Abstract
The invention provides a method and a system for controlling mobile network data service, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the use condition of a data packet of the mobile terminal; when the residual data flow of the mobile terminal is judged to be within a first preset range value according to the use condition of the data packet, sending a reminding message to an application provider of a first terminal application APP on the mobile terminal, wherein the first terminal application APP has a protocol relationship with an operator of a mobile network data service; and acquiring a response message sent by the application provider according to the reminding message, and providing the first mobile network data service for the mobile terminal when the response message comprises instruction information that the mobile terminal receives network data traffic acquired according to the first mobile network data service. According to the scheme, the user and the APP provider are contacted to complete the matching of the requirements of the user and the APP provider, so that the convenience of the user in using data flow is improved, and the differentiation requirements of the user are met.

the bill acquisition module is used for acquiring a bill which is sent by the operator and uses the network data traffic by adopting the first mobile network data service within a preset time period;
and the fee payment module is used for paying corresponding fee according to the bill.
