膨胀。因此,在制备高温发泡陶瓷的过程中需要引入一定量的熔剂性原料,起到助熔作用。如“一种发泡陶瓷保温板及其制备方法”(CN 102887721 A)公开了以长石、滑石、红土、萤石、锂长石等为熔剂性原料制备发泡陶瓷保温板的方法。发明专利“闭气孔发泡陶瓷保温板的制备方法”(CN 1026033557 A)公开了一种以废玻璃粉为熔剂性原料的发泡陶瓷保温板。上述方法均采用了陶瓷抛光砖渣为基体原料,天然原料或一般工业固废为助熔剂,对一般工业固废的利用有一定的促进作用,但未考虑危险固废在该领域的应用。
光伏企业产生的氟化钙污泥、有色冶炼产生的赤泥、纸浆制造产生的白泥和纸浆制造产生的绿泥均被列入到工业危险废物中。这些危险废物均是以无机物为主要成份,材料中的氧化钾、氧化钠、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁等均能够起到助熔剂的作用。同时,氟化钙污泥中的氟化钙、赤泥中的氧化铁、白泥和绿泥中的碳酸钙等元素均是较好的高温发泡剂,可以起到增强发泡的作用。因此,这些工业无机危险废物在制备高温发泡陶瓷的过程可以得到高效的利用。
发明内容
本发明目的正是针对现有技术中所存在的不足之处而提供一种以工业无机危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿为原料的发泡陶瓷保温板及制备方法。
本发明的目的可通过下述技术措施来实现:
本发明的发泡陶瓷保温板包括下述重量百分比的原料: 其中耐火粘土尾矿55~75wt%,工业无机危险废物10~30 wt %,天然石英5~15wt%、高温发泡剂0.5~5 wt %。
本发明中所述的耐火粘土尾矿取自高铝矾土、焦宝石、高岭石、红柱石、蓝晶石、硅线石或软质粘土尾矿中的任意一种或两种及以上的组合;所述的工业无机危险废物取自光伏或玻璃加工企业产生的氟化钙污泥、有色冶炼产生的赤泥、纸浆制造产生的白泥或纸浆制造产生的绿泥中的任意一种或两种及以上的组合;所述的高温发泡剂取自SiC、Fe2O3、碳粉、CaSO4、白云石或石灰石中的任意一种或两种及以上的组合。
本发明的制备方法步骤如下:
a、按重量百分比取耐火粘土尾矿、工业无机危险废物、天然石英、高温发泡剂,按照重量比例混合,加水和研磨球,在滚筒磨中细磨1~8小时得到混合泥料,泥料粒度≦0.044mm;
b、将步骤a制备的混合泥料经脱水、造粒、成型、干燥后,送入隧道窑或辊道窑中,在1100~1300℃条件下煅烧1~3小时,得到高温发泡陶瓷;
c、将步骤b制备的高温发泡陶瓷经切割加工处理后得到发泡陶瓷保温板。
本发明采用了湿法细磨工艺,将杂质分布不均匀的低品位铝硅质矿和工业危险废物通过细磨、成型、煅烧等工序处理得到组分均匀分布的高温发泡陶瓷,避免了尾矿和危险废物中杂质聚集的现象,所得到的高温发泡陶瓷产品质量稳定、性能优异;所制备的发泡陶瓷保温板的耐压强度在2.0~8.0MPa之间,体积密度在0.3~0.8g/cm3之间,是一种高性能的保温隔热墙材。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明以较难处理的工业无机危险废物和利用率非常低的耐火粘土尾矿为主要原料,能够起到工业危险废物的环保利用,提高尾矿资源的利用率,降低生产成本等多重有益效果。工业无机危险废物能够降低耐火粘土尾矿的共熔点,起到助熔剂的作用,同时氟化钙污泥中的氟化钙、赤泥中的氧化铁、白泥和绿泥中的碳酸钙在高温下起到增强发泡的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明以下将结合实施例作进一步描述:
实施例1
(1)将60 wt %的高铝矾土尾矿,23wt%的氟化钙污泥,15wt%的天然石英、2 wt %的氧化铁按照重量比例混合,加水和研磨球,在滚筒磨中细磨6小时得到混合泥料,泥料粒度≦0.044mm。
(2)将制备的混合泥料经脱水、造粒、成型、干燥后,送入隧道窑或辊道窑中,在1150℃条件下煅烧2小时,得到高温发泡陶瓷。
(3)将制备的高温发泡陶瓷经切割加工后得到发泡陶瓷保温板。
本实施例所制备的高温发泡陶瓷的耐压强度为3.2MPa,体积密度0.46g/cm3,闭气孔率78%。
实施例2
(1)将65wt%的焦宝石尾矿,20wt%的赤泥,14.5wt%的天然石英、0.5 wt %的碳化硅按照重量比例混合,加水和研磨球,在滚筒磨中细磨8小时得到混合泥料,泥料粒度≦0.044mm。
(2)将制备的混合泥料经干燥、造粒、成型、干燥后,送入隧道窑中,在1300℃条件下煅烧3小时,得到发泡陶瓷。
(3)将制备的发泡陶瓷经切割加工后得到发泡陶瓷保温板。
本实施例所制备的高温发泡陶瓷的耐压强度为4.1MPa,体积密度0.56g/cm3,闭气孔率73%。
实施例3
(1)将70wt %的高岭石尾矿,15wt%的白泥,14wt%的天然石英、1 wt %的碳化硅按照重量比例混合,加水和研磨球,在滚筒磨中细磨5小时得到混合泥料,泥料粒度≦0.044mm。
(2)将制备的混合泥料经干燥、造粒、成型、干燥后,送入隧道窑或辊道窑中,在1230℃条件下煅烧2小时,得到发泡陶瓷。
(3)将制备的发泡陶瓷经切割加工后得到发泡陶瓷保温板。
本实施例所制备的高温发泡陶瓷的耐压强度为2.8MPa,体积密度0.36g/cm3,闭气孔率83%。

1.一种以工业无机危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿为原料的发泡陶瓷保温板,其特征在于:它包括下述重量百分比的原料制备而成: 其中耐火粘土尾矿55~75wt%,工业无机危险废物10~30 wt %,天然石英5~15wt%、高温发泡剂0.5~5 wt %;所述的耐火粘土尾矿取自高铝矾土、焦宝石、高岭石、红柱石、蓝晶石或硅线石中的任意一种或两种及以上的组合;所述的工业无机危险废物取自光伏或玻璃加工企业产生的氟化钙污泥、纸浆制造产生的白泥或纸浆制造产生的绿泥中的任意一种或两种及以上的组合;制备方法步骤如下:
a、按重量百分比取耐火粘土尾矿、工业无机危险废物、天然石英、高温发泡剂,按照重量比例混合,加水和研磨球,在滚筒磨中细磨1~8小时得到混合泥料,泥料粒度≦0.044mm;
b、将步骤a制备的混合泥料经脱水、造粒、成型、干燥后,送入隧道窑或辊道窑中,在1100~1300℃条件下煅烧1~3小时,得到高温发泡陶瓷;
c、将步骤b制备的高温发泡陶瓷经切割加工处理后得到发泡陶瓷保温板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以工业危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿为原料的发泡陶瓷保温板,其特征在于:所述的高温发泡剂取自SiC、Fe2O3、碳粉、CaSO4、白云石或石灰石中的任意一种或两种及以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以工业危险废物和耐火粘土尾矿为原料的发泡陶瓷保温板,其特征在于:所制备的发泡陶瓷保温板耐压强度在2.0~8.0MPa之间,体积密度在0.3~0.8g/cm3之间。
