Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of logistics, in particular to an anti-counterfeiting authentication technology for packaging bags.
Background
The packaging bags on the market at present generally have no anti-counterfeiting measures, and some packaging bags are only two-dimensional codes or passive RFID (radio frequency identification devices), so that the real anti-counterfeiting effect cannot be realized.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solutions claimed in the present application may be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a package bag authentication method. The package bag authentication method is characterized in that a radio frequency tag is arranged in a package bag, a squeezing device is used for squeezing out substances loaded in the package bag, and fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of the package bag authentication method. The packaging bag authentication method comprises the following steps:
in step 101, the squeezing device starts squeezing the packaging bag.
And then step 102 is carried out, wherein the squeezing and pushing device carries out information acquisition when squeezing and pushing operation is carried out on the packaging bag.
In one embodiment, this step includes the following substeps:
the squeezing and pushing device reads the radio frequency tag of the packaging bag and records the identification of the packaging bag;
the squeezing and pushing device records the starting time and the ending time of squeezing and pushing the packaging bag;
the squeezing and pushing device positions the position where squeezing and pushing operation is carried out to obtain position information.
Then, step 103 is entered, and the pushing device uploads the identifier of the pushing device, the identifier of the packaging bag, the position information of the pushing operation, and the start time and the end time of the pushing operation to the server. In one embodiment, this step includes the following substeps:
establishing communication connection between the squeezing and pushing device and the server;
if the communication connection between the squeezing and pushing device and the server is successfully established, the identification of the packaging bag, the identification of the squeezing and pushing device, the starting time and the ending time of squeezing and pushing operation and the position information are uploaded to the server;
if the communication connection between the pushing device and the server fails to be established, the data is temporarily stored in the storage module, and when the communication connection between the pushing device and the server is successfully established, the data is uploaded to the server.
And then step 104 is carried out, and the server judges whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag or not according to the identification of the squeezing and pushing device, the identification of the packaging bag, the position information of the squeezing and pushing operation and the starting time and the ending time of the squeezing and pushing operation. And the comprehensive judgment is carried out by combining the position and time information, so that the judgment is more accurate.
In one embodiment, the determining method comprises: obtaining the area range of the extruding and pushing device according to the extruding and pushing device identification, and if the position information uploaded to the server is not in the area range, judging that the packaging bag is not originally packaged;
in one embodiment, the determination method is: judging whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag or not according to the identification of the packaging bag, and if the identification of the packaging bag is not in the specified identification set, judging that the packaging bag is not the original packaging bag;
in one embodiment, the determination method is: judging whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag or not according to the start time and the end time of the squeezing operation of the squeezing device, and judging that the non-original packaging bag exists if delta T is greater than alpha. Wherein, Δ T is the difference between the ending time and the starting time of the squeezing operation, N is the number of the packaging bags processed by the squeezing device between the starting time and the ending time of the squeezing operation, and α is a preset coefficient and has the meaning of the longest reasonable squeezing time of a single packaging bag.
In addition, it can be understood that there may be other rules for determining whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag, for example, finding the record corresponding to the same pushing device identifier last time, and if the time difference between the two records is smaller than the predetermined threshold but the distance between the two positions is larger than the predetermined threshold, determining that the packaging bag in at least one of the records is not the original packaging bag. For another example, if the operation time ranges defined by the start time and the end time of the squeezing operation overlap for a plurality of records corresponding to the same squeezing device identifier, it can be determined that at least one of the overlapping records relates to a non-original packaging bag.
Then, step 105 is performed, and the result of determining whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag in step 104 is used to charge the packaging bag at different rates, so that a more flexible charging mode can be realized.
In one embodiment, if the original package is determined in step 104, the package is charged at a first rate, otherwise, the package is charged at a second rate, wherein the first rate is lower than the second rate.
In other embodiments of the present application, other processing may be performed according to the determination result of whether or not the packaging bag is the original packaging bag, for example, the pushing operation is permitted if the packaging bag is the original packaging bag, and the pushing operation is prohibited if the packaging bag is not the original packaging bag.
In the above embodiment, the four kinds of information, i.e., the identifier of the pushing device, the identifier of the packaging bag, the start and end times of the pushing operation, and the position information, are acquired and used comprehensively to determine whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag, which is a preferable example with the best effect. The "position information of the squeezing device" and the "start and end times of the squeezing operation" are not necessarily provided at the same time, and the predetermined determination conditions may be set in various ways:
in one embodiment, the predetermined decision condition is: the server judges whether the packaging bag is an original packaging bag or not according to the identification of the squeezing and pushing device, the identification of the packaging bag, the position of squeezing and pushing operation and the starting time and the ending time of the squeezing and pushing operation;
in one embodiment, the predetermined determination conditions are: the server judges whether the packaging bag is an original packaging bag or not according to the identification of the squeezing and pushing device, the identification of the packaging bag and the position of squeezing and pushing operation;
in one embodiment, the predetermined decision condition is: and the server judges whether the packaging bag is the original packaging bag or not according to the identification of the squeezing and pushing device, the identification of the packaging bag and the start and end time of squeezing and pushing operation.
In an improved embodiment of the above embodiment, the squeezing and pushing device is provided with a pneumatic motor and a generator, the pneumatic motor is connected with an external air source, and the external air source is simultaneously used as power for squeezing and pushing operation to drive the generator to generate electricity, so that the whole device does not need to be connected with commercial power or an industrial power supply, wiring is simplified, and requirements on infrastructure in a use environment are reduced.
