本发明公开康乃馨种植方法,包括以下步骤:将种子或扦插条利用浸泡液浸泡2‑5h;在生长期和花前期追肥;并在生长期和开花前期分别喷施或根灌杀菌剂;浸泡液包括以下组分:木霉菌可湿性粉剂5‑10份、松针粉5‑10份、葡萄籽粉10‑20份、磷酸二氢钾10‑20份和海藻酸钠5‑10份。本发明种子或扦插条利用浸泡液浸泡后再施入,木霉菌和具有生物源的中药组分一起使用,具有协同作用,既能防菌杀菌,又能防虫杀虫,且杀菌杀虫快速。无抗体产生,对土壤、水源和空气无污染,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及植物种植领域,具体涉及一种康乃馨种植方法。
背景技术
康乃馨是最常用的切花之一,其种植技术比较成熟。但是在康乃馨的种植过程中,容易出现叶斑病、灰霉病和枯萎病等,严重影响康乃馨植株存活和花朵的产量以及品质。申请号为2015108974660公开了一种康乃馨叶斑病灰霉病防治剂;申请号为2014106973669公开了康乃馨杀虫剂及其制备方法;申请号为201510897436X公开的菊花康乃馨害虫防治剂,申请号为2015109033541公开的康乃馨扦插用营养浸泡粉,以上几种技术方案均是通过中药材组合而成,中药材具有杀菌消毒的作用,但是其功效发挥较慢,对于病虫害自能防治,无法达到快速的杀菌杀虫。申请号为2015107815173公开的康乃馨种植方法,其技术特征点主要采用浸泡液浸泡种子以达到防治病害的目的,其浸泡液也主要为中药组合物,后期须长期补施才能有效消除病虫害。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种前期有效防治,后期可快速消除病虫害,且绿色环保,有效防治康乃馨叶斑病、灰霉病和枯萎病,提高康乃馨产量和品质的种植方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种康乃馨种植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将种子或扦插条利用浸泡液浸泡2-5h;
(2)选取土壤肥沃、疏松、透气的土地深翻,并挖沟起垅,在垅上施入腐殖质和基肥的混合物;
(3)将浸泡后的种子或扦插条植入垅中,再铺一层珍珠岩;
(4)幼苗出现后当有2-3片真叶时补施含钙氮肥;在生长期和花前期追肥;并在生长期和开花前期分别喷施或根灌杀菌剂;
步骤(1)中所述浸泡液包括以下组分:木霉菌可湿性粉剂5-10份、松针粉5-10份、葡萄籽粉10-20份、磷酸二氢钾10-20份和海藻酸钠5-10份。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中浸泡种子的浸泡液浓度为1%,浸泡时间为2h。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中浸泡扦插枝的浸泡液浓度为0.5%,浸泡时间为4-5h。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述杀菌剂包括以下物质组分:松针粉5-10份、葡萄籽粉10-20份、鹿蹄草10-20份、薄荷30-50份、柏树叶40-60份、薰衣草20-30份、牛至5-10份、半夏5-10份、紫丁香10-15份。
优选的,所述杀菌剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将鹿蹄草、薄荷、柏树叶、薰衣草、牛至、半夏和紫丁香粉碎后混合熬煮,熬制2-3小时后过滤得浓缩液;并加入松针粉和葡萄籽粉充分混合后得到。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述生长期喷施浓度为3-5%,10-15天/次,连续喷洒三次;花前期喷施浓度为1-3%,10-15天/次,2-3次。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述生长期根灌浓度为8-10%,15-20天/次,连续灌溉两次。
本发明康乃馨种植方法,其有益效果在于:
(1)种子或扦插条利用浸泡液浸泡后再施入,浸泡液由木霉菌可湿性粉剂、松针粉、葡萄籽粉、磷酸二氢钾和海藻酸钠组成。木霉菌通过产生小分子的抗生素和大分子的抗菌蛋白或胞壁降解酶类来抑制病原菌的生长、繁殖和侵染,有效防治枯萎病、灰霉病和叶斑病;在抗生和菌寄生中,可产生几丁质酶、β21,3葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶来分解植物病原真菌的细胞壁或分泌葡萄糖苷酶等胞外酶来降解病原菌产生的抗生毒素;木霉菌还分泌抗菌蛋白或裂解酶来抑制植物病原真菌的侵染。
(2)松针粉、葡萄籽粉、鹿蹄草、薄荷、柏树叶和薰衣草,能够产生强烈的刺激生物挥发油,可有效杀灭病菌,同时产生的挥发油可驱避成虫,杀灭幼虫和虫卵,且不产生抗体,可有效防治虫害。
(3)木霉菌和具有生物源的中药组分一起使用,具有协同作用,既能防菌杀菌,又能防虫杀虫,且杀菌杀虫快速。无抗体产生,对土壤、水源和空气无污染,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种康乃馨种植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将种子利用浓度为1%的浸泡液浸泡2h,备用;
(2)选取土壤肥沃、疏松、透气的土地深翻,深翻25-30厘米,并将土壤打碎;挖沟起垅,垅宽1.8-2米,在垅上施入腐殖质和基肥的混合物;基肥为康乃馨种植中常用肥料比例;
(3)将浸泡后的种子施入垅中,再铺一层厚度为1厘米的珍珠岩;并喷洒定植水;
(4)幼苗出现后当有2-3片真叶时补施含钙氮肥;在生长期和花前期追肥;并在生长期喷施浓度为3-5%的杀菌剂,10天/次,连续喷洒三次;花前期喷施浓度为3%的杀菌剂,15天/次,连续2次。
步骤(1)中浸泡液包括以下组分:木霉菌可湿性粉剂10份、松针粉10份、葡萄籽粉20份、磷酸二氢钾10份和海藻酸钠5份。
